THE AMAZING POWER OF POSSIBILITY THINKING.

Text : Luke 1:37, Matthew 19:26, Proverbs 23:7

The Kingdom mindset is the mindset God wants  His children to have.
The Kingdom mindset is the mindset those in God's Kingdom are meant to develop.
The Kingdom mindset is a way of thinking that puts God and His Kingdom first in all it does. Matthew 6:33
The Kingdom mindset is part of having the mind of Christ.
It is Christ consciousness. 1 Corinthians 2:16
Because it is a way of thinking that has the God factor, it sees possibilities. Kingdom mindedness is possibility thinking through Jesus Christ.

Possibility thinking is very important to us as  as christians.
Our Lord Jesus was a possibility thinker, He never believed things were impossible to do or achieve through God, and that is how He wants us to think as well. Matthew 14:22-27
This is the difference between Moses, Elisha and Jesus. Each of them had scenarios where they were confronted by water (water in these situation is symbolic of problems and hindrances)
The Bible tells us there was a type of mindset that Jesus had, it made Jesus fearless in every situation and that mindset can be developed by you. Romans 12:2

The Holy Spirit is a Spirit that works with the mind.
The Holy Spirit was the Spirit at work in Jesus. Isaiah 11:2
The Holy Spirit teaches us all things. Accepting a teaching has to do with the mind, so the Holy Spirit works on our minds to to bring understanding. The Holy Spirit is the Spirit of understanding.
John 20:22, 1 John 2:27
Jesus, while He was on earth as a man had a mind that was filled with wisdom, understanding and possibilities. The Holy Spirit had worked on His mind.

A sound mind is an aspect of Kingdom mindedness which is part of the mind of Christ.
We can develop possibility thinking with the help of God's Spirit.John 14:26
Possibility thinking is also developed by meditating on God's Word and renewing our minds in God's Word. Romans 12:2
The mind of Christ is an interesting mind. It's a mind that has unsearchable depths.
If we open up and dissect the mind of Christ, you will find the following amongst other qualities:

1) Love- 2 Timothy 1:7
2) Power- 2 Timothy 1:7
3) Soundness- 2 Timothy 1:7
4) Wisdom & Understanding- Matthew 13:54
5) Purity & Holiness- Philippians 4:8
6) Humility- Philippians2:5-8
7) Possibilities- John 11:40
8) Creativity- Proverbs 8:12

Kingdom mindedness and possibility thinking are mindsets full of belief
Soundness and possibility thinking are branches of the mind of Christ.
The mind of Christ is a miraculous mind God gives His children.
If the 21st century church is going to be relevant  like our Master Jesus was relevant in His time and still is, we will have to cultivate the mind of Christ in us.
If we are going to see signs, wonders, miracles and truly manifest we will have to develop Kingdom mindedness.

Your Father Hears

Matthew 6:5,6 Prayer should be directed to the Father. Jesus showed this when He taught His disciples the Lord's prayer. It should be a great comfort to you to know that the creator and God of all hears you when you pray. This should encourage you to pray and keep praying. In our day to day relationships with people our communication will reduce towards those who don't pay attention when we're talking to them. The good thing about God is that He is never distracted. Know you have His attention when you pray . He can be communicated with. He hears, He created the ears. Psalm 94:9 Jesus encouraged prayer. Matthew 26:40 Jesus taught prayer. Luke 11:1,2 If Jesus prayed, you will need to pray. Why Should You Pray? *Pray because prayer brings God's intervention. Isaiah 38:5,6 *Pray because that's how you are authorized to communicate with God. 1 Thessalonians 15:16-18 *Pray because it is a major way of birthing God's will on earth. 1 Kings 18

Navigating A New Year

Isaiah  42:16 Our text passage above shows us God is the one who shows us the path to take and leads us in new directions. Your path matters to God. The way you you choose to take is important to God. Your steps are seen by God and ordered by God. Psalm 37:23 The year ahead of you matters to God too. Luke 13:8-9 Each year God has given you the grace to witness, experience, and journey through is another opportunity to be fruitful for God. God wants you to make the most of the year ahead of you to His glory. Human beings do not always know the way and path to go, we can be limited in wisdom. History shows we do not always make the best choices. The year ahead of us will require knowing the way to go, having the wisdom to make the best decisions and choices. Deuteronomy 30:19 To successfully navigate the year we need to stay in God.. To navigate is to find your way through, it is following the right path to a specific destination. The Importance Of The Anointing

Acts 10:38 The anointing is the presence of the Holy Spirit with a person. The anointing speaks, the anointing directs, and the anointing teaches people what they need to know and do. 1 John 2:27 You need the anointing. You can grow in the anointing. It is also possible to depart from the anointing. The anointing won't depart from you but you can depart from the anointing. You should remain in Him. It is worth it investing time to understand the your anointing, growing in your anointing and obeying the anointing. As you get to know a person better by spending time with them, so it is with the anointing in your life. With the anointing, you can't go wrong. The anointing strategically positions you in God's kingdom and in life. Jesus was full of the Holy Spirit. Colossians 2:9 Jesus had the anointing when He was here on earth. Jesus is our example of what our life can be when we have the anointing. Hebrews 12:2 Jesus knew His purpose. Luke 2:49 Jesus
