Out Of The Ashes

Isaiah 61:3

Ashes are not seen as useful substances.
Ashes are waste that's thrown away.
Ashes are what is left after a substance is burnt out.

Your life may seem like ashes right now but something good and beautiful can come out of it when it's given to God.
You may feel like an ash yourself.
You may be feeling burnt out from unpleasant experiences of the past, the previous week, the last Month , or the the last year and life's battles may have left you burnt out.
Know that out of your ashes can come beauty!

God is the one who gives us beauty for ashes.
God can make you and your life beautiful!
Don't make the ashes your permanent state.
God can make your season of ashes work out into a season of glory for you.
Romans 8:28

The phoenix is a mystical and fictional bird that burns out after living for about six centuries.
After burning itself out it rises from it's ashes renewed, youthful and revitalized to live through another life cycle.
Like the phoenix, you can rise to higher heights from the depths of your ashes with God on your side.
Like the phoenix you can be renewed, refreshed and revitalized with God's help.

The eagle is a special kind of bird.
The eagle in a sense renews it's youth just like a phoenix does.
Psalm 103:5
When the eagle is tired, worn out and needs to change it's feathers  it goes to the top of the highest mountain it can find, spreads itself out, exposing itself to the rays of the sun for healing.
It pulls out all its worn out and old feathers and remains on the mountain top until new and beautiful feathers have grown.
After this process of rejuvenation, the eagle is healed, renewed, and revitalized. Once again it flies off ready to be king of the skies.

In 2019, be like the eagle and the phoenix.
Just like these birds, rise out of your ashes.
Just like both birds you don't have to be limited by the 'ashes' of your past.
As it is with the eagle and the phoenix you don't have to be bound by the ugly and the unpleasant.
1 Samuel 2:8

Your Father Hears

Matthew 6:5,6 Prayer should be directed to the Father. Jesus showed this when He taught His disciples the Lord's prayer. It should be a great comfort to you to know that the creator and God of all hears you when you pray. This should encourage you to pray and keep praying. In our day to day relationships with people our communication will reduce towards those who don't pay attention when we're talking to them. The good thing about God is that He is never distracted. Know you have His attention when you pray . He can be communicated with. He hears, He created the ears. Psalm 94:9 Jesus encouraged prayer. Matthew 26:40 Jesus taught prayer. Luke 11:1,2 If Jesus prayed, you will need to pray. Why Should You Pray? *Pray because prayer brings God's intervention. Isaiah 38:5,6 *Pray because that's how you are authorized to communicate with God. 1 Thessalonians 15:16-18 *Pray because it is a major way of birthing God's will on earth. 1 Kings 18

The Importance Of The Anointing

Acts 10:38 The anointing is the presence of the Holy Spirit with a person. The anointing speaks, the anointing directs, and the anointing teaches people what they need to know and do. 1 John 2:27 You need the anointing. You can grow in the anointing. It is also possible to depart from the anointing. The anointing won't depart from you but you can depart from the anointing. You should remain in Him. It is worth it investing time to understand the your anointing, growing in your anointing and obeying the anointing. As you get to know a person better by spending time with them, so it is with the anointing in your life. With the anointing, you can't go wrong. The anointing strategically positions you in God's kingdom and in life. Jesus was full of the Holy Spirit. Colossians 2:9 Jesus had the anointing when He was here on earth. Jesus is our example of what our life can be when we have the anointing. Hebrews 12:2 Jesus knew His purpose. Luke 2:49 Jesus

Navigating A New Year

Isaiah  42:16 Our text passage above shows us God is the one who shows us the path to take and leads us in new directions. Your path matters to God. The way you you choose to take is important to God. Your steps are seen by God and ordered by God. Psalm 37:23 The year ahead of you matters to God too. Luke 13:8-9 Each year God has given you the grace to witness, experience, and journey through is another opportunity to be fruitful for God. God wants you to make the most of the year ahead of you to His glory. Human beings do not always know the way and path to go, we can be limited in wisdom. History shows we do not always make the best choices. The year ahead of us will require knowing the way to go, having the wisdom to make the best decisions and choices. Deuteronomy 30:19 To successfully navigate the year we need to stay in God.. To navigate is to find your way through, it is following the right path to a specific destination. Car drivers either buy a GPS/Navigation device system or
