The Three Virtues Of The Kingdom

Romans 14:17

The scripture above informs that "righteousness, peace and joy in the Holy Ghost is the kingdom of God.
What we need to note and I emphasise about that scripture is the statement "in the Holy Ghost".
There's a righteousness that's not of the Holy Ghost, and there's a joy that's not of the Holy Ghost.
There is a type of peace that's not of the Holy Ghost.
This type of peace does not last.

Romans 14:17 shows us the Holy Ghost is a chief character in God's kingdom.
If you don't have the Holy Ghost you can't manifest the kingdom, and you won't even make it into the kingdom.
When Jesus Christ comes back for His people the Holy Ghost is what He will look for in people.

Jesus is the Lord of the kingdom.
Colossians 1:13
The kingdom of God can be likened to a gift the Father (Jehovah) gave the Son (Jesus/Yashua).
The Holy Spirit and Jesus agree
1 John 5:8

Anywhere Jesus is, the kingdom is there.
When Jesus appears, the kingdom appears.
Jesus is the door of the kingdom, repentance is the key to the door the kingdom.
Jesus responds to repentance.
The Holy Spirit is what He will look out for in people when He appears.
The parable of the ten virgins prove this.
Matthew 25:1-13
The virgins who didn't have enough oil in their lamps are symbolic of hypocritical Christians "who have a form of godliness but deny the power thereof"
2 Timothy 3:5
The virgins who made it with the bridegroom represent those who are not hypocritical and are genuinely watchful and have God's Spirit which is what "oil" represent in the parable.

The righteousness of God's kingdom is different from self righteousness, moralistic man-made righteousness.
It is not righteousness put together to impress man or deceive people but the righteousness given by God and received by faith.
Romans 3:22

There is a peace the world gives that does not last. It is flaky peace.
The peace of the kingdom is stable, strong, present and helps you get through storms.
John 14:27

The joy of God's kingdom is an everlasting joy the world cannot understand.
It is God given joy that strengthens.
Psalm 45:7

From Romans 14:17 we also see that kingdom people fast.
The kingdom of God is not meat and drink.
Food is a blessing, and having a good appetite is great but as kingdom people  we have to learn to sacrifice food to fast as the Spirit leads.

Your Father Hears

Matthew 6:5,6 Prayer should be directed to the Father. Jesus showed this when He taught His disciples the Lord's prayer. It should be a great comfort to you to know that the creator and God of all hears you when you pray. This should encourage you to pray and keep praying. In our day to day relationships with people our communication will reduce towards those who don't pay attention when we're talking to them. The good thing about God is that He is never distracted. Know you have His attention when you pray . He can be communicated with. He hears, He created the ears. Psalm 94:9 Jesus encouraged prayer. Matthew 26:40 Jesus taught prayer. Luke 11:1,2 If Jesus prayed, you will need to pray. Why Should You Pray? *Pray because prayer brings God's intervention. Isaiah 38:5,6 *Pray because that's how you are authorized to communicate with God. 1 Thessalonians 15:16-18 *Pray because it is a major way of birthing God's will on earth. 1 Kings 18

The Importance Of The Anointing

Acts 10:38 The anointing is the presence of the Holy Spirit with a person. The anointing speaks, the anointing directs, and the anointing teaches people what they need to know and do. 1 John 2:27 You need the anointing. You can grow in the anointing. It is also possible to depart from the anointing. The anointing won't depart from you but you can depart from the anointing. You should remain in Him. It is worth it investing time to understand the your anointing, growing in your anointing and obeying the anointing. As you get to know a person better by spending time with them, so it is with the anointing in your life. With the anointing, you can't go wrong. The anointing strategically positions you in God's kingdom and in life. Jesus was full of the Holy Spirit. Colossians 2:9 Jesus had the anointing when He was here on earth. Jesus is our example of what our life can be when we have the anointing. Hebrews 12:2 Jesus knew His purpose. Luke 2:49 Jesus

Navigating A New Year

Isaiah  42:16 Our text passage above shows us God is the one who shows us the path to take and leads us in new directions. Your path matters to God. The way you you choose to take is important to God. Your steps are seen by God and ordered by God. Psalm 37:23 The year ahead of you matters to God too. Luke 13:8-9 Each year God has given you the grace to witness, experience, and journey through is another opportunity to be fruitful for God. God wants you to make the most of the year ahead of you to His glory. Human beings do not always know the way and path to go, we can be limited in wisdom. History shows we do not always make the best choices. The year ahead of us will require knowing the way to go, having the wisdom to make the best decisions and choices. Deuteronomy 30:19 To successfully navigate the year we need to stay in God.. To navigate is to find your way through, it is following the right path to a specific destination. Car drivers either buy a GPS/Navigation device system or
