Fight The Fear

1 Timothy 6:12

Fear is not a friend of your destiny, neither is it a helper of your life.
2 Timothy 1:7
Faith aids your life and is a great supporter of your destiny.
Faith strengthens you while fear weakens you.
James 5:15

Faith empowers.
Fear reduces.

On earth, in this journey of life it is necessary to fight fear.
Fear will come.
Fear will try to stop you, limit you, and break you.
Fear can make you loose favor with God.
Matthew 25:24-29

We are in times when the world is fearful.
People are fearful of diseases, sickness, viruses and harmful bacteria.
In times like this it is important to remind ourselves that fear is not of God, neither is it God's will for our lives.
The purpose of fear is to keep you out of faith.
You can't be in faith and fear at the same time.

A purpose of fear is to produce or manifest the wrong outcomes in our life.
Fear works like faith.
Faith will surely produce what it is we are in faith for.
Faith leads to a tangible substance or reality.
Hebrews 11:1
In the same manner, fear will manifest that which is not the will of God.

Job used to have a fear for his children.
He eventually lost them.
Job 3:25
Satan must have seen or sensed this fear in Job's life.
That is why Satan knew what to touch to hurt Job when God permitted him to afflict Job but not take his life.

How do we fight fear?

1) By turning to the Lord
the natural man is fearful, the first manifestation of the lower nature in Adam & Eve after their fall was fear.
They were afraid and hid from God.
If the lower nature is fearful, the divine man is full of faith and confidence.
John 3:3

2) Renewing the mind
the more we renew the mind, the more Christ-like our soul becomes. A renewed mind develops God's perspective on issues which doesn't give room to fear.
Meditation on the Word of God is the key way we renew our minds.
Romans 12:2

3) Declare the Word against fear
this can be done through prayer or confessions.
Like Jesus did, attack life's fears, challenges, and temptation with God's Word.
Matthew 4:3-11

Navigating A New Year

Isaiah  42:16 Our text passage above shows us God is the one who shows us the path to take and leads us in new directions. Your path matters to God. The way you you choose to take is important to God. Your steps are seen by God and ordered by God. Psalm 37:23 The year ahead of you matters to God too. Luke 13:8-9 Each year God has given you the grace to witness, experience, and journey through is another opportunity to be fruitful for God. God wants you to make the most of the year ahead of you to His glory. Human beings do not always know the way and path to go, we can be limited in wisdom. History shows we do not always make the best choices. The year ahead of us will require knowing the way to go, having the wisdom to make the best decisions and choices. Deuteronomy 30:19 To successfully navigate the year we need to stay in God.. To navigate is to find your way through, it is following the right path to a specific destination. Your Father Hears

Matthew 6:5,6 Prayer should be directed to the Father. Jesus showed this when He taught His disciples the Lord's prayer. It should be a great comfort to you to know that the creator and God of all hears you when you pray. This should encourage you to pray and keep praying. In our day to day relationships with people our communication will reduce towards those who don't pay attention when we're talking to them. The good thing about God is that He is never distracted. Know you have His attention when you pray . He can be communicated with. He hears, He created the ears. Psalm 94:9 Jesus encouraged prayer. Matthew 26:40 Jesus taught prayer. Luke 11:1,2 If Jesus prayed, you will need to pray. Why Should You Pray? *Pray because prayer brings God's intervention. Isaiah 38:5,6 *Pray because that's how you are authorized to communicate with God. 1 Thessalonians 15:16-18 *Pray because it is a major way of birthing God's will on earth. 1 Kings 18

The Importance Of The Anointing

Acts 10:38 The anointing is the presence of the Holy Spirit with a person. The anointing speaks, the anointing directs, and the anointing teaches people what they need to know and do. 1 John 2:27 You need the anointing. You can grow in the anointing. It is also possible to depart from the anointing. The anointing won't depart from you but you can depart from the anointing. You should remain in Him. It is worth it investing time to understand the your anointing, growing in your anointing and obeying the anointing. As you get to know a person better by spending time with them, so it is with the anointing in your life. With the anointing, you can't go wrong. The anointing strategically positions you in God's kingdom and in life. Jesus was full of the Holy Spirit. Colossians 2:9 Jesus had the anointing when He was here on earth. Jesus is our example of what our life can be when we have the anointing. Hebrews 12:2 Jesus knew His purpose. Luke 2:49 Jesus
