Mental Health & The End Times

 Mark 5:1-19

The scripture passage above shows us that mental health is a long standing issue with humanity.

We see Jesus healing people with mental health and disabilities in scripture.

The state of people's mental health is a big issue in today's world.

Mental health is a big issue because it affects how we relate with one another, it affects our self worth, our confidence, our self self esteem, and our perspective on life's issues.

These are areas that God cares about concerning us. This is why the issue of mental health is one that God cares about when it comes to humanity.

In our text passage Jesus healed an uncontrollable lunatic.

Jesus has power over mental health issues.

Jesus heals disabilities too. We see him heal a bent woman (disabled).

Luke 13:11-13

Disabilities undermine our dignity.

Disabilities are not limited to our physical bodies alone, we have spiritual disabilities too.

Whatever form of disability an individual has, we see from the scriptures that unclean or evil spirits can be behind them.

The state of our mental health touches on every area of our lives, it will affect our life's assignment and destiny positively or negatively.

Our mental health can determine our fulfillment and our decision making in life.

Your mental health is a crucial part of the state of your soul and the Bible says a lot about the soul.

Mental health issues is a form of disability, and disabilities undermine destiny and dignity.

Our prosperity which is our all round well being is determined by the state of our soul.

3 John 2

There are many things that impact on our mental health in this world- the pull and the pressures of life.

Our ability to cope with the pressures of life and balance our responsibilities will have a lot to do with the health of our mind.

The enemy of our souls is interested in our mental health.

The enemy targets people's minds, he knows if he has got the mind he has caught the life.

Your accepting or rejecting the gospel has a lot to do with your mind, your mental health.

Satan blinds the minds of people so that the light of the gospel should not shine into their minds.

2 Corinthians 4:4

The enemy hinders people's ability to process God's word by attacking the mind with distractions and deceptions.

We must not be ignorant of his devices.

2 Corinthians 2:11

The end times/latter times will and is putting a lot of pressure on people.

Matthew 24:3-9

The scriptures inform the minds of people will fail them because of the things coming upon the earth.

Luke 21:26

Your mental health will affect your leadership and dignity.

Take care of your mind.

Proverbs 4:23

Watch your soul, feed it, and take care of it.

The Holy Spirit and the Word helps our soul and heals our mind.

Your Father Hears

Matthew 6:5,6 Prayer should be directed to the Father. Jesus showed this when He taught His disciples the Lord's prayer. It should be a great comfort to you to know that the creator and God of all hears you when you pray. This should encourage you to pray and keep praying. In our day to day relationships with people our communication will reduce towards those who don't pay attention when we're talking to them. The good thing about God is that He is never distracted. Know you have His attention when you pray . He can be communicated with. He hears, He created the ears. Psalm 94:9 Jesus encouraged prayer. Matthew 26:40 Jesus taught prayer. Luke 11:1,2 If Jesus prayed, you will need to pray. Why Should You Pray? *Pray because prayer brings God's intervention. Isaiah 38:5,6 *Pray because that's how you are authorized to communicate with God. 1 Thessalonians 15:16-18 *Pray because it is a major way of birthing God's will on earth. 1 Kings 18

The Importance Of The Anointing

Acts 10:38 The anointing is the presence of the Holy Spirit with a person. The anointing speaks, the anointing directs, and the anointing teaches people what they need to know and do. 1 John 2:27 You need the anointing. You can grow in the anointing. It is also possible to depart from the anointing. The anointing won't depart from you but you can depart from the anointing. You should remain in Him. It is worth it investing time to understand the your anointing, growing in your anointing and obeying the anointing. As you get to know a person better by spending time with them, so it is with the anointing in your life. With the anointing, you can't go wrong. The anointing strategically positions you in God's kingdom and in life. Jesus was full of the Holy Spirit. Colossians 2:9 Jesus had the anointing when He was here on earth. Jesus is our example of what our life can be when we have the anointing. Hebrews 12:2 Jesus knew His purpose. Luke 2:49 Jesus

Navigating A New Year

Isaiah  42:16 Our text passage above shows us God is the one who shows us the path to take and leads us in new directions. Your path matters to God. The way you you choose to take is important to God. Your steps are seen by God and ordered by God. Psalm 37:23 The year ahead of you matters to God too. Luke 13:8-9 Each year God has given you the grace to witness, experience, and journey through is another opportunity to be fruitful for God. God wants you to make the most of the year ahead of you to His glory. Human beings do not always know the way and path to go, we can be limited in wisdom. History shows we do not always make the best choices. The year ahead of us will require knowing the way to go, having the wisdom to make the best decisions and choices. Deuteronomy 30:19 To successfully navigate the year we need to stay in God.. To navigate is to find your way through, it is following the right path to a specific destination. Car drivers either buy a GPS/Navigation device system or
