The Spirit & The Mind Of Christ

Luke 3:21,22

It is the will of God that we operate in His Spirit and in His mind.
Philippians 2:5
To operate in the Spirit of God is to be baptized in God's Spirit.
To operate in the Spirit of God is to have a relationship with the Holy Spirit.
1 John 2:27
To operate in the Spirit of God is to obey the Holy Spirit.

The mind of Christ is the mind that was at work in Jesus Christ when He walked this earth.
1 Corinthians 2:16
We cannot and do not act differently to the state of our mind.
If you want to know the kind of mind a person has just take a look at the person's behavior and actions.

From the study of Jesus from the scriptures we see an insight into the kind of mind that was at work in Him.
The mind of Christ is a mind filled with faith, it's a mind that sees possibilities, and has heaven's perspective on issues.
John 5:19
The Bible mentions specifically about the mind that was at work in Jesus Christ.
Philippians 2:5-8

It is a mind that is humble.
The mind of Christ is a kingdom minded mind.
The mind of Christ is necessary for the sons and daughters of God to be       Christ-like.
Romans 12:2
The mind of Christ is a God glorifying mind.
John 14:13
The mind of Christ is the standard of God for us among mindsets.
The mind in Jesus Christ was from the Holy Spirit.

The connection between the Spirit of God and the mind of Christ is that the mind of Christ is maintained by, revived, and activated  by the Spirit of God.
Jesus came to earth by the influence and action of the Holy Spirit.
Luke 1:35

Jesus Christ is of the Holy Spirit.
The miracles, signs, wonders, and wisdom that Jesus manifested were by God's Spirit.
Mark 6:2
The Holy Spirit inspired the wisdom, the speech, and the teachings of Jesus Christ.
The Holy Spirit gives you an advantage in life.
John 16:7

We need the Holy Spirit to work with our carnal human mind to convert it into the mind of Christ.
With the mind of Christ, we become creative, we see opportunities, we operate in wisdom and we focus more on things above.
Philippians 4:8
With the mind of Christ you will be victorious.
With the mind of Christ you see possibilities where others don't.
Luke 1:37

Your Father Hears

Matthew 6:5,6 Prayer should be directed to the Father. Jesus showed this when He taught His disciples the Lord's prayer. It should be a great comfort to you to know that the creator and God of all hears you when you pray. This should encourage you to pray and keep praying. In our day to day relationships with people our communication will reduce towards those who don't pay attention when we're talking to them. The good thing about God is that He is never distracted. Know you have His attention when you pray . He can be communicated with. He hears, He created the ears. Psalm 94:9 Jesus encouraged prayer. Matthew 26:40 Jesus taught prayer. Luke 11:1,2 If Jesus prayed, you will need to pray. Why Should You Pray? *Pray because prayer brings God's intervention. Isaiah 38:5,6 *Pray because that's how you are authorized to communicate with God. 1 Thessalonians 15:16-18 *Pray because it is a major way of birthing God's will on earth. 1 Kings 18

The Importance Of The Anointing

Acts 10:38 The anointing is the presence of the Holy Spirit with a person. The anointing speaks, the anointing directs, and the anointing teaches people what they need to know and do. 1 John 2:27 You need the anointing. You can grow in the anointing. It is also possible to depart from the anointing. The anointing won't depart from you but you can depart from the anointing. You should remain in Him. It is worth it investing time to understand the your anointing, growing in your anointing and obeying the anointing. As you get to know a person better by spending time with them, so it is with the anointing in your life. With the anointing, you can't go wrong. The anointing strategically positions you in God's kingdom and in life. Jesus was full of the Holy Spirit. Colossians 2:9 Jesus had the anointing when He was here on earth. Jesus is our example of what our life can be when we have the anointing. Hebrews 12:2 Jesus knew His purpose. Luke 2:49 Jesus

Navigating A New Year

Isaiah  42:16 Our text passage above shows us God is the one who shows us the path to take and leads us in new directions. Your path matters to God. The way you you choose to take is important to God. Your steps are seen by God and ordered by God. Psalm 37:23 The year ahead of you matters to God too. Luke 13:8-9 Each year God has given you the grace to witness, experience, and journey through is another opportunity to be fruitful for God. God wants you to make the most of the year ahead of you to His glory. Human beings do not always know the way and path to go, we can be limited in wisdom. History shows we do not always make the best choices. The year ahead of us will require knowing the way to go, having the wisdom to make the best decisions and choices. Deuteronomy 30:19 To successfully navigate the year we need to stay in God.. To navigate is to find your way through, it is following the right path to a specific destination. Car drivers either buy a GPS/Navigation device system or
