Angelic Help & The End Times

Daniel 12:1 Angels are an important part of God's kingdom. Jesus Christ understood that angelic help was available to Him, when He was before Pontius Pilate (the governor of Rome at the time)  he told Pontius Pilate His kingdom is not of this world for His servants would have fought to prevent His arrest if His kingdom was of this earth.      The servants Jesus was referring to are the angels of God. John 18:36,37 Angels are sons of God and bona fide members of God's kingdom. Jesus Christ is king of the angels, the angels are His servants. He also made it known to Peter when Peter tried to resist Jesus's arrest that He could ask His Father and the Father would put more than twelve legions of angels at His disposal for His deliverance and protection. John 18:36,37 Angels help the saints! If the kingdom of Jesus is not of this world and the help He could receive in the form of angelic help is not of this realm but from the kingdom then that is good news to u...

Encounters For The Latter Times

Judges 6 There are encounters in the kingdom of God you are meant to have as a member of God's family. Luke 12:32 There are kingdom encounters you can have that will make a positive difference to you and those connected to you. These encounters can come as an answer to prayer. Judges 6:6-11 These kingdom encounters strengthen us spiritually, enlighten us, direct us, reveals things to us, and empower us for destiny. God's kingdom is a realm of destiny, glory, and encounters. A young man named Gideon had one of such encounters and it revealed his true identity. It made him rise up from obscurity into his God appointed assignment and leadership. Judges 6:11-16 Moses, after forty years as a shepherd in the wilderness looking after his father in-law's flock had such an encounter which revealed  his potential, helped his confidence, and put him in his God ordained office as a prophet and deliverer. Exodus 3:1-20 One kingdom encounter is enough to put you on a path of continuous ...

Fruitfulness In Latter Times

John 15:1-5 Your fruitfulness glorifies God. God wants you to be fruitful and bring glory to Him. Like your leader Jesus Christ, all areas of your life should produce fruit to God's glory. We are spiritual plants that should produce fruit. Isaiah 61:3 If Jesus is the vine and we are the branches, then we must show forth fruit because fruits are found on the branches of trees/plants/vines. The fruits God wants to show forth in the earth is meant to be revealed through God's people. When God looks at the physical and spiritual aspects of your life, is He seeing the fruits He expects to see there? God expects to see fruits from us. Mark 11:12-20 The usefulness of a tree/plant is largely determined by how fruitful that plant is. Fruits are evidence you are useful in life. God's Word promises we will bring forth fruit if we are rooted in God. Psalm 1:1-3 Irrespective of the season it is on earth, you can be fruitful through God. It is clear we are in the latter times and the la...

Being A Light, In Latter Times

Matthew 5:14-16 God's people are called to be lights in a dark world. In difficult, dark, perilous times which the world is in, we are meant to reflect God's light to the world. You cannot give what you do not have. 2 Corinthians 8:12 If you are going to give or shine forth light, you have to have light or be light. God's true children are the ones who have light and who are light. We have light because we follow the true light. John 8:12 With light we see, we have direction, and we are enlightened. Light represents everything good, positive, divine. It represents higher divine virtues. Everything about God is light. God is light. 1 John 1:5 The Spirit of God is light. Daniel 5:14 The Word of God is light. John 1:1-5 The promises of God are light. The path of the believer is likened to light. Proverbs 4:18 The kingdom of God is a kingdom of light. Colossians 1:13 Jesus Christ our king and savior is the light. John 9:5 Eternal life which God gives us is light. John 1:4 God ...

The 4th Man & The End Times

Daniel 3:7-28 The story of the three Hebrew children from the text passage above is an interesting one which shows God's unique ability to deliver. Parallels can also be seen  between the happenings in this passage of the Bible and the end times we are in, this is not surprising as nothing is really new under the sun. Ecclesiastes 1:9 God's wonderful acts, His power, and His deliverance will be experienced by the faithful in these fiery times. The end times are dark times for the world but it's also a fiery time in the sense that the enemy is increasing his 'fire' in the earth. his fire of affliction. This is due to his time fast running out. Babylon can represent our present, corrupt world.  Nebuchadenezzer the king can represent the enemy- Satan, the image he set up can represent deception; the deception that the enemy wants  the world, and the church to bow to. Shadrack, Meshack, and Abednego can represent the church, God's people. The church of God should no...

The Demonic & The End Times

1 Timothy 4: 1, 2 The demonic is a very big part of activities going on in the earth in these end times, whether in an open way or secretly. Demonic activity has always been on the earth since the days of Noah. Satan has been on the earth since the time of Adam and Eve. Genesis 3 Satanic and demonic activity has been happening on this earth for a very long time. This is why it's not everything that happens on earth to people that's God's will. If the will of God is automatic all of the time for each person, we would not need to pray God's will to be done on earth as our Lord taught us. How can everything happening on earth be God's will, on a earth where demonic activity has been ongoing for many thousands upon thousands of years? The will of God is something we should pray for, for ourselves, our family, our nation, and our world. Matthew 6:10 The will of God is something we claim, pray, discover, and enforce. You have a choice, and God entitles you to your right ...

Joy For Difficult Times

Romans 14:17 Joy that rises up from our heart, that comes from within, that is not determined by external factors is a great blessing, it is like a river that runs through a forest refreshing the animals and plants of that forest. This joy is a fruit of God's Spirit and it refreshes us, Joy also strengthens us. Nehemiah 8:10 The joy God produces in us is not quenched by difficulties or dark times, it's not like the joy the world gives. John 14:27 The joy the Spirit of God produces in us cannot be taken away by man because it doesn't have it's root in the flesh or the physical dimension. Galatians 5:22 This joy will give you the strength to keep you going in difficult times. A joyful person is better positioned for success and destiny than the person who is not joyful. A joyful person is a hopeful person. A joyful person will also be a thankful person. A joyful countenance will make you pleasant, approachable, and amiable. You can be joyful when you're going through...

Spiritual Sensitivity In Difficult Times

John 3:3-8 The spirit realm is real, it exists and it is there many decisions are made concerning the happenings on earth. The Bible passage above is a part of Jesus Christ's discussion with Nicodemus, a Pharisee and teacher of the law. Jesus made it clear in this passage that the spirit realm is real, people can be birthed from that realm (born again) and the impact of being born from that dimension can be felt here on earth. It is important to be sensitive to God and happenings in the spirit realm It is possible to be so. God wants us to have eyes that see, ears that hear, and a heart that understands. Matthew 11:15 Matthew 13:16 1 Kings 3:9,10 There are always communication for us from the spirit realm. Kingdom citizens receive prompts, direction, signals, and inspiration from God's kingdom. The Holy Spirit is the spirit of God's kingdom. Romans 8:14 The kingdom of God, God's spirit realm is our headquarters as God's people. The responsibility is ours to be sens...

Peace In Difficult Times

John 14:27 The peace of God is available to humanity through Jesus Christ. The peace of God is a blessing that is needed in these times more than ever before. In these difficult and latter times you will need peace that only God can give. The peace that God gives is a peace that passes all understanding. Philippians 4:7 It is a peace that is beyond this world, it's from another realm. It is from God's kingdom. It comes as part of God's blessing which takes away sorrow. Proverbs 10:22 It is a peace the world does not know or understand. It is the kind of peace we see in Jesus who was asleep when the boat He was in was being flooded with the raging waters of the sea and being tossed around by the wild winds and disturbed by loud storms. Matthew 8:23,24 Peace is important to the followers of Jesus Christ because peace is a major way God leads us. Psalm 23:2 Peace is necessary to hear God's voice. When we are at peace we are positioned to hear the voice of God as the Sheph...

Winning In Difficult Times

2 Timothy 3:1-5 You can win during difficult times. You should win during difficult times. You were not created to be a victim of life. Your life is an opportunity and a blessing to you from God. Life is not meant to be a tragedy or trap for anyone. The life we have been given is a gift and gifts are meant to benefit the recipient. God gave you your life so that you can enjoy certain certain benefits and glorify Him. God has created us, His people to win, Genesis 1:26,28 God wants us to win on this journey of life. This life has it's difficult moments and seasons. The latter times we are in are not easy times according to the scriptures, They are difficult and tough times. When we wrongly yield to the challenges of this phase of life we can become vulnerable to the enemy's devices. According to the scriptures, difficult times are times we can shine brightest. God's children are likened to stars, and stars shine brightest when it is dark. Genesis 22:17 The end times/latter ...

The Fortified Soul

2 Corinthians 10:5,6 For the times we are in, you need a fortified soul. Your soul is a very important aspect of your being. 1 Thessalonians 5:23 You are who you are on earth to some extent because of the state of your soul. Your will is an aspect of your soul. Your mind is an aspect of your soul. Your emotions is an aspect of your soul. Your ability to love and receive love has a lot to do with your soul. Your reasoning faculty and decision making has to do with your soul, it's part of your soul. 1 Kings 3:12 Your soul also called your heart is so important the enemy seeks to influence and have it. God also seeks to influence it. 2 Corinthians 11:3, 1 Peter 2:25 It is the state of your soul that determines your mental health and sanity. Your rejecting or accepting of the gospel also has a lot to do with your soul. 2 Corinthians 4:4 How well God's word benefits you will have a lot to do with your ability to process or mix God's word with faith in your soul. Hebrews 4:2 The...

Mental Health & The End Times

Mark 5:1-19 The scripture passage above shows us that mental health is a long standing issue with humanity. We see Jesus healing people with mental health and disabilities in scripture. The state of people's mental health is a big issue in today's world. Mental health is a big issue because it affects how we relate with one another, it affects our self worth, our confidence, our self self esteem, and our perspective on life's issues. These are areas that God cares about concerning us. This is why the issue of mental health is one that God cares about when it comes to humanity. In our text passage Jesus healed an uncontrollable lunatic.  Jesus has power over mental health issues . Jesus heals disabilities too. We see him heal a bent woman (disabled). Luke 13:11-13 Disabilities undermine our dignity. Disabilities are not limited to our physical bodies alone, we have spiritual disabilities too. Whatever form of disability an individual has, we see from the scriptures that unc...

Maturity In Difficult Times

1 Corinthians 13:11 God doesn't want us to remain little children, He wants us to mature into sonship. God's will is that we mature in Christ Jesus and not remain babes in Christ Jesus. 1 Corinthians 3:1, 2 God's will is that we grow in the Word and start feeding on the ''meat'' of God's Word and not remain babies who keep drinking the ''milk'' of God's Word. Hebrews 5:12-14 Babies are cute, beautiful, gifts from God to the family they are born into. Their birth brings or should bring joy to their parents. Despite this, no parent wants their baby to remain a baby forever no matter how lovely the child is at that stage of his/her life. Parents want their children to grow up and mature. As it is with earthly parents, so it is with our spiritual/heavenly Father. Our heavenly Father wants us to grow up and become sons in the image of Jesus Christ that He is proud of. Romans 8:29 There are benefits, opportunities, gifts and plans  earthly...

Waiting On God, In Difficult Times

Isaiah 40:31 Waiting involves being patient, enduring, continuing to trust, service and being still. Waiting is not always an easy thing, especially when it comes to waiting on God. Perilous/difficult times will try your patience and test your endurance. Waiting on God in life's journey will be required for every believer at different times and phases of the believers life. Patience is an aspect of waiting. To wait on God will require being patient with God and for God. It requires being patient for God's direction, instruction, and signals. Patience is necessary to avoid unnecessary mistakes in our lives and to make our faith work, for faith and patience work together. Hebrews 6:12 Enduring is also a part of patience. Endurance is necessary to go through the process successfully that God requires us to go through. Endurance is necessary for making it to the end and receiving rewards from God. Matthew 24:13 Waiting on God also implies trusting God. It is to not take steps we w...

Oil For The Latter Times

Matthew 25:1-13 In the text passage we see Jesus sharing a short but very meaningful story which is known as the parable of the 10 virgins. 5 of the virgins were wise, while the other 5 were foolish, it's a great story with several symbolisms and it can be interpreted while drawing many lessons from it. Key words like lamp, oil, night time, bridegroom, and virgins are used in this parable.  The bridegroom is Jesus Christ, while the virgins represent the church, the saints, those who believe they are part of God's kingdom. A major lesson we see from this parable is the importance of oil. It shows us the importance of oil for our spiritual lives, and very importantly for making it when the bridegroom (Jesus Christ) comes. Oil according to this story/parable represents the Holy Ghost. The lamps according to the story/parable is our spiritual life. As lamps need oil to power them and make them shine forth light, our spiritual lives need the Holy Spirit to shine forth. The Holy Sp...

Overcoming The Difficulties Of The Latter Times

2 Timothy 3:1-5 It is people in the world that make the latter times perilous. We have perilous times because we have perilous people. People become perilous because of the kind of spirits that have gone out into the world. 1 John 4:1 The spirits of this age are making people very difficult and hardened. It will take more than having money to overcome the challenges in the world today, and the challenges to come upon the world. There are challenges money cannot solve. There are challenges money cannot fix. Money does not cure many illnesses and diseases in the world today. At best money can get you medical treatment and medication that suppresses the ailment. Money does not cure, it only gives you options. There's so much emphasis on money in our generation, unfortunately many have allowed money to replace God in their hearts. Matthew 6:24 The spirit with an individual will determine how well that individual prevails and triumphs in these times. God's Spirit and presence is a ...

As The Days Of Noah

Matthew 24:37 There are things we can learn about the days/times Noah lived in that will be beneficial insight for these present times we are living in. The days of Noah were interesting and also difficult times for those who lived in that time period. Jesus likened the days of Noah to what things will be like on the earth when He comes back. As a result of this statement made by Jesus, we have been given an insight into the times and season of His return, and like the children of Issachar we will do well to understand it. 1 Chronicles 12:32 The days of Noah can be compared to these times in the following ways: There was a lot of faithlessness in Noah's time as there is today Luke 18:8 In Noah's day, no one except Noah and his family believed God will send rain and flood the earth. Jesus asked if He will find faith on the earth when He returns.  He asked this question because it will be like Noah's day on the earth before He returns, many will not operate in faith anymore. ...

Grace For Difficult Times

2 Corinthians 12:9 Difficult times are times we tend to feel weakest. Difficult times can rob us of our zest and zeal for life. Difficult times can rob us of our happiness and deplete our joy which eventually affects our strength. The danger of difficult times is that people can fall away and grace can run out on them during the period. Difficult seasons can take the shine/glow away from our lives if we are not tapping into the grace of God which is available to us. Difficult times and seasons can also negatively affect our spiritual life. The Bible informs about a difficult time on the earth when many who knew the Lord will depart from the faith. That season is called the great falling away. It is a time/season on earth before the Lord's return. I believe we have come into that time. 2 Thessalonians 2:1-3 Difficulty is a major reason people choose to fall away from God. If we give up in difficult times/times of adversity, it is because our strength is small. Prover...

Thriving In Difficult Times

Genesis 26:11-13 God wants you to succeed during these difficult times. You can thrive in difficult times. God wants you to do well when others have a doubt about the future, the present state of the world and it's uncertain phases. Job 22:29 You can thrive and prevail in these perilous times. The scriptures show us examples of God's people who did well in difficult times. The times we are in are dark times and light is the answer to darkness. God's light is available to us in darkness. Isaiah 60:1-3 God's word promises us light when it gets dark in this world! God's word is likened to light. Psalm 119:105 God's Word is light! John 1:1-5 When God's word comes to us in spoken or written form that is light coming to us. Abraham, Isaac and Jacob each thrived in difficult times by the word or revelation spoken and shown to them by God. Galatians 3:16 The spoken word to us from God becomes a promise that never fails. The word magnified to us b...

Courage For Difficult Times

Joshua 1:9 God wants us to live courageously. The word courageous is used about 6 times in the Bible. There are about 114 instances in the Bible of being courageous. When a word is used more than once in the scriptures it is worth paying attention to. The end times we are in will demand your courage. We are in times the Bible informs that the hearts of men will fail them because of the things coming on the earth. Luke 21:26 We have come into times when people will loose courage for living. This year alone, Corona virus has cast a very dark shadow on the world and changed a lot of plans. There are those who committed suicide because of the change Covid-19 brought upon the earth. They didn't have the courage to accept the changes and go through isolation. In addition to Covid-19, there are many other issues, vices,  and diseases humanity is having to deal with. Only God knows what is to come. It will take some degree of courage to live successfully in today's world...

The Ministry Of The Holy Spirit

John 16:7 The Holy Spirit is a unique and real personality given for your advantage. The Holy Spirit is God's presence in you and with you, ministering to you. God's Spirit ministers, He talks to God's people, God's family, God's children. John 14:26 The greatest ministry is the ministry of the Holy Spirit. There is a lot to benefit from God's Spirit. There are blessings money cannot buy that we enjoy when we yield to the ministry of the Holy Spirit in our lives, here are a few of the benefits: Power - Acts 1:8 Authority - Mark 1:27 Direction, Guidance & Leading - Romans 8:14 Comfort - John 14:26 Might & Strength - Judges 14:6 Counsel - Isaiah 11:2 Wisdom - Acts 6:9,10 Knowledge - Isaiah 11:2 Understanding - Job 32:8 Help - John 14:6 Excellence - Daniel 6:3 Creativity - Exodus 35:35 Headship - 1 Samuel 2:8 Revelations - John 16:15 The Spirit of God works within us and outside of us. He helps us to live in God's will and kno...

The Coming Of Jesus Christ

James 5:8 When Jesus walked the earth He was very clear that He will be returning to the earth after His death and resurrection. Luke 18:8 Jesus is coming back. As He was seen physically and tangibly as He ascended, when He comes back all eyes of those going with Him will see Him. Revelation 1:7 As He ascended to heaven before men He will be seen coming in the heavens in great glory, honor, and majesty. Acts 1:11, Luke 21:27 The coming of Jesus is sure and it is 'close'. The signs of the Lord's return is all around us and things are happening accurately as the Bible informs us it will on the earth. Matthew 24 Due to this, the enemy is running to and fro upon the earth like never before. 1 Peter 5:8 He is working relentlessly to pull as many souls with him to his place of eternal punishment. Misery likes company. Satan is miserable. Job 1:7 So the enemy is working round the clock to blind many to the truth of the gospel, to the benefits and inheritance th...

Tough Minds For Tough Times

2 Timothy 3:1 It is an obvious fact we are in tough times, many people know this even those that are not students of the Bible or believe in God. The Bible calls these times we are in perilous times. Perilous times are hard, difficult times the Bible has informed us will occur here on earth before the Lord's return. We should know we are in perilous times because the Bible had shown us what things will be like during these perilous times. 2 Timothy 3:1-8 These perilous times call for being tough minded. Tough times require tough minds. To be tough minded is to have a mindset that keeps going despite critics, detractors, enemies, and evil around you. To be tough minded is to have a mental make up that doesn't worry much about public opinion, your reputation or image but doing God's will. John 4:34 Jesus Christ was tough minded when He walked the earth. He knew Satan wanted to stop Him and the kingdom of darkness was against His mission, He knew evil men wante...

Grace For Good Thoughts

Philippians 4:8 Grace is applicable to every area of our lives and every aspect of our being. When the grace of God abounds to every or any aspect of our lives and being, there will be a positive difference in that area. 2 Corinthians 9:8 We need the grace of God. 2 Corinthians 12:9 Our mind is an area where God's grace is needed and necessary. The mind is a major battleground in every person's life. 2 Corinthians 10:5 With our minds we process information, make decisions, exercise our right to choose, and hold perspectives on issues. The scriptures reveal the importance of our mind. It is our minds we have to work on to see transformation in our lives. If you want to change for the better in life, change your thoughts. Romans 12:2 The enemy knows the importance of the mind and the fact that the mind plays a big part to the accepting and understanding of the gospel by anyone. You need your mind for salvation. 2 Corinthians 4:4 Our thought life is importan...

Anointed & Appointed

Isaiah 61:1-3 God has anointed His sons and daughters, His children, His church for a purpose. God is a God of purpose. He does all things for a reason, He created all things for a purpose. God anoints for a purpose and appoints for a reason. Jesus was anointed for a purpose. Jesus manifested for a reason - to destroy the works of the devil. 1 John 3:8 That mission continues today through His church, His people, His children. Jesus was appointed or sent for a purpose - to bind up the broken hearted, to proclaim liberty to the captives, and the opening of the prison to them that are bound. To proclaim a new season, God's vengeance and to comfort the mourning. He was appointed to give beauty for ashes, the oil of joy for mourning, the garment of praise for the spirit of heaviness. This appointment continues through God's people, His body. Everyone who has a relationship with God through Jesus Christ is anointed and appointed for a purpose. You have an assignment ...

Commendable Faith

Matthew 8:5-10 Faith is necessary to please God. Hebrews 11:6 Faith is necessary for spiritual achievement and godly impact. We see different types of faith manifested in scripture. Faith when used or released will always bring results. Luke 17:6 Faith can work through contact, contact with an anointed vessel or object. The vessel can be an anointed person of God and the object can be a point of contact like a prayer cloth or mantle. Matthew 9:20-22 Some also use the anointing oil or water as a point of contact to release faith. This is not wrong if God has instructed it or directed a ministry or man/woman of God that way. Faith can work or be released through the mouth too. Job 22:28 We see in the account of creation from the book of Genesis 1, God released faith through His spoken Word. The world was created by faith, God's faith. Hebrews 11:3 God expresses faith through His words - He calls forth the things that be not as though they were. Hebrews 11:3 The wo...

The Power Of Simplicity

Galatians 5:1 - "Stand fast therefore in the liberty by which Christ has made us free, and do not be entangled again with a yoke of bondage." Entanglements arise due to complexity. Confusion also comes about due to complexity. God is not a God of confusion but of peace. 1 Corinthians 14:33 Jesus Christ came to make a relationship with God simple and less complicated. John 14:23 Beware of a gospel, an individual, or a ministry that presents having a relationship with God as a long and tedious process. Colossians 2:8 Some ministers of the gospel complicate the message of Christ in an effort to look and sound spiritual. Revelation 22:18,19 The gospel should be presented simply but it doesn't make us simple minded . Psalm 19:7 Our prayers, deliverance, getting blessed, and our growing in spiritual things should not be a hard, difficult, and complicated process. We are simply asked to believe, have faith and love God . When we study the ministry of Jesus Chr...

The Fulfilled Life

Joel 2:26 We are created to live fulfilled lives. God wants you to have and live a fulfilled life. When we study and observe  everything God put in place for Adam and Eve and humanity, we will see that God made provision for human beings to live fulfilled lives. Genesis 2:8-23 How things were "in the beginning"  is still the reflection of God's will for us irrespective of the state of the world and humanity today. Matthew 19:8 The right decisions and actions in line with God's instructions will produce a fulfilled life. Deuteronomy 28:1,2 There's a difference between a fulfilled life and a life of luxury and riches. Material acquisition and money do not necessarily produce a fulfilled life. Ecclesiastes 2:1-11 King Solomon realized this. At a point in his life he came to the conclusion that material acquisition, money, and all the pleasures of this world to not necessary make a fulfilled life. King Solomon has experimented with pleasure, prosperit...

Averting Life's Tragedy

Romans 8:29 It's not God's will that our lives turn out tragically. The greatest tragedy on earth is the tragedy of an unfulfilled destiny. There is a place, a status, and a stature God intends you attain or get to before you leave the earth. Every single human being is born into this earth to fulfill his/her destiny. You have a unique destiny in God, a glorious destiny in God's sight that has to be manifested. Your destiny is linked to your purpose/assignment. Your destiny refers to where God wants you to get to in life . Spiritually, our destiny is to grow and develop into the fullness of Christ. Ephesians 4:13 In the physical realm you also have a destiny - a place, a position, an achievement, a status, a benefit that God wants you to get to. Satan is the biggest and foremost enemy of your destiny. He lost his own destiny which was to stay in the presence of God, and he doesn't want you to fulfill yours. Ezekiel 28:14 Not fulfilling destiny is some...

The Ministry Of Satan

Revelation 12:4 Satan is in the business of pulling down stars. It can be human stars or spirit stars, Satan's assignment is one of pulling down in an attempt to hurt God. One third of the stars of heaven were pulled down from their positions by Satan, the ancient serpent, the dragon. Till this day, those angels or former stars of heaven are still in the service of Satan. Ephesians 6:12 Satan used to walk the Eden of God in heaven. He was the anointed Cherub who beautified the throne of God like an ornament, he was the master worshipper created with pipes within him to create worship sounds to God. Ezekiel 28:13 He lost his place in heaven, he lost his place in destiny, he lost his place in God's presence. Satan was cast out of heaven, he fell to earth like lightening. Luke 10:18 Iniquity (pride) was found in him. It made him rebel against God, it cost him his position. Ezekiel 28:14-15 Satan fought. He didn't leave heaven without a fight. He won over a thir...

The Greatest Event

Hebrews 11:3-38 A lot has happened under the sun. The flood during Noah's time, the splitting of the red sea, fire falling from heaven as a result of Elijah's prayer, the resurrection of legions of armies as prophet Ezekiel  prophesied, Jesus raising people from the dead, a teenage boy (David) killing Goliath, and God creating the man and forming the woman. These were all great events and occurrences in their time. We have had the first world war, the second world war, the rise of the Roman empire, the Persian empire, the Babylonian empire, the French revolution and the holocaust. Many great occurrences and events are still happening and will still happen in our world on social, economic, political, and spiritual levels. The Bible confirms this. Matthew 24: 3-42 The greatest occurrence or event that has ever happened did not have the attention of the media or paparazzi. There was no red carpet rolled out for this event, no fancy dresses or costumes on display, the...

The Amazing Benefits Of Discernment

John 1:47 Discernment is the ability to see beyond the exterior, beyond what is on the outside and the facade of man. The ability to discern gives you a unique perspective. Discernment  makes you see beyond the pretense, the hypocrisy, the lies, and the evil motivations of man. Discernment is a gift from God that helps with understanding why a person or people have come into your life and what their intentions are. Discernment  makes you see people for what they really are . The ability to discern is a most useful gift and it's one of the 9 gifts of the Spirit of God. 1 Corinthians 12:7-11 The scripture records about God's ability  to discern. Hebrews 4:13 A balanced and thorough understanding of God's Word brings discernment. Through the Word we can discern. Hebrews 4:12 When things, people, ideas, offers, and opportunities do not align with the Word of God we can discern what to do about them. Our responsibility is to get ourselves well aligned with th...

The Resurrection Breakthrough

John  11: 25,26 The resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead is the greatest miracle recorded in the Bible. Mark 16:6 It is a breakthrough of a magnitude that can't be quantified. Jesus's death and resurrection is a physical and spiritual breakthrough. Matthew 27:51 Jesus's resurrection is the greatest miracle not only because the dead came back to life but because of it's impact on the past, present, the future, and eternity.
