Text: Psalm 91:1, Luke 10:19
What is the secret place Psalm 91:1 is talking about?
The secret place is the place of God's presence, it's where God dwells, it is a spiritual place, a place of security, protection and power.
It is the most holy place and inner court of God's presence. It is entered into by prayer in the name of Jesus and by the blood of Jesus.
The name of Jesus triggers access into God's presence when we pray while the blood of Jesus gives us the right into God's presence. Romans 3:25,26
It is the man or woman who has power that the world will respect. Luke 4:35,36
People respond to power, whether diabloic power or godly power. Everything in life responds to power, from wealth to demons, from nature to spirits, from our destinies to our bodies, careers or ministries.
That's why God in His mercy has made a provision of power for us through His Holy Spirit. Acts 1:8
There are different types of power:
1) RELIGIOUS POWER
2) MORAL POWER
3) POLITICAL POWER
4) DIABOLICAL OR EVIL POWER
5) DIVINE OR GODLY POWER
Where does divine power come from?
a) The secret place/God's presence- Psalm 114:7, Psalm 68:8, Psalm 9:3
b) The Holy Spirit- Luke 24:49, Acts 4:31, Ephesians 3:16,20
c) The Word of God- Rhema and Logos Words
When we receive divine power:
1) We become effective witnesses of God- Acts 1:8
2) We enter into our destiny- Joshua 6:1-27
3) Demons respect us and respond to us- Luke 10:19
4) Wealth answers to us- Deuteronomy 8:18
5) Our ministry becomes effective- Luke 16:15- 18
6) Even nature responds to you- Romans 8:28, Mark 4:39
