From Casualty to Conqueror

Romans 8:37

A conqueror is someone who overcomes and dominates it's opposition, limitation or enemy.
When we think about conquerors, men like Alexander the Great, King Cyrus, Napoleon Bonaparte, Hannibal come to mind as well as fictional characters like Achilles or Hercules.
The Bible says God's people are more than conquerors.
This suggests to me that you're meant to win in life if you are in Christ Jesus.

Human beings were originally created to win in life.
Sin, sickness, fatigue, and the depreciation human beings go through was not originally part of the package when God created man.
Adam and Eve (the first man and his wife) didn't know what it meant to be defeated or lose until sin came into the world.

Adam was a winner before sin came into the World.
He and his wife were living fruitfully, creatively and in dominion.
It is the devil's wish that you willend up a casualtyin this world and in eternity.
A casualty is a victim, someone or something that is badly damaged, that'sdead or defeated.
A casualty is someone who has been captured.

Why should your life be a life of more than a conqueror?
a) You are a carrier of eternal life. John 1:4
b) God is on your side. 1 John 3:1,2
c) Jesus is interceeding for you as high priest. Hebrews 7:17
d) The promises of God are there for you to claim. 2 Peter 1:4
e) The Holy Spirit is available. John 16:13
f) You can resist Satan. James 4:7
g) Wisdom is available. James 1:5

Why we should not be casualties of life
1) It populates Satan's Kingdom. Acts 26:18
11) It doesn't glorify God. Isaiah 42:8
111) It shows the enemy is taking advantage of us. 2 Corinthians 11:3

Prayer Points.
1) Terminate my unnecessary struggles in life. 1 Peter 5:10
2) Increase my productivityin life. 1 Thessalonians 4:11
3) Help me remain at your right hand side. Psalm 110:1
4) Terminate financial hardship in my life. Malachi 3:9,10
5) Reveal who I am to me. Jeremiah 1:5
6) Reveal who you are to me. Acts 9:5
7) Remove the cause of my problems. Proverbs 3:5
8) I will not be a victim of Satan in life. Romans 8:37

Your Father Hears

Matthew 6:5,6 Prayer should be directed to the Father. Jesus showed this when He taught His disciples the Lord's prayer. It should be a great comfort to you to know that the creator and God of all hears you when you pray. This should encourage you to pray and keep praying. In our day to day relationships with people our communication will reduce towards those who don't pay attention when we're talking to them. The good thing about God is that He is never distracted. Know you have His attention when you pray . He can be communicated with. He hears, He created the ears. Psalm 94:9 Jesus encouraged prayer. Matthew 26:40 Jesus taught prayer. Luke 11:1,2 If Jesus prayed, you will need to pray. Why Should You Pray? *Pray because prayer brings God's intervention. Isaiah 38:5,6 *Pray because that's how you are authorized to communicate with God. 1 Thessalonians 15:16-18 *Pray because it is a major way of birthing God's will on earth. 1 Kings 18

Navigating A New Year

Isaiah  42:16 Our text passage above shows us God is the one who shows us the path to take and leads us in new directions. Your path matters to God. The way you you choose to take is important to God. Your steps are seen by God and ordered by God. Psalm 37:23 The year ahead of you matters to God too. Luke 13:8-9 Each year God has given you the grace to witness, experience, and journey through is another opportunity to be fruitful for God. God wants you to make the most of the year ahead of you to His glory. Human beings do not always know the way and path to go, we can be limited in wisdom. History shows we do not always make the best choices. The year ahead of us will require knowing the way to go, having the wisdom to make the best decisions and choices. Deuteronomy 30:19 To successfully navigate the year we need to stay in God.. To navigate is to find your way through, it is following the right path to a specific destination. The Importance Of The Anointing

Acts 10:38 The anointing is the presence of the Holy Spirit with a person. The anointing speaks, the anointing directs, and the anointing teaches people what they need to know and do. 1 John 2:27 You need the anointing. You can grow in the anointing. It is also possible to depart from the anointing. The anointing won't depart from you but you can depart from the anointing. You should remain in Him. It is worth it investing time to understand the your anointing, growing in your anointing and obeying the anointing. As you get to know a person better by spending time with them, so it is with the anointing in your life. With the anointing, you can't go wrong. The anointing strategically positions you in God's kingdom and in life. Jesus was full of the Holy Spirit. Colossians 2:9 Jesus had the anointing when He was here on earth. Jesus is our example of what our life can be when we have the anointing. Hebrews 12:2 Jesus knew His purpose. Luke 2:49 Jesus
