Call For The Supernatural

James 4: 2, 3 Our text passage reveals we do not have certain things because we simply did not ask for them in prayer. What we ask for is what we get, as long as it is within God's will, God's word. John 15:7 There are certain experiences we will not have because we did not ask for them. Most people do not dare to ask God for certain things and experiences because they do not believe God wants them to have those things. Some people think and feel God doesn't care, though they believe there is a God out there somewhere. There are other people who don't ask God for things they want and need because they don't know the will of God or understand it. There's also a category of people who don't ask God for certain blessings or experiences because they don't believe in God, they don't believe God exists. Nature has revealed to us God exists. Job 12:7-10 Archaeology has revealed to us God exists. Science, when looked to for the origin of creation cannot ex

Miracles Of Mercy

Mark 10:46-52 Blind Bartimaeus received a miracle of mercy. Jesus the Christ is the mercy of God personified. We see from the Bible account of the Blind Bartimaeus story that he cried out to God for mercy, and he received the miracle of new eyes, which he needed and never had prior to his miracle. Everyone who received a miracle from Jesus as documented in the Bible, got their miracles on the virtue of mercy, Jesus's mercy. When God pities a person or people, or has compassion on a person or people, that is mercy. Isaiah 49:15 The mercy of God precedes the miracles of mercy. The mercy of God brings miracles, deliverance, healing, favor, blessings, and freedom. Acts 10:38 The mercy of God completes you. The mercy of God supplies what you need. The mercy of God came to Blind Bartimaeus in answer to his cry for mercy. Everyone Jesus had mercy on received a miracle. Matthew 15:32-39 The cry for mercy (prayer) precedes the miracle of mercy. Mercy changes our life stories for the bette

The Supernatural Seed

John 12: 24,25 The concept of seeds started with God. Seed planting and its subsequent process of germination, growth, and fruit bearing is God's wisdom. God is all-wise and knowledgeable. The seed brings about continuity, sustainability, fruitfulness, and harvests. Genesis 1:11 God is a supernatural God. John 4:24 Jesus is God's supernatural seed. He is the supernatural seed of God that has germinated salvation, justification, redemption, sanctification, and glorification for the saints. He is the supernatural seed whose death and resurrection grants us access into the presence of our heavenly Father. Hebrews 10:19-22 Jesus is the supernatural seed who has raised sons for God among human beings. Hebrews 2:10 Jesus is the supernatural seed whose germination/resurrection brought gifts to men. Ephesians 4:8 He is the supernatural seed whose sacrifice reconciles men to God. Romans 5:10 Seeds ensure continuity and sustainability. The trees of the world continue to exist from gener

The Blood, The Supernatural

Hebrews 10:19 The blood of Jesus gives us the boldness, and a confidence to enter the most holy place, God presence! The blood of Jesus Christ is our access to the supernatural. It is our ticket to the holiest of holies, the presence of the heavenly Father where the supernatural occurs. God is Spirit, God is supernatural. The blood that poured out of the body of Jesus when He was pierced with a spear on what I believe is His right-hand side was His life gushing out for you and me. "The life of a thing is in its blood" Leviticus 17:11 Blood and water came out of the side of Jesus. John 19:34 Water is symbolic of life. Revelation 22:1 The blood and water that came out of His side is His life poured out for us as a sacrifice. The question is what kind of life was sacrificed by God to bless us, what kind of life was in Jesus the Christ? The life Jesus lived on earth was a supernatural life. This is seen from the prophesies preceding His birth. Luke 1:35 Isaiah 7:14 Jesus's m

The Supernatural Soldier

2 Timothy 2:3-5 Anyone who is a citizen of God's kingdom is a soldier, our text passage shows us that. In Christ Jesus we are part of the army of God. God's military team, soldiers of Christ. There are similarities between physical soldiers and the spiritual soldiers that we are in Christ. There are things we see about the nature, lifestyle, and efforts of soldiers in this natural realm that applies to us, that we can learn from as spiritual soldiers. A major quality of soldiers, good soldiers, is their loyalty to the nation they come from or represent. We are from the kingdom of God in Christ Jesus; we are members of a holy nation! 1 Peter 2:9 The kingdom of God is a supernatural kingdom and God has given us the kingdom. Luke 12:32 If the kingdom of God is supernatural and you are a soldier from God's kingdom it means you are a supernatural soldier. Soldiers have ranks, positions, assigned posts and orders they follow. You have a kingdom rank, a kingdom assignment, a pla
