THE NEED FOR DIVINE INSTRUCTIONS. (transcript)

Text: John 16:14,15

The Bible reveals to us that there are general instructions for all Christians, for the body of Christ; and there are individual instructions for each individual that is more detailed and unique to the individual the instruction is for.

All human beings may have similarities, especially from a physical perspective but we are all unique and different from one another genetically, in personality, in opinion, perspective and upbringing.
God knows this, He knows because He created us and appreciates diversity and variety.
Due to this difference from one person to another, God has instructions for us that is different for each person.
The instruction God had for Samson is different from the instruction He had for Abraham, the instruction of God for Abraham is different from that of King David, Gideon the warrior and judge's instructions is different to Jacob's who became Israel.
Do you know God's instruction for your life?
If you don't, you need to get them.
That is part of the responsibility of the Holy Ghost, to bring revelations and instruction to you.
1 John 2:20, 1 John 2:27

5) Jesus's instruction to the man born blind (John 9:7)
6) God's instruction to Aaron (Exodus 4:27)

How does God instruct?
1) By His Word- 2 Timothy 3:16
2) By His Spirit- John 14:26
3) By His Ministers- Angels, Prophets, Teachers, Evangelists and Apostles
(Hebrews 1:14, John 9:7, Ephesians 4:11-13)

What is an instruction?
An instruction is a word, a direction or command that is given by a senior person to an individual for his own benefit.

The instructions of God are for our own benefit, and the result of the instruction is for the glory of God.
Most misfortunes in life can be traceable to misguidance.
We all need instructions from God to fulfil God's plan for our lives.
For children of God, God will instruct them from time to time and help them by instructions.
Whether we obey God when the instructions come or not is up to us.
Instructions when obeyed help us stay on course with God, and help us operate in the place of safety.
To obey divine instructions is to respect divine principles, living this way comes with great rewards.

Your Father Hears

Matthew 6:5,6 Prayer should be directed to the Father. Jesus showed this when He taught His disciples the Lord's prayer. It should be a great comfort to you to know that the creator and God of all hears you when you pray. This should encourage you to pray and keep praying. In our day to day relationships with people our communication will reduce towards those who don't pay attention when we're talking to them. The good thing about God is that He is never distracted. Know you have His attention when you pray . He can be communicated with. He hears, He created the ears. Psalm 94:9 Jesus encouraged prayer. Matthew 26:40 Jesus taught prayer. Luke 11:1,2 If Jesus prayed, you will need to pray. Why Should You Pray? *Pray because prayer brings God's intervention. Isaiah 38:5,6 *Pray because that's how you are authorized to communicate with God. 1 Thessalonians 15:16-18 *Pray because it is a major way of birthing God's will on earth. 1 Kings 18

The Importance Of The Anointing

Acts 10:38 The anointing is the presence of the Holy Spirit with a person. The anointing speaks, the anointing directs, and the anointing teaches people what they need to know and do. 1 John 2:27 You need the anointing. You can grow in the anointing. It is also possible to depart from the anointing. The anointing won't depart from you but you can depart from the anointing. You should remain in Him. It is worth it investing time to understand the your anointing, growing in your anointing and obeying the anointing. As you get to know a person better by spending time with them, so it is with the anointing in your life. With the anointing, you can't go wrong. The anointing strategically positions you in God's kingdom and in life. Jesus was full of the Holy Spirit. Colossians 2:9 Jesus had the anointing when He was here on earth. Jesus is our example of what our life can be when we have the anointing. Hebrews 12:2 Jesus knew His purpose. Luke 2:49 Jesus

Navigating A New Year

Isaiah  42:16 Our text passage above shows us God is the one who shows us the path to take and leads us in new directions. Your path matters to God. The way you you choose to take is important to God. Your steps are seen by God and ordered by God. Psalm 37:23 The year ahead of you matters to God too. Luke 13:8-9 Each year God has given you the grace to witness, experience, and journey through is another opportunity to be fruitful for God. God wants you to make the most of the year ahead of you to His glory. Human beings do not always know the way and path to go, we can be limited in wisdom. History shows we do not always make the best choices. The year ahead of us will require knowing the way to go, having the wisdom to make the best decisions and choices. Deuteronomy 30:19 To successfully navigate the year we need to stay in God.. To navigate is to find your way through, it is following the right path to a specific destination. Car drivers either buy a GPS/Navigation device system or
