The Anointing & The Fire

 Matthew 3:11

The anointing in the believer is no ordinary or mere human influence.

The fire of God upon and within the believer is no earthly power.

Jesus Christ is the one who baptizes with the Holy Spirit (anointing) and fire (power).

The fire of God enhances our evangelism and kingdom outreach.

Acts 1:8

Acts 2:1-3

The anointing produces exploits, direction, guidance, inspiration, and activates spiritual gifts.

The anointing is part of that which is heavenly in our earthly frame.

The anointing is the working of the Holy Spirit's grace and deposit within you.

The fire of God does a work of purification, protection, empowerment, and deliverance for and within the believer.

It changes men, transforms ministries, and strengthens us in our weak areas.

The exploits we see from the life of Samson as recorded in the scriptures is the work of the anointing.

It was the dimension of the Holy Spirit known as the Spirit of might that was at work in Samson.

Isaiah 11:2

I pray for you, that you will rise up in the Spirit of might!

Jesus was a carrier of the fire of God while on earth, He was divine fire in human form, after all He is the One who baptizes in the anointing and fire.

Demons responded by screaming in torment whenever Jesus showed up around  people that were possessed.

They responded in discomfort to the fire within and upon Jesus.

Matthew 8:28,29

The kingdom of darkness know those who are anointed, they know those who are carriers of God's power.

They know those who carry the fire of God, they see the fire and feel the fire.

God wants you to be a warrior of fire!

May your life be full of God's fire!

You need the fire of God to win your spiritual battles and warfare.

You need the fire of God to bring down your Goliath's.

Goliath was the tall giant, the hybrid, the descendant of Nephilim's that David the shepherd boy killed in battle.

Your Goliath in this day and age are spiritual, they are spirits.

Our Goliath's are fallen angels, demons, master spirits of deception in the heavenly realm.

Ephesians 6:12

David overcame Goliath because he was equipped by God.

He was equipped with warfare skills and strategies. 

Skills and strategies God taught Him by the anointing.

Psalm 144:1

Like David you will have to be equipped to take down your Goliath's.

You have to be equipped with the anointing and the fire of God's Spirit to bring down your own Goliath.

Just like Goliath, demons are the giants we face today.

Goliath the giant was from the lineage of Nephilim's, a product of the union between fallen angels and women.

Demons are disembodied spirits, they are the spirits in the giants before the flood, they remained on the earth when the flood wiped out these hybrid  giants on the earth during the days of Noah.

Genesis 6:1-17

Since spirits don't die and couldn't die in the flood , demons have been on earth resisting God's will since then.

Fallen angels who took wives among men are the fathers of demons.

By the anointing and the fire of God, may your Goliath's fall!

Isaiah 61:3 Ashes are not seen as useful substances. Ashes are waste that's thrown away. Ashes are what is left after a substance is burnt out. Your life may seem like ashes right now but something good and beautiful can come out of it when it's given to God. You may feel like an ash yourself. You may be feeling burnt out from unpleasant experiences of the past, the previous week, the last Month , or the the last year and life's battles may have left you burnt out.
