Numbers 6: 22 to 27
Our text passage shows us an ancient blessing the priests used to speak over the congregation/assembly of God's people, verse twenty two and twenty three shows us they are blessings that God gave as words to Moses for the priests to bless the nation.
With God given words, the priests blessed the people, and the people became blessed!
Those words carried the blessing and the presence of God with them.
The words 'stuck' to the people as the priests declared them over the people, and the nation of Israel prospered.
In Christ Jesus we are priests, and as priests we can bless ourselves and others by speaking these words and praying them over our life and over the life of others.
1 Peter 2:9
There are great blessings in the spoken words of an individual God has anointed to bless His people.
There are great blessings in your words as well.
Blessings are meant to be declared and released through the mouth.
Genesis 1:28
The Bible has a lot to say about words.

Through His word, God rescues and brings deliverance.
