The Resurrection & A New Reality

 2 Corinthians 5:17

The resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead brought the new upon humanity.

You cannot talk about Jesus without talking about the resurrection.

You cannot talk about the resurrection without talking about Jesus!

The resurrection is the key work of Jesus Christ.

It is the chief of all the works of Jesus on the earth!

It is the greatest sacrifice that can ever be made.

We cannot talk about what Jesus did for humanity without talking about the resurrection.

The resurrection also has the greatest benefits!

It brought a new hope.

1 Peter 1:3

It makes us a new creation.

2 Corinthians 5:17

It brought a new joy.

Matthew 28:8

It brought a new relationship with God the Father of all Spirits.

John 16:7-15

It brought a new access to God.

Hebrews 10:19-22

It brought freedom.

Galatians 5:1

It brought salvation, redemption and justification.

Romans 3:24

The resurrection of Jesus Christ the Messiah brought a new reality to humanity!

This is what Easter is about.

This what the celebration of Easter should emphasize.

During Easter celebrations, the easter egg has become a gift and treat people give and share especially in the western worlds.

Chocolate easter eggs have come to represent easter.

It is not a bad tradition.

Giving and sharing is a beautiful thing.

But what the egg represents is what we should take a closer look at.

God uses nature to speak to us, show us His patterns and declare His glory and handiwork.

In nature and life, the egg represents that which is new coming into life.

It represents a new life, a new birth, a new reality.

Spiritually, eggs have positive symbolisms too.

The eggs is symbolic of the resurrection.

Eggs represent a new reality which the resurrection of Jesus offers us.

When a chick breaks out of its shell which has been brooded over and incubated by the mother hen, the chick breaks out from its shell life into a new reality!

When we break out of our sinful life into resurrection life through believing and accepting what Jesus Christ has done for us we break out into a new reality, a reality of eternal life!

The resurrection of Jesus Christ when believed and accepted and applied brings us into a new divine reality, just like a new born baby comes into a new kind of life different from what it was experiencing in the womb, and just as a chick comes into a new life different from what it was experiencing in its shell.

Matthew 28:5-6

As Jesus broke out of the grave/death through resurrection we break out of the old into the new through the resurrection power of Jesus Christ!

Your Father Hears

Matthew 6:5,6 Prayer should be directed to the Father. Jesus showed this when He taught His disciples the Lord's prayer. It should be a great comfort to you to know that the creator and God of all hears you when you pray. This should encourage you to pray and keep praying. In our day to day relationships with people our communication will reduce towards those who don't pay attention when we're talking to them. The good thing about God is that He is never distracted. Know you have His attention when you pray . He can be communicated with. He hears, He created the ears. Psalm 94:9 Jesus encouraged prayer. Matthew 26:40 Jesus taught prayer. Luke 11:1,2 If Jesus prayed, you will need to pray. Why Should You Pray? *Pray because prayer brings God's intervention. Isaiah 38:5,6 *Pray because that's how you are authorized to communicate with God. 1 Thessalonians 15:16-18 *Pray because it is a major way of birthing God's will on earth. 1 Kings 18...

Out Of The Ashes

Isaiah 61:3 Ashes are not seen as useful substances. Ashes are waste that's thrown away. Ashes are what is left after a substance is burnt out. Your life may seem like ashes right now but something good and beautiful can come out of it when it's given to God. You may feel like an ash yourself. You may be feeling burnt out from unpleasant experiences of the past, the previous week, the last Month , or the the last year and life's battles may have left you burnt out. Know that out of your ashes can come beauty! God is the one who gives us beauty for ashes. God can make you and your life beautiful! Don't make the ashes your permanent state. God can make your season of ashes work out into a season of glory for you. Romans 8:28 The phoenix is a mystical and fictional bird that burns out after living for about six centuries. After burning itself out it rises from it's ashes renewed, youthful and revitalized to live through another life cycle. Like the p...

Healing For Your Soul Wounds!

Malachi 4:2 Your soul is a vital part of your life. Your soul is part of who you are. Your soul needs to function well for things to go well with you. Your prosperity is linked to your soul. 3 John 2 Your soul is the decision making center of your life. God cares about the state of your soul. God created your soul and wants your soul to function well. It is the will of God that your soul is preserved until the coming back of Jesus Christ. 1 Thessalonians 5:23 Your soul is made up of your will, your mind and your emotions. You need your will, your mind and your emotions to function properly and to be regarded as a well balanced human being. Your soul is valuable and the enemy wants it. Your soul is part of the reason you are saved and a part of God's kingdom. 2 Corinthians 4:3,4 We are spirits who have a soul and live in a body. When your soul is wounded As our natural bodies can be affected, so can our souls. As we can have physical wounds and sores caused b...
