Prayer: Your fight Strategy

Ephesians 6:12

The Bible uses words like fight, contend and wrestle when it refers to the believer's battles.
Life is a fight.
Life is a wrestle to fulfill God's plan and destiny for our lives.

Every hero of faith had a fight on their hands and they all had key enemies who wanted to stop them.
Eg. Gideon had the Amalekites, David had the Philistines,, Samson had the Philistines, Nehemiah had Samballat and Tobia, Jesus Christ has the Pharisees and religious authority of his day.

Everyone and everything God loves attracts Satan.
Job 1:8-12
Life becomes a fight because you have an adversary who is intimidated and upset you are on the side of the Lord.
1 Peter 5:8

Your adversary is not a human being though he uses human beings.
 Revelation 12:7-9
There are human beings who make themselves available for God to use, there are also those who make themselves available for Satan to use.
Exodus 22:18
You are the one who determines who you will allow to use you.
Joshua 24:15

Prayer is the major way a believer fights.
We fight by praying the Word of God.
 Acts 6:4
We fight by reminding God of His promises.
There are promises in God's Word for warfare, overcoming enemies, defeating Satan and tackling human agents of Satan.

The Bible is our battle manual and our right to win every battle.
The promises of God are for us to pray into our lives.
Prayer is our battle strategy.
Our prayers should be inspired by God's Word.
Our prayers should be fueled by God's Word.

By praying the wise way, you can cut down every spirit and enemy of your life.
Ephesians 3:10

Your Father Hears

Matthew 6:5,6 Prayer should be directed to the Father. Jesus showed this when He taught His disciples the Lord's prayer. It should be a great comfort to you to know that the creator and God of all hears you when you pray. This should encourage you to pray and keep praying. In our day to day relationships with people our communication will reduce towards those who don't pay attention when we're talking to them. The good thing about God is that He is never distracted. Know you have His attention when you pray . He can be communicated with. He hears, He created the ears. Psalm 94:9 Jesus encouraged prayer. Matthew 26:40 Jesus taught prayer. Luke 11:1,2 If Jesus prayed, you will need to pray. Why Should You Pray? *Pray because prayer brings God's intervention. Isaiah 38:5,6 *Pray because that's how you are authorized to communicate with God. 1 Thessalonians 15:16-18 *Pray because it is a major way of birthing God's will on earth. 1 Kings 18

Navigating A New Year

Isaiah  42:16 Our text passage above shows us God is the one who shows us the path to take and leads us in new directions. Your path matters to God. The way you you choose to take is important to God. Your steps are seen by God and ordered by God. Psalm 37:23 The year ahead of you matters to God too. Luke 13:8-9 Each year God has given you the grace to witness, experience, and journey through is another opportunity to be fruitful for God. God wants you to make the most of the year ahead of you to His glory. Human beings do not always know the way and path to go, we can be limited in wisdom. History shows we do not always make the best choices. The year ahead of us will require knowing the way to go, having the wisdom to make the best decisions and choices. Deuteronomy 30:19 To successfully navigate the year we need to stay in God.. To navigate is to find your way through, it is following the right path to a specific destination. The Importance Of The Anointing

Acts 10:38 The anointing is the presence of the Holy Spirit with a person. The anointing speaks, the anointing directs, and the anointing teaches people what they need to know and do. 1 John 2:27 You need the anointing. You can grow in the anointing. It is also possible to depart from the anointing. The anointing won't depart from you but you can depart from the anointing. You should remain in Him. It is worth it investing time to understand the your anointing, growing in your anointing and obeying the anointing. As you get to know a person better by spending time with them, so it is with the anointing in your life. With the anointing, you can't go wrong. The anointing strategically positions you in God's kingdom and in life. Jesus was full of the Holy Spirit. Colossians 2:9 Jesus had the anointing when He was here on earth. Jesus is our example of what our life can be when we have the anointing. Hebrews 12:2 Jesus knew His purpose. Luke 2:49 Jesus
