Winning In Difficult Times

 2 Timothy 3:1-5

You can win during difficult times.

You should win during difficult times.

You were not created to be a victim of life.

Your life is an opportunity and a blessing to you from God.

Life is not meant to be a tragedy or trap for anyone.

The life we have been given is a gift and gifts are meant to benefit the recipient.

God gave you your life so that you can enjoy certain certain benefits and glorify Him.

God has created us, His people to win,

Genesis 1:26,28

God wants us to win on this journey of life.

This life has it's difficult moments and seasons.

The latter times we are in are not easy times according to the scriptures,

They are difficult and tough times.

When we wrongly yield to the challenges of this phase of life we can become vulnerable to the enemy's devices.

According to the scriptures, difficult times are times we can shine brightest.

God's children are likened to stars, and stars shine brightest when it is dark.

Genesis 22:17

The end times/latter times can be referred to as dark times.

Darkness is overcome by light.

John 1:5

The answer to the darkness upon and within the world is the light of Jesus Christ!

The darkness is an opportunity to prove God's light and shine God's light,

Isaiah 60:1-3

The darkness is an opportunity to demonstrate hope.

The world should encounter God's children and see that there is hope.

1 Peter 3:15

Your life should be a beacon of hope to a dark and gloomy world because you have the living hope!

1 Peter 1:3

You  can win by God's love  in you which has been put in you by God's Spirit.

Romans 5;5

Dark times are times men become more selfish and self serving due to doom and gloom.

Through love we overcome selfishness.

1 Corinthians 13: 4,5

 2 Timothy 3: 2

Through the love of Christ men can see that there is a better way.

Righteousness, peace, and joy in the Holy Ghost is the kingdom of God.

Romans 14:17

In God's kingdom you can win by a peace that's not found in the world.

John 14;27

Peace allows you to hear God even in the midst of turbulence in this world which gives God the chance to lead you as a shepherd in difficult times.

Psalm 23:1-3

Righteousness is conferred upon you as an individual in relationship with Christ.

2 Corinthians 5:21

Righteousness positions you to win in the battles and warfare of life.

Isaiah 54:17

Joy will strengthen you in difficult times.

Nehemiah 8:10

Love, faith, and hope are kingdom virtues that win in difficult times.

Your Father Hears

Matthew 6:5,6 Prayer should be directed to the Father. Jesus showed this when He taught His disciples the Lord's prayer. It should be a great comfort to you to know that the creator and God of all hears you when you pray. This should encourage you to pray and keep praying. In our day to day relationships with people our communication will reduce towards those who don't pay attention when we're talking to them. The good thing about God is that He is never distracted. Know you have His attention when you pray . He can be communicated with. He hears, He created the ears. Psalm 94:9 Jesus encouraged prayer. Matthew 26:40 Jesus taught prayer. Luke 11:1,2 If Jesus prayed, you will need to pray. Why Should You Pray? *Pray because prayer brings God's intervention. Isaiah 38:5,6 *Pray because that's how you are authorized to communicate with God. 1 Thessalonians 15:16-18 *Pray because it is a major way of birthing God's will on earth. 1 Kings 18

The Importance Of The Anointing

Acts 10:38 The anointing is the presence of the Holy Spirit with a person. The anointing speaks, the anointing directs, and the anointing teaches people what they need to know and do. 1 John 2:27 You need the anointing. You can grow in the anointing. It is also possible to depart from the anointing. The anointing won't depart from you but you can depart from the anointing. You should remain in Him. It is worth it investing time to understand the your anointing, growing in your anointing and obeying the anointing. As you get to know a person better by spending time with them, so it is with the anointing in your life. With the anointing, you can't go wrong. The anointing strategically positions you in God's kingdom and in life. Jesus was full of the Holy Spirit. Colossians 2:9 Jesus had the anointing when He was here on earth. Jesus is our example of what our life can be when we have the anointing. Hebrews 12:2 Jesus knew His purpose. Luke 2:49 Jesus

Navigating A New Year

Isaiah  42:16 Our text passage above shows us God is the one who shows us the path to take and leads us in new directions. Your path matters to God. The way you you choose to take is important to God. Your steps are seen by God and ordered by God. Psalm 37:23 The year ahead of you matters to God too. Luke 13:8-9 Each year God has given you the grace to witness, experience, and journey through is another opportunity to be fruitful for God. God wants you to make the most of the year ahead of you to His glory. Human beings do not always know the way and path to go, we can be limited in wisdom. History shows we do not always make the best choices. The year ahead of us will require knowing the way to go, having the wisdom to make the best decisions and choices. Deuteronomy 30:19 To successfully navigate the year we need to stay in God.. To navigate is to find your way through, it is following the right path to a specific destination. Car drivers either buy a GPS/Navigation device system or
