Prayer and Justification

Romans 5:1 You have every right to be heard by your heavenly Father.. Justification is the reason you have rights in God. Justification is a major reason your prayer will be heard. Justification is the work of God on a person that makes that individual of good standing before God because Jesus declares them free from sin. Justification is from the Word justify, to justify means to be made just. To be made just means you're now right, perfect and righteous before God. John 1:12 Anyone God has justified is free to serve God and not feel condemned. No man can earn justification. Romans 3:20 Justification cancels condemnation in your life. Allow God's Spirit to remind you, you're justified. John 14:26 Justification is a product of the sacrifice of Jesus Christ. The blood of Jesus Christ justifies us because it washes our sins away and gives us a new beginning. God is not condemning you if you are in Christ Jesus because Jesus has justified you. Romans 8:30 Beca

Who Told You?

Text : Genesis 3:9-11 God asked Adam and Eve who told them they were naked? That question is a question God is still asking people today in different situations and circumstances. God asks people questions. People who have a relationship with God and hear God, will find God asking them questions from time to time. God asked Cain where His brother is. Genesis 4:9 God asked Job many questions. Job 38:1-41 God asked Moses questions. Exodus 4:11 Isaiah heard God ask a question. Isaiah 6:8 God is asking you today, who told you - you can't make it? you can't live Holy? you can't climb your mountain top? it is to late for you? you can't be healthy? your dreams will not come to pass? you cannot grow spiritually? you won't overcome your enemies? your life won't manifest the kingdom? you're a failure? The question - who told you? brings about another question - who are you listening to? Who you listen to in life can determine how far you go in

Prayer And Mercy

The mercy of God can turn a nobody into somebody. The mercy of God  can turn a nobody into a force to be reckoned with. One of the great prayers we can pray is the prayer of mercy. Asking God for mercy is one form of prayer God does not ignore Mercy is very important for everyone and it's something we should always ask for. We all need mercy and we can obtain it in the place of prayer, in God's presence. Hebrews 4:16 God is a God of mercy. Ephesians 2:4,5 Mercy brings peace. Solomon had peace because of the sure mercies of David. Isaiah 55:3 Mercy brings salvation. Matthew 9:13 Mercy is the reason you can spend an eternity with God. Psalm 51:1,2 Mercy preserves. Mercy brings favour with God. Micah 7:18 It is the mercy of God that located a shepherd boy who wasn't seeking the Kingship, who wasn't seeking the anointing, mercy took the boy, anointed him and made him one of the greatest kings that's walked this earth. Mercy makes you avoid the traps of

Expect Success

Success is the outcome of God's blessing. Success is what should naturally be the output for the work God's people do. Isaiah 3:10 The Word of God is full of promises of blessings for God's people. Success answers to God's blessing. Proverbs 10:22 God originally created humanity with His blessing. Genesis 1:27,28 Adam and Eve didn't know any other kind of life except the blessed life. That's God's will and dream for individuals, families, churches, ministries, businesses and the careers of His people. God wants you to succeed by His blessing. Deuteronomy 28:1-13 It is the blessing of God that makes your hardwork pay off. It is the blessing of God that brings you harvests of good things. James 1:17 God's blessing impacts us in the following ways : 1) God has promised His blessing on our food . Exodus 23:25 2) God has promised His blessing on our works . Deuteronomy 28:12 3) God has promised His blessing on our health . Jeremiah 30:17 4)

Prayer And The Courts Of Heaven

Psalm 82:1-4 Many things in the physical are similar to what exists in the Spirit realm. God is the first judge. Isaiah 33:22 Heaven has it's own courts. Psalm 82:1 The judiciary system started from the spirit realm. It is God's idea. God deliberates and makes decisions with Himself and other spirits in the courts of heaven concerning the happenings in the life of His children and in the world. The final word (decree) comes from the courts of heaven. Everything on earth and in heaven, in the physical realm and beneath the earth, aligns with the decrees of the courts of heaven. Situations, circumstances, scenarios, humans, angels and all decisions align themselves with the decree of the courts of heaven irrespective of who likes it or not. God is a just judge. He is a just King. Proverbs 8:15 He decrees justice in the favour of His people from the courts of heaven. If you need justice, if you need God's intervention, if you need vindication, if you need compen

The Power Of A God Ordained Fast.

Text: Matthew 6:16 Fasting is a potent and powerful spiritual weapon when done by the direction/instruction of God's Spirit. The ministry of Jesus Christ as we know it commenced powerfully after a time of fasting as He was led by God. Being led by God is the key to fasting successfully with impact. Matthew 4:1, 2. We see the impact of Jesus's fasting and prayer from what we read of His works and ministry. It's possible to fast wrongly. It's possible for God not to accept our fast. But when we get the timing right, we get the right result after or during our fast. Luke 19:44 Isaiah 58:3,4 shows us that it's not every fast God approves of. There are wrong reasons to fast: Fasting can be done to show off. Luke 18:11,12 Fasting can be done hypocritically. Matthew 6:16 Fasting can be done out of wrong teachings. Matthew 16:6 Fasting can be done to prove a point. Isaiah 58:3 These are good reasons to fast : 1) When we sense God is telling us to fast in

Prayer and Success

What success is to a man/woman who knows God is quiet different from what success is to an individual who doesn't know God. Genesis 39:2 A person who knows God and has a relationship with God is not trying to achieve success, that person is already successful. Colossians 1:27 To know God and have a relationship with God is success in itself. John 14:23 Part of our relationship with God is our prayer life. Philippians 4:6,7 This means prayer is part of our success as followers of Christ. Good prayer comes about from continuous mediation on God's Word. Psalm 1:2 Our prayer life goes with our success. Your prayer life is connected to your success. The right prayer can makes a success out of you like it did for Jabeez. 1 Chronicles 4:10 Prayer affects the natural and spiritual realms. James 5:7 If you want things to change for you in the natural dimension - pray. If you want a spiritual change - pray. An individual connected to God is successful already, not because o

BE FOCUSED.

Proverbs 4:25 Keeping our eyes on the goal , on our destination, on our target is necessary for us to achieve and make the needed impact. Jesus was a very focused person. We should be to. Jesus was focused on His assignment, His ministry, and the will of the Father. For Him it was like meat. That was His passion. John 4:31-34 He didn't allow anything including hunger to break His focus. Matthew 4:4 John 4:31-34 Jesus could endure all He endured because He was looking to the future. Hebrews 12:2 Jesus stayed focused because He knew the future is always more important than the present. Hebrews 12:3 Anyone who can see a glorious future ahead will be able to endure the inconvenience of today. Joseph stayed focused because of the future God showed him in the form of dreams he had at seventeen. To achieve and be the best you can be you will have to be focused. Proverbs 5:1,2 The lion is regarded as the king of the jungle, a strong beast and a survivor. These great and m

Avoid The Traps.

Proverbs 3:5,6 Isaiah 42:22 Life is a journey. Along the way there are steps we should not take, things we should not do, and people we should not let into our lives. As we journey through life there are two key influences in every human being's life - God and the enemy. Both of them are interested in human beings. God loves us. He created us in His image and gave us the gift of life. Genesis 1:27 Satan hates us, he wants our downfall and touches us to hurt God. 1 Peter 5:8 The greater influence is determined by our choices. Your choices and decisions will determine who influences and controls you. Satan will seek to control our mind. 2 Corinthians 10:5 God has blessings prepared and set up for you to receive as you journey through life. Psalm 5:12 Satan has 'traps' prepared and set up for you as you journey through life. Psalm 141:9 Life's journey calls for discernment, it calls for wisdom, it calls for understanding and prayers. There are people in th
