FIGHT THE FIGHT (Transcript)


There is warfare in life because enemies are real. 
Ephesians 6:12
Though evil spirit forces use human beings, our real enemies are the spirits behind those human beings who constitute themselves your enemies.
The enemy, Satan is real. 
Luke 10:17-20

Human enemies, agents of Satan, those who have sold themselves over to the dark side are  real. 
Just as God has people he recruits into His service in various capacities, so does the enemy.
Just as God has people in spiritual offices (the 5 fold office of Apostles, Prophets, Evangelists, Teachers and Pastors) for the purpose of His Kingdom on earth, so does does the enemy have people he recruits into various spiritual offices for the service of his kingdom, the dark side. 
Such people are warlocks, wizards, witches, sorcerers, necromansers, satanic priests, voodoo priests, false prophets and  head of occult groups e.t.c

Not everyone likes you. Everyone can't like you, if Jesus Christ who is the most perfect man who ever lived was disliked by some/many, you shouldn't be surprised if you are not always accepted by people to.
You are not designed to please everyone either. 
You are designed to please only God, for you are created for His pleasure.

The mission of Satan and his cohorts is to steal, kill and destroy.
 John 10:10
Their language is lies. The language/lies of Satan most times appears as physical evidence.
The intention of the dark side is to defeat you, their plan is to stop you from spending an eternity with God.
They make you sin which is an attack on your holiness so that you won't see God.
 Luke 71-75
They hope to take you away from the place of faith so that you can't receive from God. 
Matthew 6:29
They are behind sickness, diseases, calamities and the confusions of this world. 
Luke 13:11
Deception is the major strategy of their kingdom.
They inspire people to make wrong decisions.

The saints of God- you and I are their major targets. 
Revelation 12:10
We are their target because we identify with Jesus.
We are their major target because anything God loves the devil tries to touch. God loves you so the devil tries to touch you. 
Revelation 12:1-7
God has a great plan for you but there is an enemy who wants to mess up that plan. 
The devil has his own plans for you as God as a plan for you. 
Jeremiah 29:11
The devil/the enemy is the one who motivates people against you. 
He is the one who incites jealousy, envy, rivalry and hate through people against you.
The way forward is to fight back!
We fight back through faith and prayer.

Navigating A New Year

 Isaiah  42:16 Our text passage above shows us God is the one who shows us the path to take and leads us in new directions. Your path matters to God. The way you you choose to take is important to God. Your steps are seen by God and ordered by God. Psalm 37:23 The year ahead of you matters to God too. Luke 13:8-9 Each year God has given you the grace to witness, experience, and journey through is another opportunity to be fruitful for God. God wants you to make the most of the year ahead of you to His glory. Human beings do not always know the way and path to go, we can be limited in wisdom. History shows we do not always make the best choices. The year ahead of us will require knowing the way to go, having the wisdom to make the best decisions and choices. Deuteronomy 30:19 To successfully navigate the year we need to stay in God.. To navigate is to find your way through, it is following the right path to a specific destination. The Importance Of The Anointing

Acts 10:38 The anointing is the presence of the Holy Spirit with a person. The anointing speaks, the anointing directs, and the anointing teaches people what they need to know and do. 1 John 2:27 You need the anointing. You can grow in the anointing. It is also possible to depart from the anointing. The anointing won't depart from you but you can depart from the anointing. You should remain in Him. It is worth it investing time to understand the your anointing, growing in your anointing and obeying the anointing. As you get to know a person better by spending time with them, so it is with the anointing in your life. With the anointing, you can't go wrong. The anointing strategically positions you in God's kingdom and in life. Jesus was full of the Holy Spirit. Colossians 2:9 Jesus had the anointing when He was here on earth.
