Prayer and Courage.

1 Chronicles 28:20

God wants us to be courageous. Deuteronomy 31:6
Courage, along with prayer are requirements for us to make the most of life.
God has great plans for each of us but we will need courage to receive everything the Lord has for us. 1 Corinthians 16:13

Your inheritance, your portion in Christ Jesus is a lion share.
God's plan for you is big.
So you need a big heart to receive your big inheritance.
You need a lion heart to take your lion share. Joshua 1:3-9

A lion heart is a brave and courageous heart.
Lions are animals associated with bravery and courage.
Jesus had a courageous heart.

David, Abraham, Gideon and everyone else who has pleased God and walked with Him has had to be courageous at different times.
We will have to be courageous to be who God wants us to be. Psalm 27:1
We have to be courageous to stand for truth. Psalm 56:3,4

It takes courage to obey God against all odds.
It takes courage to be different and stand for Jesus Christ.
There is a link between courage and prayer.
Prayer can help supply God's Spirit, God's Spirit gives us courage. Judges 14:5-6
God's Spirit comes into an individual as a result of prayer and the Spirit of God gives us a new heart.
God's Spirit will give you a courageous heart.
So prayer is a very important key!

We should always ask for God's Spirit to give us the courage to face life when we pray.

Out Of The Ashes

Isaiah 61:3 Ashes are not seen as useful substances. Ashes are waste that's thrown away. Ashes are what is left after a substance is burnt out. Your life may seem like ashes right now but something good and beautiful can come out of it when it's given to God. You may feel like an ash yourself. You may be feeling burnt out from unpleasant experiences of the past, the previous week, the last Month , or the the last year and life's battles may have left you burnt out.
