Legitimate & Illegitimate Authorities

Luke 10:19

Jesus Christ is the only legitimate authority there is. Matthew 28:18
The Lordship of Jesus Christ is approved from God the Father and everything He is and does is with the legitimate and legal backing of God, His Father.
Matthew 3:17

A legitimate authority is one that has the right, the authority and authorization to enforce laws and take certain actions. Romans 13:1-7
A judge in a court of law has the authority to punish, set free and make certain decisions based on the law and constitution of the nation that judge is in.
God is the true judge of all. Isaiah 33:22

An illegitimate authority is an individual who is not authorized to do what he or she is doing.
An illegitimate authority is a misfit, a person who is in an office he or she should not be in, and using the authority of that office. Acts 19:11-17
Satan is an illegitimate authority in the life of any true child of God.
That's why you are permitted to resist Him. James 4:7
There are many illegitimate authorities in the world today.
Any 'minister of the gospel' not called of God to operate in a spiritual office is an illegitimate authority.
A false prophet is an illegitimate authority.
ANYONE OPERATING IN A FIVE FOLD MINISTRY OFFICE is an illegitimate authority if God hasn't truly called the person. Ephesians 4:11
A man playing the role of a husband to a woman he has refused to marry is an illegitimate authority in such a union. 1 Corinthians 11:3
A third party control and interference in a marriage is an illegitimate authority. Mark 10:9
A woman who steals a baby or children that are not hers is an illegitimate authority to those children.
1 Kings 3:16-28

There are human authorities. 1 Timothy 2:2
There are also spiritual authorities. John 14:30
The Bible talks about spiritual dignitaries. Eg. Principalities & Archangels
As it is spiritually so it is physically.
We also have physical dignitaries.
In the spirit realm, there is respect and order.

Two dignitaries & authorities met  to contest for the body of Moses and we see the Archangel Michael showing a bit of respect for Satan(Lucifer) who was a higher ranking angel when he was in heaven. Jude 1:9
Unfortunately humans are not often as wise.
That you know the shortcomings or flaws of those God has appointed over you is not your right to disrespect them.
There are children who disrespect their parents just because they know the fault of their parents.
There are people who have no fear attacking & criticizing ministers of God as if those ministers are their personal servants appointed by them.
Many criticize their political leaders rudely all in the name of freedom of speech just because they have a different opinion from that leader, not because their political leaders are going against constituted authority or against God.
Order and respect is part of serving God.
1 Corinthians 14:40

Your Father Hears

Matthew 6:5,6 Prayer should be directed to the Father. Jesus showed this when He taught His disciples the Lord's prayer. It should be a great comfort to you to know that the creator and God of all hears you when you pray. This should encourage you to pray and keep praying. In our day to day relationships with people our communication will reduce towards those who don't pay attention when we're talking to them. The good thing about God is that He is never distracted. Know you have His attention when you pray . He can be communicated with. He hears, He created the ears. Psalm 94:9 Jesus encouraged prayer. Matthew 26:40 Jesus taught prayer. Luke 11:1,2 If Jesus prayed, you will need to pray. Why Should You Pray? *Pray because prayer brings God's intervention. Isaiah 38:5,6 *Pray because that's how you are authorized to communicate with God. 1 Thessalonians 15:16-18 *Pray because it is a major way of birthing God's will on earth. 1 Kings 18

Navigating A New Year

Isaiah  42:16 Our text passage above shows us God is the one who shows us the path to take and leads us in new directions. Your path matters to God. The way you you choose to take is important to God. Your steps are seen by God and ordered by God. Psalm 37:23 The year ahead of you matters to God too. Luke 13:8-9 Each year God has given you the grace to witness, experience, and journey through is another opportunity to be fruitful for God. God wants you to make the most of the year ahead of you to His glory. Human beings do not always know the way and path to go, we can be limited in wisdom. History shows we do not always make the best choices. The year ahead of us will require knowing the way to go, having the wisdom to make the best decisions and choices. Deuteronomy 30:19 To successfully navigate the year we need to stay in God.. To navigate is to find your way through, it is following the right path to a specific destination. The Importance Of The Anointing

Acts 10:38 The anointing is the presence of the Holy Spirit with a person. The anointing speaks, the anointing directs, and the anointing teaches people what they need to know and do. 1 John 2:27 You need the anointing. You can grow in the anointing. It is also possible to depart from the anointing. The anointing won't depart from you but you can depart from the anointing. You should remain in Him. It is worth it investing time to understand the your anointing, growing in your anointing and obeying the anointing. As you get to know a person better by spending time with them, so it is with the anointing in your life. With the anointing, you can't go wrong. The anointing strategically positions you in God's kingdom and in life. Jesus was full of the Holy Spirit. Colossians 2:9 Jesus had the anointing when He was here on earth. Jesus is our example of what our life can be when we have the anointing. Hebrews 12:2 Jesus knew His purpose. Luke 2:49 Jesus
