Learn To Fight

1 Timothy 6:12

You have to fight for what you want and what you want to see in a positive sense.

You have to fight against and for your reality.

1 Timothy 1:18

There is a type of fight that is good, there is a type of fight God commends. It is called the fight of faith!

This is a fight God has called you to.

As a member of God's kingdom you need to know how to fight the fights God wants you to fight.

In God's kingdom we are called to a divine wrestle, we are called to strength, for we are soldiers!

In God's kingdom we are called to fight.

Ephesians 6:10,12

Angels of God are citizens of God's kingdom just like everyone who has given their lives to the Lord.

Angels of God know how to fight!

Revelation 12:7

The scriptures inform us they are strong.

Psalm 103:20

In a fight, it is the stronger individual who wins while the one who wasn't strong enough looses.

Satan wasn't strong enough and he was thrown out of heaven, he lost the fight!

Revelation 12:7,8

In the kingdom of God we declare strength upon ourselves.

 Joel 3:10

In God's kingdom we are called to prevail despite the attacks of the gates of hell.

Matthew 16:18

You have to learn to fight.

Spiritual warfare is a type of fight. It is a fight against the spirits that use people, come against us, and resist God's agenda on the earth.

Prayer is a type of fight.

You will not always want to pray.

You will have to fight fatigue, the flesh, situations, circumstances, distractions and the whispers of the enemy to pray consistently.

Obeying God is a type of fight because there will be temptations to disobey God on our journey.

You will have to fight fear to obey God sometimes.

There will be times you'll have to fight battles in your mind, especially when you are struggling to understand why God has given you certain instructions.

Staying and living in faith is a fight, It's a good fight, a commendable fight.

It's a fight because the enemy attacks our faith.

We have been called to stand for God but the enemy will try and take us off our guard.

Having done all, stand.

Ephesians 6:13

Developing good habits is a fight.

Regular, physical exercise is not always easy.

Developing excellence in our spiritual standards, our parenting, our jobs/career, our marriage/love life is a fight.

It's a fight because many issues of life especially mediocre minded people will resist excellence and try to pull you down.

The right thing is usually tougher to do than the wrong thing.

This is a reason grace is needed for our life's journey.

Living a disciplined life is a fight.

1 Corinthians 9:27

Living a life of love will have times it will be a fight to live.

Mark 12:31

It is not easy to love certain people, especially if they have caused you pain.

Romans 12:18

Operating with the eyes of faith can be a fight, especially for those just growing in it.

Looking past the natural is alien for many, seeing with the eyes of our spirit, and seeing with the lens of the Word over our natural eyes is a fight.

God's grace is needed for the fight!

Your Father Hears

Matthew 6:5,6 Prayer should be directed to the Father. Jesus showed this when He taught His disciples the Lord's prayer. It should be a great comfort to you to know that the creator and God of all hears you when you pray. This should encourage you to pray and keep praying. In our day to day relationships with people our communication will reduce towards those who don't pay attention when we're talking to them. The good thing about God is that He is never distracted. Know you have His attention when you pray . He can be communicated with. He hears, He created the ears. Psalm 94:9 Jesus encouraged prayer. Matthew 26:40 Jesus taught prayer. Luke 11:1,2 If Jesus prayed, you will need to pray. Why Should You Pray? *Pray because prayer brings God's intervention. Isaiah 38:5,6 *Pray because that's how you are authorized to communicate with God. 1 Thessalonians 15:16-18 *Pray because it is a major way of birthing God's will on earth. 1 Kings 18

Navigating A New Year

Isaiah  42:16 Our text passage above shows us God is the one who shows us the path to take and leads us in new directions. Your path matters to God. The way you you choose to take is important to God. Your steps are seen by God and ordered by God. Psalm 37:23 The year ahead of you matters to God too. Luke 13:8-9 Each year God has given you the grace to witness, experience, and journey through is another opportunity to be fruitful for God. God wants you to make the most of the year ahead of you to His glory. Human beings do not always know the way and path to go, we can be limited in wisdom. History shows we do not always make the best choices. The year ahead of us will require knowing the way to go, having the wisdom to make the best decisions and choices. Deuteronomy 30:19 To successfully navigate the year we need to stay in God.. To navigate is to find your way through, it is following the right path to a specific destination. The Importance Of The Anointing

Acts 10:38 The anointing is the presence of the Holy Spirit with a person. The anointing speaks, the anointing directs, and the anointing teaches people what they need to know and do. 1 John 2:27 You need the anointing. You can grow in the anointing. It is also possible to depart from the anointing. The anointing won't depart from you but you can depart from the anointing. You should remain in Him. It is worth it investing time to understand the your anointing, growing in your anointing and obeying the anointing. As you get to know a person better by spending time with them, so it is with the anointing in your life. With the anointing, you can't go wrong. The anointing strategically positions you in God's kingdom and in life. Jesus was full of the Holy Spirit. Colossians 2:9 Jesus had the anointing when He was here on earth. Jesus is our example of what our life can be when we have the anointing. Hebrews 12:2 Jesus knew His purpose. Luke 2:49 Jesus
