SEEDS FOR THE JOURNEY

Matthew 13:1-9
Numbers 33:1,2

A journey is a destination you embark on by moving in the direction of your destination.
Life can be likened to a journey.
On the journey of life all sorts of activities take place and adventures happen. We face good times, tough times, happy times, and sometimes frustrating times.
On life's journey there are transactions and business constantly taking place both in the physical and the spiritual dimesions
Genesis 28:12- Spiritual transaction
Matthew 25:14-30
One of the laws that governs life's transaction is the law of seed time and harvest. Genesis 8:22
In life's journey you are never without seed!

The law of seed time and harvest is a very powerful law which God put in place and it and it never fails. Genesis 26:12-14
So, to make the most of life you have to sow your seeds to reap harvests as you journey through life. Galatians 6:7
We can reap ANY kind of harvest we want if we know the right seed to sow. Matthew 5:7
If you want knidness sow kindness.
If you want to succeed, help others succeed.
If you want money, invest in people, especially the poor, and God's ministries. Sow your hard work as a seed to God.
You want to succeed in business? How many people have you helped to succeed in business?
If you want your children to do well in life, pray for other people'schildren and wish them well.If possible, invest in other people's children.
A minister or preacher who wants God to raise partners for His work/ministry should have been or still be a partner to other ministries

What is a seed?
Your seed is anything Godhas given you that can create what you want when you sow it.
Your seeds are important because they determine your harvest.
Your seeds come back to you, multiplied in your future. They never come back the same.
Matthew 13:8
Your harvest is your result or reward for the seeds you've sown.
You have seeds.
Everyday of your life you are sowing seeds, either good seeds or bad seeds. Either knowingly or unknowingly.
Your time, your money, your energy, your patience, your praise, your words, your attitude, your kindness are seeds.
Joseph didn't have much in terms of material possessions ormoney to sowafter he had been sold into slavery by his brothers. But he still had the seed of service. He used his God given abilities and talents well. He sowed service to reap the harvest of promotion and leadership.

A great man or woman is an individual who has sown great seeds over time.
Your seed can be a picture of your future.
Your seed may seem insignificant, but within that seed there is great potential.
That prayer you just made, the thanksgiving you rendered, the kindness you showed, the generousity you displayed may not look like much but God sees it.
Give or sow your seed for God to see it, not necessarily people. Luke 21:1-14
The aim of the seeds we sow and the good we do is for our reward to come from God, not to impress man.Matthew 6:4
May God respect the seeds you sow just like He had respect unto Abel's sacrifice.

Your Father Hears

Matthew 6:5,6 Prayer should be directed to the Father. Jesus showed this when He taught His disciples the Lord's prayer. It should be a great comfort to you to know that the creator and God of all hears you when you pray. This should encourage you to pray and keep praying. In our day to day relationships with people our communication will reduce towards those who don't pay attention when we're talking to them. The good thing about God is that He is never distracted. Know you have His attention when you pray . He can be communicated with. He hears, He created the ears. Psalm 94:9 Jesus encouraged prayer. Matthew 26:40 Jesus taught prayer. Luke 11:1,2 If Jesus prayed, you will need to pray. Why Should You Pray? *Pray because prayer brings God's intervention. Isaiah 38:5,6 *Pray because that's how you are authorized to communicate with God. 1 Thessalonians 15:16-18 *Pray because it is a major way of birthing God's will on earth. 1 Kings 18

The Importance Of The Anointing

Acts 10:38 The anointing is the presence of the Holy Spirit with a person. The anointing speaks, the anointing directs, and the anointing teaches people what they need to know and do. 1 John 2:27 You need the anointing. You can grow in the anointing. It is also possible to depart from the anointing. The anointing won't depart from you but you can depart from the anointing. You should remain in Him. It is worth it investing time to understand the your anointing, growing in your anointing and obeying the anointing. As you get to know a person better by spending time with them, so it is with the anointing in your life. With the anointing, you can't go wrong. The anointing strategically positions you in God's kingdom and in life. Jesus was full of the Holy Spirit. Colossians 2:9 Jesus had the anointing when He was here on earth. Jesus is our example of what our life can be when we have the anointing. Hebrews 12:2 Jesus knew His purpose. Luke 2:49 Jesus

Navigating A New Year

Isaiah  42:16 Our text passage above shows us God is the one who shows us the path to take and leads us in new directions. Your path matters to God. The way you you choose to take is important to God. Your steps are seen by God and ordered by God. Psalm 37:23 The year ahead of you matters to God too. Luke 13:8-9 Each year God has given you the grace to witness, experience, and journey through is another opportunity to be fruitful for God. God wants you to make the most of the year ahead of you to His glory. Human beings do not always know the way and path to go, we can be limited in wisdom. History shows we do not always make the best choices. The year ahead of us will require knowing the way to go, having the wisdom to make the best decisions and choices. Deuteronomy 30:19 To successfully navigate the year we need to stay in God.. To navigate is to find your way through, it is following the right path to a specific destination. Car drivers either buy a GPS/Navigation device system or
