Divine Acceleration

 1 Kings 18:44-48

There are times we need speed in life.

The fulfilment of our purpose/destiny can depend on it, since we live in a realm/world where a lot has to do with time.

Things happen in life that slow us down, that make us move at a slower pace than God intended for us.

If you foresee you won't make it at the pace you are moving in life, you need divine acceleration.

Isaiah 60:22

God is a giver of speed.

God can give you speed in the aspect or area of life you need it.

God's zeal brings speed.

Isaiah 9:7

This speed will get you to the destination you should get to on time.

John 6:21

The enemy has a tactic of putting delays and denials on people.

The Bible informs us the enemy is the one who puts resistance, obstacles, fatigue, and all sorts of walls along our spiritual and natural path to wear us out and slow us down.

A right perspective to have is to see the obstacles, impediments, and resistance the enemy brings your way as "shadows" meant to distract you.

Don't fall for it.

The attacks and warfare from the enemy resists us and slows us down.

The enemy seeks to break your momentum.

The enemy seeks to reduce your speed.

Don't allow him.

God is glorified when things happen for His people in good time.

The enemy seeks to tamper with the will of God, a way he tampers with God's will is to tamper with times and seasons.

Daniel 7:25

God is described as one who comes to the aid of His people speedily.

Deuteronomy 33:26

God is also described as being swift/rapid in His movement.

Psalm 104:3

God gives us divine acceleration by hastening His promises in our life.

Jeremiah 1:12

The hand of God brings speed.

1 Kings 18:46

When the hand of God comes upon an individual, that person is entitled to divine speed.

The Holy Spirit is the Spirit of God's right hand, and He gives us speed.

The divine speed that the prophet Elijah ran in is an exploit.

It was a work of the Holy Spirit.

An aspect of the Holy Spirit is the Spirit of might.

Exploits are manifestations from the Spirit of might.

The Spirit of might is part of the seven spirits of God which are dimensions of the Holy Spirit.

Isaiah 11:2

When divine acceleration happens in your favor, you will seem as one who took a shortcut.

The natural mind will not be able to work out how you got from where you've been to where you are.

Divine acceleration glorifies God.

Genesis 41:40-41

Divine acceleration comes when God's hand rests upon an individual or a people.

Divine acceleration happens when Jesus steps into the car/boat of your life, and you give Him the lead position.

John 6:21

A beautiful example of divine acceleration is what happened in the story of how Isaac and Rebecca came together.

Genesis 24:1 - 67

God accelerated Isaac's personal life/marriage when the time was due through an act of faith on the part of Abraham, Isaac's father.

Divine acceleration can apply and happen to every aspect or part of our life where we need it.

Navigating A New Year

Isaiah  42:16 Our text passage above shows us God is the one who shows us the path to take and leads us in new directions. Your path matters to God. The way you you choose to take is important to God. Your steps are seen by God and ordered by God. Psalm 37:23 The year ahead of you matters to God too. Luke 13:8-9 Each year God has given you the grace to witness, experience, and journey through is another opportunity to be fruitful for God. God wants you to make the most of the year ahead of you to His glory. Human beings do not always know the way and path to go, we can be limited in wisdom. History shows we do not always make the best choices. The year ahead of us will require knowing the way to go, having the wisdom to make the best decisions and choices. Deuteronomy 30:19 To successfully navigate the year we need to stay in God.. To navigate is to find your way through, it is following the right path to a specific destination. Car drivers either buy a GPS/Navigation device system or

Your Father Hears

Matthew 6:5,6 Prayer should be directed to the Father. Jesus showed this when He taught His disciples the Lord's prayer. It should be a great comfort to you to know that the creator and God of all hears you when you pray. This should encourage you to pray and keep praying. In our day to day relationships with people our communication will reduce towards those who don't pay attention when we're talking to them. The good thing about God is that He is never distracted. Know you have His attention when you pray . He can be communicated with. He hears, He created the ears. Psalm 94:9 Jesus encouraged prayer. Matthew 26:40 Jesus taught prayer. Luke 11:1,2 If Jesus prayed, you will need to pray. Why Should You Pray? *Pray because prayer brings God's intervention. Isaiah 38:5,6 *Pray because that's how you are authorized to communicate with God. 1 Thessalonians 15:16-18 *Pray because it is a major way of birthing God's will on earth. 1 Kings 18

The Importance Of The Anointing

Acts 10:38 The anointing is the presence of the Holy Spirit with a person. The anointing speaks, the anointing directs, and the anointing teaches people what they need to know and do. 1 John 2:27 You need the anointing. You can grow in the anointing. It is also possible to depart from the anointing. The anointing won't depart from you but you can depart from the anointing. You should remain in Him. It is worth it investing time to understand the your anointing, growing in your anointing and obeying the anointing. As you get to know a person better by spending time with them, so it is with the anointing in your life. With the anointing, you can't go wrong. The anointing strategically positions you in God's kingdom and in life. Jesus was full of the Holy Spirit. Colossians 2:9 Jesus had the anointing when He was here on earth. Jesus is our example of what our life can be when we have the anointing. Hebrews 12:2 Jesus knew His purpose. Luke 2:49 Jesus
