Job 14: 7-9 Growth is the plan and will of God. Nature shows this and the scriptures informs us so. Our text passage shows us a tree stomp can grow again at the scent of water. This means the tree stomp had grown or was once growing before something went wrong. It was cut down and water was taken away from it. At the scent of water it started growing again. Water is life, it represents life spiritually, which Jesus Christ gives. Water also represents grace. May God water our lives with His grace! The grace of God waters our lives, enriching us. 2 Corinthians 8:9 Growth means development, evolving, changing, transforming, increasing, and rising. Children grown into adults, hobbies can grown into businesses and income streams, seeds evolve into plants, chicks grown into hens and cockerels, puppies grown into dogs and kittens into cats.
