Unmasking The Devil

2 Corinthians 11:14
2 Corinthians 11:3

The devil is the real enemy of our lives. 1 Peter 5:8
The devil is real.
He is not a fictional character or the product of a creative writer's imagination.
The devil is against God and anything that has to do with God.
The devil has the power to work evil and do evil. Revelation 13:7 tells us power was given to the beast by Satan.
If you are in the Kingdom of Jesus, if you are saved, if you are born again, then you are one of those the devil is against.
This is not a call to fear, because God does not work by fear. God is love. Fear and love are not compatible. 1 John 4:18

The devil, just like God has different titles and names.
The devil is the serpent that deceived Eve in the garden of Eden.
He is also the dragon in the book of Revelation.
The devil's major strength over human beings is the ignorance people have.
Matthew 13:19 shows us that a lack of understanding positions us to be be the devil's victims.
It's the responsibility of ministers of God to do something about spiritual ignorance.
Ministers of God must feed people with spiritual knowledge and understanding. Hosea 4:6
Jeremiah 3:14,15

When we don't understand the Word of God Satan can easily steal from us and cheat us.
John 10:10
Satan has those he operates through.
Satan has children upon the face of the earth.
 John 8:44
He has children in different areas and sectors of life.
He has children in the high places and low places of this world.
He has children in the religious world, who even have high positions, popularity and titles. Just like the Pharisees of Jesus's day. Matthew 12:14
He has children in the political circles of every nation. Eg.King Herod of Matthew 2 who wanted to kill Jesus. And men like Felix, Caesar and Festus in Acts 24, 25
Satan has children among the everyday individuals. John 8:44

Satan's aim is to capture the senses of people. If he has got your mind, He has got you, because He can control you that way.
Your mind is the control center of your life!
Your mind is very important. Your mind is where salvation starts. Ephesians 6:17
If the light of Jesus enters your mind, your deliverance has started.
Your mind is also called your heart in some parts of the scriptures. Your mind is where knowledge is processed into faith. Hebrews 4:2
The quality of your life is determined by the state of your mind. Proverbs 4:23

Satan's major strategy is to take over your mind so he can take over your life, and steal God's Word that comes to you.
Be careful what people feed your mind with

Your Father Hears

Matthew 6:5,6 Prayer should be directed to the Father. Jesus showed this when He taught His disciples the Lord's prayer. It should be a great comfort to you to know that the creator and God of all hears you when you pray. This should encourage you to pray and keep praying. In our day to day relationships with people our communication will reduce towards those who don't pay attention when we're talking to them. The good thing about God is that He is never distracted. Know you have His attention when you pray . He can be communicated with. He hears, He created the ears. Psalm 94:9 Jesus encouraged prayer. Matthew 26:40 Jesus taught prayer. Luke 11:1,2 If Jesus prayed, you will need to pray. Why Should You Pray? *Pray because prayer brings God's intervention. Isaiah 38:5,6 *Pray because that's how you are authorized to communicate with God. 1 Thessalonians 15:16-18 *Pray because it is a major way of birthing God's will on earth. 1 Kings 18

The Importance Of The Anointing

Acts 10:38 The anointing is the presence of the Holy Spirit with a person. The anointing speaks, the anointing directs, and the anointing teaches people what they need to know and do. 1 John 2:27 You need the anointing. You can grow in the anointing. It is also possible to depart from the anointing. The anointing won't depart from you but you can depart from the anointing. You should remain in Him. It is worth it investing time to understand the your anointing, growing in your anointing and obeying the anointing. As you get to know a person better by spending time with them, so it is with the anointing in your life. With the anointing, you can't go wrong. The anointing strategically positions you in God's kingdom and in life. Jesus was full of the Holy Spirit. Colossians 2:9 Jesus had the anointing when He was here on earth. Jesus is our example of what our life can be when we have the anointing. Hebrews 12:2 Jesus knew His purpose. Luke 2:49 Jesus

Navigating A New Year

Isaiah  42:16 Our text passage above shows us God is the one who shows us the path to take and leads us in new directions. Your path matters to God. The way you you choose to take is important to God. Your steps are seen by God and ordered by God. Psalm 37:23 The year ahead of you matters to God too. Luke 13:8-9 Each year God has given you the grace to witness, experience, and journey through is another opportunity to be fruitful for God. God wants you to make the most of the year ahead of you to His glory. Human beings do not always know the way and path to go, we can be limited in wisdom. History shows we do not always make the best choices. The year ahead of us will require knowing the way to go, having the wisdom to make the best decisions and choices. Deuteronomy 30:19 To successfully navigate the year we need to stay in God.. To navigate is to find your way through, it is following the right path to a specific destination. Car drivers either buy a GPS/Navigation device system or
