Prayer: A Key to Overcoming Wickedness.

1 John 5:19

There is no denying it, wickedness exists.
The Bible shows us wicked spirits are real and wicked human beings are on earth.
It is Satan who puts a wicked nature in people.
There are wicked people who have sold out deliberately to the devil. We have wicked people who don't like God's anointed or anything that has to do with the move or things of God.
Psalm 2:1-4

The chief architect of wickedness is Satan. Ephesians 6:16
Satan has a team of wicked spirits which are demons and fallen angels who work with him as a team. Ephesians 6:12
They work in unity to achieve Satan's mandate of stealing, killing and destroying. John 10:10

In today's world the effects of Satan and his team can be seen all around us.
Voodoo, Satan worship, false religion, deceptive teachings, family hatred, uncontrolled anger, evil schemes, false prophets and teachers, dream attacks, nightmares are all works of the enemy.

Despite the wickedness in this world and Satan's control, God makes a way of escape for His own.
1 Corinthians 10:13
In spite of the evil in this world God has given power and authority to His children to live above it and overcome it. Luke 10:19
That power is the power of the Holy Spirit with you.
The power and the Spirit comes through prayer. Acts 2:1,2

Your 6 advantages over Satan:
1) The name of Jesus Christ. Philippians 2:10
2) The blood of Jesus Christ. Revelation 12:11
3) The Word of God. Matthew 4:4,7,10
4) The grace of God. 2 Corinthians 12:9
5) Your salvation. Romans 10:9,10
6) Your confession. Psalm 81:10

Your Father Hears

Matthew 6:5,6 Prayer should be directed to the Father. Jesus showed this when He taught His disciples the Lord's prayer. It should be a great comfort to you to know that the creator and God of all hears you when you pray. This should encourage you to pray and keep praying. In our day to day relationships with people our communication will reduce towards those who don't pay attention when we're talking to them. The good thing about God is that He is never distracted. The Importance Of The Anointing

Acts 10:38 The anointing is the presence of the Holy Spirit with a person. The anointing speaks, the anointing directs, and the anointing teaches people what they need to know and do. 1 John 2:27 You need the anointing. You can grow in the anointing. It is also possible to depart from the anointing. The anointing won't depart from you but you can depart from the anointing. You should remain in Him. It is worth it investing time to understand the your anointing, growing in your anointing and obeying the anointing.
