A New Direction

 Proverbs 3: 5, 6

You need to be directed in life.

Direction is crucial and pertinent in life's journey.

It's so important the scriptures asks us not to lean on our own understanding when it comes to direction in  this life.

The flesh, and the carnal mind cannot be trusted for direction in life.

The  human mind and heart can be deceived, manipulated, and clouded by our emotions.

We can't depend on them for clear and best direction.

Your life is too important and valuable than to place it in the hands of another man to direct it.

No man has the full or complete picture of your life.

A prophet or prophetic people or prophetic company can offer direction based only on what God reveals, but they don't see the full picture.

Man can only see and know in part as God reveals.

I Corinthians 13:9

God is the one who can properly and accurately direct you.

God has a sense of direction, if anyone has a sense of direction it's God.

If anyone knows your way and path it's God!

He can properly direct you and you can trust God to direct you because He sees all, knows all, and He created you.

God is qualified to direct you, lead you and show you the path to go because He sees and has the bigger picture.

It is God alone, you should completely trust with your life!

God loves you enough to direct you right.

God has the plan, the blueprint and pattern your life should follow, so you can trust Him to lead you.

The God who created the heaven and earth must surely have a sense of direction.

God can be depended on to lead us.

God's path for you and His direction may be unfamiliar, His instructions may not make sense to the carnal mind.

It's a new direction, trust God!

God's direction will often be new to you because God's ways and mind is different from the carnal mind.

God's direction will often be new and different because God's perspective is clearer and superior to man's.

God leads by His Spirit.

God leads by inspiration

God leads by His word.

God can lead by prophetic direction.

God led an entire nation to walk through a sea!

Exodus 14:13-31

God's direction doesn't have to be a familiar or usual direction.

The human mind understands the need for direction, that's why in it's ingenuity sign posts, maps, compasses, and satellite navigation systems have been created by people.

If man understands the importance of direction, how much more our creator.

God in His mercy has given us His Spirit to live in us and stay with us.

A cardinal responsibility and benefit of the Holy Spirit is direction.

Galatians 5:18

The Holy Spirit has been made available by God to direct us.

Romans 8:14

Navigating A New Year

Isaiah  42:16 Our text passage above shows us God is the one who shows us the path to take and leads us in new directions. Your path matters to God. The way you you choose to take is important to God. Your steps are seen by God and ordered by God. Psalm 37:23 The year ahead of you matters to God too. Luke 13:8-9 Each year God has given you the grace to witness, experience, and journey through is another opportunity to be fruitful for God. God wants you to make the most of the year ahead of you to His glory. Human beings do not always know the way and path to go, we can be limited in wisdom. History shows we do not always make the best choices. The year ahead of us will require knowing the way to go, having the wisdom to make the best decisions and choices. Deuteronomy 30:19 To successfully navigate the year we need to stay in God.. To navigate is to find your way through, it is following the right path to a specific destination. Your Father Hears

Matthew 6:5,6 Prayer should be directed to the Father. Jesus showed this when He taught His disciples the Lord's prayer. It should be a great comfort to you to know that the creator and God of all hears you when you pray. This should encourage you to pray and keep praying. In our day to day relationships with people our communication will reduce towards those who don't pay attention when we're talking to them. The good thing about God is that He is never distracted. Know you have His attention when you pray . He can be communicated with. He hears, He created the ears. Psalm 94:9 Jesus encouraged prayer. Matthew 26:40 Jesus taught prayer. Luke 11:1,2 If Jesus prayed, you will need to pray. Why Should You Pray? *Pray because prayer brings God's intervention. Isaiah 38:5,6 *Pray because that's how you are authorized to communicate with God. 1 Thessalonians 15:16-18 *Pray because it is a major way of birthing God's will on earth. 1 Kings 18

The Importance Of The Anointing

Acts 10:38 The anointing is the presence of the Holy Spirit with a person. The anointing speaks, the anointing directs, and the anointing teaches people what they need to know and do. 1 John 2:27 You need the anointing. You can grow in the anointing. It is also possible to depart from the anointing. The anointing won't depart from you but you can depart from the anointing. You should remain in Him. It is worth it investing time to understand the your anointing, growing in your anointing and obeying the anointing. As you get to know a person better by spending time with them, so it is with the anointing in your life. With the anointing, you can't go wrong. The anointing strategically positions you in God's kingdom and in life. Jesus was full of the Holy Spirit. Colossians 2:9 Jesus had the anointing when He was here on earth. Jesus is our example of what our life can be when we have the anointing. Hebrews 12:2 Jesus knew His purpose. Luke 2:49 Jesus
