Prevailing By The Blessing

Genesis 49:25,26 The scripture passage above shows us Joseph had the blessing of God on his head. He wore the blessing spiritually like a crown! The blessing made Joseph a prince among his brothers! You need the blessing to prevail in a dark and difficult world. No matter how dark the times are we are meant to prevail as God's people. No matter how dark it gets in the world we are meant to shine through and in the darkness. Light is who we are in Christ Jesus. Shinning is the responsibility and blessing God has given to us. It is what we do! Matthew 5:14-16 It is clear dark times are upon the earth. Isaiah 60:2 Humanity has rejected the peace, the joy, the blessing, and the pattern of God for itself  by rejecting the person and sacrifice of Jesus Christ. Romans 3:10,11 As Jesus wept over Jerusalem for her atrocities and not recognizing the day of her visitation, He weeps today over the consequences of the choices the world is making. Luke 19:41-44 Jesus Christ is the hope fo...

Kingdom Blessings!

Revelation 5:12 God's blessing doesn't necessarily start in a life with material things or pleasant experiences happening to us. When we mention the blessing of God some people think along the lines of some material acquisition, money, a nice spouse, lovely children and a successful business or career. While all those things can be part of the manifestation of the blessing and they are good, they are not the blessing of God in itself. God's view is quite different from man's view, God's perspective is often different from humanity's perspective. Adam, the first man God created would not have been all he could be without the blessing of God. The blessing was necessary for Adam to succeed and be God like. Genesis 1:26,28 God wanted His creation (Adam and Eve) to be like Him, so He blessed them The blessing makes us God-like! God is blessed, God is the blessed  and only potentate. 1 Timothy 6:15 God is the one from whom all blessings flow. James 1:17 If we are of...

Learn To Fight

1 Timothy 6:12 You have to fight for what you want and what you want to see in a positive sense. You have to fight against and for your reality. 1 Timothy 1:18 There is a type of fight that is good, there is a type of fight God commends. It is called the fight of faith! This is a fight God has called you to. As a member of God's kingdom you need to know how to fight the fights God wants you to fight. In God's kingdom we are called to a divine wrestle, we are called to strength, for we are soldiers! In God's kingdom we are called to fight. Ephesians 6:10,12 Angels of God are citizens of God's kingdom just like everyone who has given their lives to the Lord. Angels of God know how to fight! Revelation 12:7 The scriptures inform us they are strong. Psalm 103:20 In a fight, it is the stronger individual who wins while the one who wasn't strong enough looses. Satan wasn't strong enough and he was thrown out of heaven, he lost the fight! Revelation 12:7,8 In the kingd...

Angelic Help & The End Times

Daniel 12:1 Angels are an important part of God's kingdom. Jesus Christ understood that angelic help was available to Him, when He was before Pontius Pilate (the governor of Rome at the time)  he told Pontius Pilate His kingdom is not of this world for His servants would have fought to prevent His arrest if His kingdom was of this earth.      The servants Jesus was referring to are the angels of God. John 18:36,37 Angels are sons of God and bona fide members of God's kingdom. Jesus Christ is king of the angels, the angels are His servants. He also made it known to Peter when Peter tried to resist Jesus's arrest that He could ask His Father and the Father would put more than twelve legions of angels at His disposal for His deliverance and protection. John 18:36,37 Angels help the saints! If the kingdom of Jesus is not of this world and the help He could receive in the form of angelic help is not of this realm but from the kingdom then that is good news to u...

Encounters For The Latter Times

Judges 6 There are encounters in the kingdom of God you are meant to have as a member of God's family. Luke 12:32 There are kingdom encounters you can have that will make a positive difference to you and those connected to you. These encounters can come as an answer to prayer. Judges 6:6-11 These kingdom encounters strengthen us spiritually, enlighten us, direct us, reveals things to us, and empower us for destiny. God's kingdom is a realm of destiny, glory, and encounters. A young man named Gideon had one of such encounters and it revealed his true identity. It made him rise up from obscurity into his God appointed assignment and leadership. Judges 6:11-16 Moses, after forty years as a shepherd in the wilderness looking after his father in-law's flock had such an encounter which revealed  his potential, helped his confidence, and put him in his God ordained office as a prophet and deliverer. Exodus 3:1-20 One kingdom encounter is enough to put you on a path of continuous ...

Fruitfulness In Latter Times

John 15:1-5 Your fruitfulness glorifies God. God wants you to be fruitful and bring glory to Him. Like your leader Jesus Christ, all areas of your life should produce fruit to God's glory. We are spiritual plants that should produce fruit. Isaiah 61:3 If Jesus is the vine and we are the branches, then we must show forth fruit because fruits are found on the branches of trees/plants/vines. The fruits God wants to show forth in the earth is meant to be revealed through God's people. When God looks at the physical and spiritual aspects of your life, is He seeing the fruits He expects to see there? God expects to see fruits from us. Mark 11:12-20 The usefulness of a tree/plant is largely determined by how fruitful that plant is. Fruits are evidence you are useful in life. God's Word promises we will bring forth fruit if we are rooted in God. Psalm 1:1-3 Irrespective of the season it is on earth, you can be fruitful through God. It is clear we are in the latter times and the la...

Being A Light, In Latter Times

Matthew 5:14-16 God's people are called to be lights in a dark world. In difficult, dark, perilous times which the world is in, we are meant to reflect God's light to the world. You cannot give what you do not have. 2 Corinthians 8:12 If you are going to give or shine forth light, you have to have light or be light. God's true children are the ones who have light and who are light. We have light because we follow the true light. John 8:12 With light we see, we have direction, and we are enlightened. Light represents everything good, positive, divine. It represents higher divine virtues. Everything about God is light. God is light. 1 John 1:5 The Spirit of God is light. Daniel 5:14 The Word of God is light. John 1:1-5 The promises of God are light. The path of the believer is likened to light. Proverbs 4:18 The kingdom of God is a kingdom of light. Colossians 1:13 Jesus Christ our king and savior is the light. John 9:5 Eternal life which God gives us is light. John 1:4 God ...
