Air Power

 Revelations 12:13,14

The two wings of a great eagle given to the woman from our text passage above was given to her by God to help her escape the enemy.

God is the one who makes a way of escape for us.

For this woman he made a way of escape for her through the air.

Wings empower us to dominate the sky.

Man was given the blessing to dominate, a mandate to have dominion over land, sea, and the sky.

Man was created with the intention and instruction to have dominion over the fish of the sea (marine, aquatic, water realm), the birds of the air (the heavens, sky, atmosphere, wind) and over cattle, over all the earth, over every creeping thing that creeps on the earth (land, terrafirma, animals)

Genesis 1:26

It is God-like power to have dominion over the air/wind.

This was why the disciples of Jesus marveled at Jesus when He rebuked the wind and the sea, by doing so He showed His dominion over the sky and the sea.

The word of God works in all three realms- sky, land, and sea.

There are angels of the wind and air.

Revelation 7:1

The power of the sky or air is the greatest of the three realms because the air/sky controls what happens on land and on the sea.

The air and sky represent that which is above - the heavens and that which is divine.

The man born from above is above all.

John 3:31

When Jesus comes back, He will appear from above, in the sky, in the power of the air, with a multitude of angels.

Matthew 24:30,31

Without air, we can't breathe.

Air is associated with life, with breath.

God breathed His air, His breath into man, and man became a living soul/being.

Genesis 2:7

The breath of God, the divine air, or breath of life God breathed into Adam's moulded body of dust is the Holy Spirit.

The Holy Spirit is in all believers today.

1 Corinthians 3:16

The creative, dynamic breath, Spirit of God is in His people the followers of Jesus Christ!

1 Corinthians 6:19

So, we have air power.

With this power we can ascend spiritually and in life according to God's will.

The Holy Spirit (ruach hakodesh) is associated with wind!

Sons of God are like that.

John 3:8

Winds are messengers, God's messengers.

God rides on the wind.

Psalm 104:3

Angels/spirits are associated with wind.

Psalm 104:4

We are to operate in the Spirit and with angels.

Isaiah 61:3 Ashes are not seen as useful substances. Ashes are waste that's thrown away. Ashes are what is left after a substance is burnt out. Your life may seem like ashes right now but something good and beautiful can come out of it when it's given to God. You may feel like an ash yourself. You may be feeling burnt out from unpleasant experiences of the past, the previous week, the last Month , or the the last year and life's battles may have left you burnt out.
