The Three Virtues Of The Kingdom

Romans 14:17 The scripture above informs that "righteousness, peace and joy in the Holy Ghost is the kingdom of God. What we need to note and I emphasise about that scripture is the statement "in the Holy Ghost". There's a righteousness that's not of the Holy Ghost, and there's a joy that's not of the Holy Ghost. There is a type of peace that's not of the Holy Ghost. This type of peace does not last. Romans 14:17 shows us the Holy Ghost is a chief character in God's kingdom. If you don't have the Holy Ghost you can't manifest the kingdom, and you won't even make it into the kingdom. When Jesus Christ comes back for His people the Holy Ghost is what He will look for in people. Jesus is the Lord of the kingdom. Colossians 1:13 The kingdom of God can be likened to a gift the Father (Jehovah) gave the Son (Jesus/Yashua). The Holy Spirit and Jesus agree 1 John 5:8 Anywhere Jesus is, the kingdom is there. When Jesus appear

Kingdom Multiplication

Genesis 22:17 Multiplication, increase and growth is part of God's plan and intention for you. The kingdom of God is usually described as something small which grows into something big. Daniel 2:34-35 From the old testament into the new testament of the scriptures we see this pattern. Matthew 13:31-32 We cannot separate growth or multiplication from God's kingdom. A kingdom minded person is not a small minded person. You cannot be kingdom minded and have a small vision. You may start small but you will grow big. Job 8:7 In the book of Daniel, the kingdom is described as a small stone that grew into a big mountain. Jesus repeatedly shared parables about the kingdom. Growth and multiplication is one of the major things we glean when we study the kingdom parables of Jesus. Even nature (the second volume of God) shows us that growth is God's intention. Eg. babies of all animals and humans grow into adults, seeds grow into plants. The desire to grow and multi

Your Prayer And Your Worship

John 4:24 Worship is the lifestyle we are called to as kingdom people. Everything we do, sacrifice, and live out that pleases God and is our kingdom responsibility is worship. 1 Chronicles 16:23-31 Prayer is an aspect of our worship lifestyle. It's a no brainer that Christians are to live a lifestyle of prayer. Ephesians 6:18 Our worship is also what we do when we are adoring God in our hearts, and blessing God with our words through our mouth. Revelation 4:8-11 This aspect of worship can be a form of prayer also. That aspect of worship goes well with our communication with God (prayer). Every time we pray we are taking ourselves into God's presence. The scriptures tell us to come with a song, to come with praise, to come with a song of worship. Psalm 100:4 Worshipping God in the song and in the dance is not something we do in church assemblies to while away time or to wait for the chief speaker or pastor. Worshipping God in the song and dance is part of heave

Noiseless Prayers

Romans 8:26 The scripture passage above shows us there is something called noiseless prayers. If you are talking to a person who is near you, you do not need to scream for that person to hear you. The need to raise your voice becomes necessary when the person you're talking to cannot hear you or if that person is far away from us. When we pray we are directing our prayer to God, and God is not far from us. Acts 17:27 Our prayers are directed to a God who can hear us. God is not deaf! Psalm 94:9 You do not need to make noise to connect with God. 1 Samuel 1:13-17 You do not need to feel guilty you do not know how to pray as long, as hard, and scream as loud  as some people do when they pray. Matthew 6:5,7,8 The heart connection is the most important aspect of prayer, let your heart be connected to God when you're praying. 1Samuel 16:7 The presence of God's Holy Spirit within you is another requirement to answered prayer. Romans 8:26 We do not always know how

Kingdom Values

Matthew 6:21-33 We cannot seek first the kingdom of God if we don't place value on God's kingdom and if God's kingdom has not become valuable to us. Your values are your priority, standards and principles you live by. Your values are what shows what's important to you. The values we live by are very important. The values you hold dear will shape your life and determine the kind of person you will be. The values you have will determine your actions. The values formed within us is usually determined by our upbringing and environment. Every environment has it's own culture and value it passes into its people. As people from God's kingdom we should be full of kingdom values. God's kingdom has it's own values, so does Satan's kingdom which is also called the gates of hell. There is no point praying warfare prayers in the direction of the spiritual location of Satan's kingdom when the values of Satan's kingdom are in the heart of our

Prayer And Your Lifting

Isaiah 58:14 God is not a wicked God. Hebrews 6:10 It is not the will of God that His children remain at the same point and in the same predicament forever. Deuteronomy 2:3 It is God's will that you rise out of every unpleasant situation you have been in for so long. God is a God who compensates. God is a God who lifts people up. God is a God who promotes. God is a God who advances people. God is a God who blesses and removes sorrow. Proverbs 10:22 Things can go wrong, but prayer can rectify what has gone wrong. If things can go wrong they can also go right. Blind Bartimeus was lifted out of his misfortune when he cried out to Jesus in prayer. Mark 10:46-52 Jabeez was lifted out of his pit of continuous bitterness because he prayed. 1 Chronicles 4:9,10 Hannah was lifted out of the camp of the barren because she prayed. 1 Samuel 1:10-18 King David was lifted out of sorrow and recovered all that was stolen from him and his men because he prayed and God gave th

God & His Kingdom Family

Ephesians 2:19 God has a household/family. His family is part of His Kingdom. The kingdom of God has an Earthly presence and a heavenly and spiritual presence. Ephesians 3:15 We are a family in God's kingdom. The scriptures show us God's family is in heaven and also on Earth. At the end of age, the heavenly family and the earthly family will come together as one. Revelation 21:1-3 We all have different and unique personalities and assignments in this family but we are all bound by love. Love is that great quality and nature those in God's family and kingdom have. John 15:12 The Holy Spirit is part of this family. Jesus Christ is part of this family. Jehovah (the Father) is part of this family. Angels are part of this kingdom family and that's why angels are called sons of God. Job 2:1, Genesis 6:2 Whether winged angels or angels without wings, they are sons of God. Whether it's cherubims, seraphims or thrones (also called the 24 elders), they are
