Tough Minds For Tough Times

2 Timothy 3:1 It is an obvious fact we are in tough times, many people know this even those that are not students of the Bible or believe in God. The Bible calls these times we are in perilous times. Perilous times are hard, difficult times the Bible has informed us will occur here on earth before the Lord's return. We should know we are in perilous times because the Bible had shown us what things will be like during these perilous times. 2 Timothy 3:1-8 These perilous times call for being tough minded. Grace For Good Thoughts

Philippians 4:8 Grace is applicable to every area of our lives and every aspect of our being. The mind is a major battleground in every person's life. 2 Corinthians 10:5 With our minds we process information, make decisions, exercise our right to choose, and hold perspectives on issues. The scriptures reveal the importance of our mind. It is our minds we have to work on to see transformation in our lives. If you want to change for the better in life, change your thoughts. Romans 12:2 The enemy knows the importance of the mind and the fact that the mind plays a big part to the accepting and understanding of the gospel by anyone. You need your mind for salvation. 2 Corinthians 4:4 Our thought life is importan...

Jesus manifested for a reason - to destroy the works of the devil. 1 John 3:8 That mission continues today through His church, His people, His children. Jesus was appointed or sent for a purpose - to bind up the broken hearted, to proclaim liberty to the captives, and the opening of the prison to them that are bound. To proclaim a new season, God's vengeance and to comfort the mourning. He was appointed to give beauty for ashes, the oil of joy for mourning, the garment of praise for the spirit of heaviness. This appointment continues through God's people, His body. Everyone who has a relationship with God through Jesus Christ is anointed and appointed for a purpose. You have an assignment ...
