Don't Be Weary

 Galatians 6:9

Our text passage is clear that we should not be weary in doing the good we have always done so as not to lose our reward or harvest.

Every good thing we do is an investment and it is noted by the God who created the heaven and earth, the God with whom all things are naked/transparent/made plain/visible.

Weariness means losing heart, to become discouraged, tired, to have reduce courage.

Tiredness and fatigue leads to loss, it robs us of our opportunities and time.

When we are tired we don't see a bright future, we don't see opportunities and we struggle to keep on top of things.

For this reason the enemy of our souls uses fatigue as a weapon.

He wants you to be weary, weariness makes us give up.

He brings fatigue into our lives by trying to wear us out.

Daniel 7:25

Satan tries to wear down the saints of God (the church/followers of Christ).

He does this by oppressing them, persecuting them, and intimidating them.

He has been given a moment in time to do so.

Such times call for strength, spiritual strength.

Ephesians 6:10

We survive times like this by putting on our spiritual armour.

Ephesians 6:12-18

When the enemy targets an individual, a family, a church, a community or society that's warfare.

Strength and preparation is needed in warfare.

Strength is available to us in God and God gives strength.

It was strength, angelic strength that made Satan lose his place in heaven.

Revelation 12:7-9

Hand your warfare over to God, it's the way to win.

1 Peter 5:7

Ask for strength from the one whose grace turns weakness into strength.

2 Corinthians 12:9

We prepare for tough times, dark times, the end-times which are times of warfare by having the right mindset.

The mindset of a military man is different to that of a civilian.

We are warriors and military officials of the cross, warriors of the kingdom of God, spiritual soldiers.

2 Timothy 2:4

In tough times rest well, eat well, and get enough sleep, make time for activities you find entertaining and fun.

This helps you pull through the rough journey and helps your mental health.

Even God refreshes us with His presence.

Acts 3:19

Renewing our mind is so important.

It is the reason we meditate on the word of God, it changes our mindset.

Romans 12:2

Renewing the mind with God's word strengthens us mentally, prepares us for the seasons of our lives, and helps us navigate our way effectively during warfare.

Navigating A New Year

Isaiah  42:16 Our text passage above shows us God is the one who shows us the path to take and leads us in new directions. Your path matters to God. The way you you choose to take is important to God. Your steps are seen by God and ordered by God. Psalm 37:23 The year ahead of you matters to God too. Luke 13:8-9 Each year God has given you the grace to witness, experience, and journey through is another opportunity to be fruitful for God. God wants you to make the most of the year ahead of you to His glory. Human beings do not always know the way and path to go, we can be limited in wisdom. History shows we do not always make the best choices. The year ahead of us will require knowing the way to go, having the wisdom to make the best decisions and choices. Deuteronomy 30:19 To successfully navigate the year we need to stay in God.. To navigate is to find your way through, it is following the right path to a specific destination. Your Father Hears

Matthew 6:5,6 Prayer should be directed to the Father. Jesus showed this when He taught His disciples the Lord's prayer. It should be a great comfort to you to know that the creator and God of all hears you when you pray. This should encourage you to pray and keep praying. In our day to day relationships with people our communication will reduce towards those who don't pay attention when we're talking to them. The good thing about God is that He is never distracted. Know you have His attention when you pray . He can be communicated with. He hears, He created the ears. Psalm 94:9 Jesus encouraged prayer. Matthew 26:40 Jesus taught prayer. Luke 11:1,2 If Jesus prayed, you will need to pray. Why Should You Pray? *Pray because prayer brings God's intervention. Isaiah 38:5,6 *Pray because that's how you are authorized to communicate with God. 1 Thessalonians 15:16-18 *Pray because it is a major way of birthing God's will on earth. 1 Kings 18

The Importance Of The Anointing

Acts 10:38 The anointing is the presence of the Holy Spirit with a person. The anointing speaks, the anointing directs, and the anointing teaches people what they need to know and do. 1 John 2:27 You need the anointing. You can grow in the anointing. It is also possible to depart from the anointing. The anointing won't depart from you but you can depart from the anointing. You should remain in Him. It is worth it investing time to understand the your anointing, growing in your anointing and obeying the anointing. As you get to know a person better by spending time with them, so it is with the anointing in your life. With the anointing, you can't go wrong. The anointing strategically positions you in God's kingdom and in life. Jesus was full of the Holy Spirit. Colossians 2:9 Jesus had the anointing when He was here on earth. Jesus is our example of what our life can be when we have the anointing. Hebrews 12:2 Jesus knew His purpose. Luke 2:49 Jesus
