Prayer & Prosperity

Job 22:21-28 Throughout the Bible we see that if we are going to prosper our prayers along with other instructions is what makes it happen. Prayer alone is not what makes you prosperous. Prayer and obedience is what works. There are things we need to know, do and be. Prayer is the will of God for you as much as prosperity is God's will for you. Prayer is applicable to all areas of your life as much as prosperity is applicable to all areas of your life. 1 Thessalonians 5:23 You can pray for your soul, there is also the prosperity of the soul. 3 John 2 You can pray for your body, there is a prosperity of your body. 1 Corinthians 3:16,17 You can pray for your spirit, there is also a prosperity of the spirit man. 2 Corinthians 4:16 Without any doubt, prosperity is God's will for you and prayer is part of the link to manifesting your prosperity. Your prosperity glorifies God. You are an extension of God, so your all round prosperity glorifies Him. John 15:4-6 Every o

The Amazing Power Of God's Word

Hebrews 4:12 God's Word has power we can only imagine God's Word has sustaining power. Hebrews 1:3 God's Word has creative power. Genesis 1. God's Word has glorious power. 2 Peter 1:19 God's Word has building power. Acts 20:32 God's  power is unleashed through His Word. Hebrews 4:12, Isaiah 55:1 God's power is able to do for us what Jesus would do for us if He was here in the flesh if you give God's Word it's place. The Spirit of God works with the Word. 1 John 5:8 God's power is in His Word because His Word is made alive through His Holy Spirit. 2 Corinthians 3:6 God's Word is the starting point of God's blessing in a life. So, the Word of God has blessing power. Numbers 6:24-26 God's Word has transformative power. 2 Corinthians 3:18 God's Word has sanctifying power. John 17:17 God's power has the ability to prosper you. Philippians 4:19 God's Word has power to build up. Acts 20:32 God's Word has ren

Speak To Yourself

1 Samuel 30 Matthew 9:20-22 What we say with our hearts is as powerful as what we say with our mouth. One of the master keys to success is our ability to speak the right words to ourselves. That's part of how we stay motivated and inspired. What you speak to yourself is what you will experience and manifest. Eg.King David in Ziklag and the woman with the issue of blood. How you talk to yourself can make you or break you. David could have given up on life when almost everything he and his men had labored for was taken away by his enemies in Ziklag. To encourage yourself in the Lord your God is to convince yourself in your heart that God is good irrespective of what is happening around you. To encourage yourself in the Lord your God is to speak to yourself that there is hope in God when you don't see any reason to be hopeful in life. In this hard, dark and difficult world, the ability to speak the right words to yourself, words of the Bible is very necessary. Right

Prayer, Grace & The blood

Ephesians 2: 4-10 Our prayer lives, the grace of God and the blood of Jesus are all connected. We are saved by grace. Ephesians 2:8 Because grace found us, God can hear us when we pray. Hebrews 4:16 Because grace has saved us, the blood of Jesus is activated on our behalf, it is the blood of Jesus that gives us access to God's presence. Hebrews 9:12 Without the blood of Jesus we don't have access to the Father. Hebrews 10:19-22 If we don't have access to the Father, there is no point praying. Knowing we can access God is  why we pray. Grace makes us accepted and adopted in God's family, the blood of Jesus brings us close to God Himself, while prayer is how we communicate with God. The blood of Jesus satisfies God. If God is satisfied with the sacrifice of Jesus,if God is satisfied with the blood of Jesus, why do you think God doesn't hear you when you pray? It is your responsibility to believe when you pray. Why do you think you can't access God

Prayer & Giving

Acts 10:1-8 It is important to understand that your prayer alone is not what God looks at before He blesses you. That's why we have been exploring the other things God considers before blessing you. In this ministry we have looked at messages like 'Prayer and Direction', Light and Prayer', 'Your Prayer and your Vision', 'True Faith, True Prayer', Blessings and Prayer' to name a few. We take our time to consider the other things that go along with prayer because I've discovered  there are many people who pray but aren't mature in the things of God. The most prayerful people aren't always the most successful people. If prayer is the only yardstick for God's approval and blessings, those who pray the most- prayer warriors should be the most blessed people on earth but it's not always so. The life of Cornelius shows this. This man didn't have salvation, but he always made an effort to pray and support the poor. One d

The Truth About You

Matthew 5:13-16 Only God knows who you really are. The truth about you is in the Spirit realm. The truth about you is in the heavens. Matthew 2:1,2 The truth about you has to be revealed by God for people to know or see who you really are. John 12:49 What many people know about you is the 'shadows' they have seen. Shadows are not the truth. Shadows are not the real substance. Shadows are evidence the real exists. The wise men who visisted Jesus after His birth had to look upward, they had to look towards heaven to know who Jesus really is. Matthew 2:2 Anyone who wants to know the truth  about you has to look to heaven or receive a revelation about you from God's Word! The reason people despise you, stereo type you and look down on you is because they are ignorantly looking in the wrong direction to determine who you are. They aren't looking to God or His Word to find out about you. The reason your destiny helpers and all those God has ordained to bless y

LIGHT & PRAYER

PSALM 119:105 By God's grace this month has been tagged our Month of Revelation. Revelation is associated with light. Light is associated with the Word of God. Proverbs 6:23 In the Word of God there is revelation for us to live by, operate with and pray with. Psalm 119:130 Our prayers should be like beams of light going up to heaven when we pray. This happens when our hearts are connected to God when praying. This happens when we pray by the leading of the Holy Spirit. This happens when we pray from the perspective of revelation. This happens when we pray according to God's Word. The Word of God wraps our prayers in light. Praying from a perspective of revelation  is to pray with a knowledge of what Jesus Christ has done for you. It is to pray with a revelation of who you are. It is to pray with an understanding of your rights in Jesus Christ. You are a spiritual warrior. You have an armour of light on. Ephesians 6: 10-20. Prayer Points : 1. Flood my heart
