Psalm 16:11
Our text passage shows us there is joy and there are pleasures in the presence of God.
There is a type of joy we will never know or experience except we get into His presence.
We can access the presence of God and go into the presence of God regularly even daily.
In life we want joy, we all wish to live a life of joy.
In life we also want pleasures, that is why we seek all sorts of entertainment.
But those pleasures we get here are fleeting, they are temporary.
There is long lasting and permanent joy in the Lord's presence.
We access the presence of God through singing, through songs, the Lord loves music.
