Grace For Difficult Times

2 Corinthians 12:9

Difficult times are times we tend to feel weakest.
Difficult times can rob us of our zest and zeal for life.
Difficult times can rob us of our happiness and deplete our joy which eventually affects our strength.
The danger of difficult times is that people can fall away and grace can run out on them during the period.
Difficult seasons can take the shine/glow away from our lives if we are not tapping into the grace of God which is available to us.
Difficult times and seasons can also negatively affect our spiritual life.

The Bible informs about a difficult time on the earth when many who knew the Lord will depart from the faith.
That season is called the great falling away.
It is a time/season on earth before the Lord's return. I believe we have come into that time.
2 Thessalonians 2:1-3

Difficulty is a major reason people choose to fall away from God.
If we give up in difficult times/times of adversity, it is because our strength is small.
Proverbs 24:10
Times of difficulty can overcome our strength if our strength is small.
In these times we need to tap into the strength that God's grace gives, we need to receive the strength of God for our weak areas.

The grace of God empowers us to live above sin and overcome difficulty.
Romans 6:14
It takes God's grace to have the wisdom to make the most of our spiritual life when times are easier for us  before the evil days come.
Ecclesiastes 12:1
The evil days are the dark times.
It is usually a time of helplessness, powerlessness, and difficulty.

Elijah experienced such a season in his life when he fled from Jezebel.
At such a time Elijah felt like giving up and even asked God to take his life.
1 Kings 19:1-5
Moses went through such a time, he was provoked  to anger by the children of Israel and missed the promised land.
Numbers 20:9-11
Samson went through such a time, it led to the loss of his eyes and dying in a way he didn't need to die.
Judges 16:21-30
Samson, Elijah, and Moses still made an impact in life because of the grace of God upon their lives.

Jesus also went through a season of adversity and difficulty which He called the hour of darkness.
Luke 22:53
He overcame it, He was full of grace.
John 1:14
If Jesus needed grace you will need it too.
You will need to take advantage of the grace available to you now in Christ Jesus to prepare for the difficult times the world is in and that's still ahead.
1 Corinthians 1:4

Your Father Hears

Matthew 6:5,6 Prayer should be directed to the Father. Jesus showed this when He taught His disciples the Lord's prayer. It should be a great comfort to you to know that the creator and God of all hears you when you pray. This should encourage you to pray and keep praying. In our day to day relationships with people our communication will reduce towards those who don't pay attention when we're talking to them. The good thing about God is that He is never distracted. Know you have His attention when you pray . He can be communicated with. He hears, He created the ears. Psalm 94:9 Jesus encouraged prayer. Matthew 26:40 Jesus taught prayer. Luke 11:1,2 If Jesus prayed, you will need to pray. Why Should You Pray? *Pray because prayer brings God's intervention. Isaiah 38:5,6 *Pray because that's how you are authorized to communicate with God. 1 Thessalonians 15:16-18 *Pray because it is a major way of birthing God's will on earth. 1 Kings 18

The Importance Of The Anointing

Acts 10:38 The anointing is the presence of the Holy Spirit with a person. The anointing speaks, the anointing directs, and the anointing teaches people what they need to know and do. 1 John 2:27 You need the anointing. You can grow in the anointing. It is also possible to depart from the anointing. The anointing won't depart from you but you can depart from the anointing. You should remain in Him. It is worth it investing time to understand the your anointing, growing in your anointing and obeying the anointing. As you get to know a person better by spending time with them, so it is with the anointing in your life. With the anointing, you can't go wrong. The anointing strategically positions you in God's kingdom and in life. Jesus was full of the Holy Spirit. Colossians 2:9 Jesus had the anointing when He was here on earth. Jesus is our example of what our life can be when we have the anointing. Hebrews 12:2 Jesus knew His purpose. Luke 2:49 Jesus

Navigating A New Year

Isaiah  42:16 Our text passage above shows us God is the one who shows us the path to take and leads us in new directions. Your path matters to God. The way you you choose to take is important to God. Your steps are seen by God and ordered by God. Psalm 37:23 The year ahead of you matters to God too. Luke 13:8-9 Each year God has given you the grace to witness, experience, and journey through is another opportunity to be fruitful for God. God wants you to make the most of the year ahead of you to His glory. Human beings do not always know the way and path to go, we can be limited in wisdom. History shows we do not always make the best choices. The year ahead of us will require knowing the way to go, having the wisdom to make the best decisions and choices. Deuteronomy 30:19 To successfully navigate the year we need to stay in God.. To navigate is to find your way through, it is following the right path to a specific destination. Car drivers either buy a GPS/Navigation device system or
