THE MANIFOLD WISDOM OF GOD!


Text: Proverbs 4:7

In today's world there are many things that can take priority for an individual- our health, our careers, our finances, our marriages, our circumstances, to name a few.
Wisdom is that one quality and gift that applies to every area of our existence. That's why God says we should go for wisdom.
When God's wisdom touches your health, you remain healthy. When God's wisdom comes into a marriage solutions appear in that marriage and conflicts reduce, careers that are nose diving begin to rise when God's wisdom flows into it, and circumstances and finances improve when wisdom comes unto the scene.
We need wisdom to fulfil our destinies and maximise our potential. We need wisdom to live dignified and prosperous lives.
Wisdom affects every area of our living and makes it better.

God knows there are many sides and compartments to lives, that's why the wisdom He has provided to His children the saints of God is manifold. Ephesians 3:10-11
The reason God's wisdom is manifold is that it can be applied to every area of our lives that matter.
Manifold according to Ephesians 3:10 means many sided.

 Attributes of godly wisdom:
1)It is many sided or manifold- Ephesians 3:10
2)It is found in the depths- 1 Corinthians 2:7
3)It is Jesus- Jesus is our wisdom, wisdom is found in Jesus. 1 Corinthians 1:30
4)It is mysterious- 1 Corinthians 2:7
5)It is hidden-  because God's wisdom is hidden you have to search for it or ask for it. James 1:5, Proverbs 25:2
6)It is not found in our physical dimension- it's not found in the land of human beings, only in God. That's why it is mysterious. Job 28:7-28
Wisdom has it's own path, it is not always logical.
7)It can appear foolish. 1 Corinthians 1:27-30
8)It is pure, peaceful and fruitful. James 3:17

Facts Of godly wisdom
1) Wisdom is the Master Key To all the treasures of life. Colosians 2:3, 2 Chronicles 1:11,12
2) Fearing God is wisdom. Proverbs 9:10, Psalm 111:10
3) Wisdom makes you powerful. Ecclesiastes 9:18, Isaiah 33:6, Proverbs 12:6
4) God's Word is our source of wisdom. Psalm 119:98-100
5) Wisdom can be imparted by the laying on of hands of a man of God. 2 Timothy 1:6,14,
Acts 6:6,8,10
6) Wisdom makes you accept correction. Proverbs 9:8,9  Proverbs 15:31,32
7) Wisdom is better than money or jewels. Proverbs 3: 13-15, Job 28:18, Proverbs 16:16
8) Wisdom comes from God's Spirit. Isaiah 11:2

Out Of The Ashes

Isaiah 61:3 Ashes are not seen as useful substances. Ashes are waste that's thrown away. Ashes are what is left after a substance is burnt out. Your life may seem like ashes right now but something good and beautiful can come out of it when it's given to God. You may feel like an ash yourself. You may be feeling burnt out from unpleasant experiences of the past, the previous week, the last Month , or the the last year and life's battles may have left you burnt out.
