The Glory Within.

Matthew 17:1,2

There is a glory within the sons and daughters of God.

The Hebrew word for glory is 'Chabod' which means full weight.
So the glory of God carries the full weight of God's blessings, favor, abundance and light.
On the mount of transfiguration, only three out of the twelve disciples of Jesus Christ saw His glory. Three out of twelve is a small number.
This suggests to me that very few people, even among God's children experience and know the glory of God.
When Jesus was transfigured on the mountain, the three disciples saw the light aspect of Jesus's glory.

The glory within is a great glory!

It is great because it is God's Kingdom within you. Luke 17:21
It is great because it is God's Spirit and presence within you. 1 Corinthians 3:16
The glory within you is great, it is great because it is Jesus within you. Colossians 1:27
The glroy within you is great because it is the heavenly Father within you.
John 14:23
The glory within you is great because it is God's power at work in you and within you. Luke 10:19
The glory within you is great because it's God's faith in you. Galatians 2:20

The Father, Jesus, the Holy Spirit, the Kingdom, God's power, the faith of Jesus in you, the knowledge of God are all treasure within you. 2 Corinthians 4:7
God's children need to know who they are and what they carry within. Mark 8:27

Every child of God is glorious and carries a glory within them.
You are God's creation and the creator has investments in you.
Let God be your treasure.
Where your treasure is, is where your heart will be.
If God is your treasure, your heart will be towards Him. Matthew 6:21
And your heart should be towards God within you because God is the greatest treasure!
God is your glory within!
God is within His children in His fullness. 1 John 4:4

The power and authority that converted you from a sinner to a son of God is glorious. John 1:12
There is power in salvation, the power of salvation is an aspect of God's glory. Romans 1:16
The light that shined into your soul and made you yield to Jesus Christ is an aspect of God's glory. 2 Corinthians 4:4
The Word of God, the gospel is glorious!
Put God's gospel/Word in your heart.

Navigating A New Year

 Isaiah  42:16 Our text passage above shows us God is the one who shows us the path to take and leads us in new directions. Your path matters to God. The way you you choose to take is important to God. Your steps are seen by God and ordered by God. Psalm 37:23 The year ahead of you matters to God too. Luke 13:8-9 Each year God has given you the grace to witness, experience, and journey through is another opportunity to be fruitful for God. God wants you to make the most of the year ahead of you to His glory. Human beings do not always know the way and path to go, we can be limited in wisdom. History shows we do not always make the best choices. The year ahead of us will require knowing the way to go, having the wisdom to make the best decisions and choices. The Importance Of The Anointing

Acts 10:38 The anointing is the presence of the Holy Spirit with a person. The anointing speaks, the anointing directs, and the anointing teaches people what they need to know and do. 1 John 2:27 You need the anointing. You can grow in the anointing. It is also possible to depart from the anointing. The anointing won't depart from you but you can depart from the anointing. You should remain in Him. It is worth it investing time to understand the your anointing, growing in your anointing and obeying the anointing.
