Vengeance & Deliverance

 Nahum 1:2

There are aspects of God we often forget about in Christendom.

There are aspects of God the scriptures reveal to us about God which is not often taught in the body of Christ.

God is often taught or preached about in Christian ministry as love, being kind, compassionate, good and sacrificial.

All those qualities are good and they are true about God.

But there are other sides to God too.

The same God who sends souls to paradise /heaven is the same God who damns souls in hell.

Revelation 20:15

The same God who forgives is the same God who executes vengeance.

Hebrews 10:30

God is the God of vengeance and retribution!

God is the God of vindication!

God is a God of judgement, rebuke, and payback!

God is also a God of purpose.

Ecclesiastes 3:1

There is a reason for everything God does, permits, and created.

There is a reason God avenges.

Romans 12:19

God avenges for the deliverance of His children.

Jesus was and is anointed for your deliverance!

Isaiah 61:1

In order to deliver you He avenges for you if need be.

Isaiah 61:1

In order to deliver you He avenges for you if need be.

Isaiah 61:1

God doesn't joke with His children.

God can kill for those He loves and those He has chosen.

Isaiah 43:3-4

The same God who has the peaceful loving nature of a lamb is the same God who has the destroying nature of a lion.

Jesus in His lion nature came to destroy the works of Satan.

God in His lion nature plagued Egypt, destroyed a Pharaoh, his entire army, and all the first born of Egypt.

Jesus in His lamb nature went to the cross, but in His lion nature He resurrected, and protects and intercedes for His own.

Isaiah 49;25

God cannot forget His own.

Isaiah 49:15

God does not ignore His own.

2 Timothy 2:13

God is protective of those in His kingdom.

God makes sure traps set for His people backfire on those who set such traps as we see with the story of Mordecai and Haman.

Esther 6: 1-13, Esther 7: 1-10

God's nature is seen through His Word, the word of God has double edges, a Sword. The side of God we experience is our choice to make, it will depend on the relationship we have with Him.

Navigating A New Year

Isaiah  42:16 Our text passage above shows us God is the one who shows us the path to take and leads us in new directions. Your path matters to God. The way you you choose to take is important to God. Your steps are seen by God and ordered by God. Psalm 37:23 The year ahead of you matters to God too. Luke 13:8-9 Each year God has given you the grace to witness, experience, and journey through is another opportunity to be fruitful for God. God wants you to make the most of the year ahead of you to His glory. Human beings do not always know the way and path to go, we can be limited in wisdom. History shows we do not always make the best choices. The year ahead of us will require knowing the way to go, having the wisdom to make the best decisions and choices. Deuteronomy 30:19 To successfully navigate the year we need to stay in God.. To navigate is to find your way through, it is following the right path to a specific destination. Car drivers either buy a GPS/Navigation device system or

Your Father Hears

Matthew 6:5,6 Prayer should be directed to the Father. Jesus showed this when He taught His disciples the Lord's prayer. It should be a great comfort to you to know that the creator and God of all hears you when you pray. This should encourage you to pray and keep praying. In our day to day relationships with people our communication will reduce towards those who don't pay attention when we're talking to them. The good thing about God is that He is never distracted. Know you have His attention when you pray . He can be communicated with. He hears, He created the ears. Psalm 94:9 Jesus encouraged prayer. Matthew 26:40 Jesus taught prayer. Luke 11:1,2 If Jesus prayed, you will need to pray. Why Should You Pray? *Pray because prayer brings God's intervention. Isaiah 38:5,6 *Pray because that's how you are authorized to communicate with God. 1 Thessalonians 15:16-18 *Pray because it is a major way of birthing God's will on earth. 1 Kings 18

The Importance Of The Anointing

Acts 10:38 The anointing is the presence of the Holy Spirit with a person. The anointing speaks, the anointing directs, and the anointing teaches people what they need to know and do. 1 John 2:27 You need the anointing. You can grow in the anointing. It is also possible to depart from the anointing. The anointing won't depart from you but you can depart from the anointing. You should remain in Him. It is worth it investing time to understand the your anointing, growing in your anointing and obeying the anointing. As you get to know a person better by spending time with them, so it is with the anointing in your life. With the anointing, you can't go wrong. The anointing strategically positions you in God's kingdom and in life. Jesus was full of the Holy Spirit. Colossians 2:9 Jesus had the anointing when He was here on earth. Jesus is our example of what our life can be when we have the anointing. Hebrews 12:2 Jesus knew His purpose. Luke 2:49 Jesus
