Truth Over Facts! (2)

2 Corinthians 4:18 It is a fact that the whole world is under Satan's influence, but it is truth that Satan doesn't have to have power over you.  1 John 5:19 It is a fact that evil spirits are real and they are our enemies, it is also a truth that Jesus had defeated them and they don't have to defeat you. Colossians 2:15 It is a fact that the world we live in has had demonic activity for hundreds upon hundreds of years, but it is truth that we are not of this world but of God's kingdom through Jesus Christ if Jesus is our Lord and saviour. John 17:16,17 Diseases, sicknesses, and illnesses are facts but they do not have to be our reality. God's truth should be our reality, not the negative facts of life. Truth Over Facts!

Luke 17:11-19 Our facts don't have to become our truth. Especially if those facts are negative.. There is a way to convert our negative facts to positive truth. It was a fact that ten lepers needed healing and wholeness, but their leprosy didn't have to be their reality. Our text passage above shows this. When we behold the King's countenance,  the unwanted and negative facts of our lives begin to align and conform to God's truth. Beholding the King's countenance by faith is the key to our positive transformation, and transition from changing our facts into truth, making God's truth our reality. Your life is too precious than to live it based on the assumptions, opinions, fears, biases, and trial and errors of people. Your life should not be other people's experiment. People cannot advise you beyond their wisdom, their knowledge, understanding, and exposure. Human beings are limited in all those areas. We can't base our lives on who other people think we are, what other people think we deserve, and what people feel we can't or can achieve. These are major reasons we have to stay in God's presence.
