John the Baptist came baptizing with natural water, Jesus Christ who is greater than John the Baptist came baptizing with something greater - spiritual fire! When the Holy Spirit (the Spirit of Jesus Christ) baptizes with power, He comes engulfing or dressing up the individual in a garment of fire. That's what happened on the day of Pentecost.
