The Anointing Of Cyrus

Isaiah 45:1

The text passage above informs us that Cyrus the great was an anointed man.
You need the anointing too!

Just like you, Cyrus was chosen by God before He was born.
Just like you, God already had a prophetic plan for Cyrus's life before his life started on earth.
His life was prophesied by a prophet of God before He was born.
Just like you, Cyrus had the grace of God upon his life.
Isaiah 45:5

Cyrus was anointed just like you are, if you've accepted Jesus Christ as your Lord and savior.
Just like many of us were until God saved us, Cyrus didn't know the Lord. He was set on his own way like a ravenous bird but God had a purpose for him.
Isaiah 45:4,5
1 Corinthians 1:26

Let's consider the grace & anointing upon Cyrus:
1. He had the grace and anointing to build.
Cyrus was a master builder.
Ezra 1:1-4
You will need the grace and anointing to build too.
We are all builders.
Life is likened to erecting a building.
We are all building something - careers, spiritual life, marriages, children, businesses, ministries, our health, social status e.t.c

2. He had the grace and anointing for open doors.
Cyrus is the man God opened the doubles doors or two leaved gates unto.
This opened a whole new world unto Cyrus.
This grace and anointing will do the same for you.

3. He had the grace and anointing to subdue.
This is why Cyrus overcame most kings in his time and extended his territory greatly
Isaiah 45:1
To subdue your enemies and challenges, you need this anointing.

4. He had the anointing and grace for dominion.
This anointing confers dominion on people.
The dominion of King Cyrus was great.
We see the extent of his kingdom which his grandson Ahasherus (King Xerxes) was now ruling in Esther 1:1

5. He had the anointing and grace to overcome limitation.
Isaiah 45:2
Cyrus's empire was not limited, his achievements were outstanding and he overcame all his odds and difficulties.
The anointing sets free.
Isaiah 10:27
God's presence is an anointed presence and in God's presence there is liberty/freedom.
2 Corinthians 3:17

The Cyrus anointing will open the double doors of opportunity and breakthrough unto you.
Take advantage of it.
This anointing is one of the many mantles available to you in God's kingdom.

Your Father Hears

Matthew 6:5,6 Prayer should be directed to the Father. Jesus showed this when He taught His disciples the Lord's prayer. It should be a great comfort to you to know that the creator and God of all hears you when you pray. This should encourage you to pray and keep praying. In our day to day relationships with people our communication will reduce towards those who don't pay attention when we're talking to them. The good thing about God is that He is never distracted. Know you have His attention when you pray . He can be communicated with. He hears, He created the ears. Psalm 94:9 Jesus encouraged prayer. Matthew 26:40 Jesus taught prayer. Luke 11:1,2 If Jesus prayed, you will need to pray. Why Should You Pray? *Pray because prayer brings God's intervention. Isaiah 38:5,6 *Pray because that's how you are authorized to communicate with God. 1 Thessalonians 15:16-18 *Pray because it is a major way of birthing God's will on earth. 1 Kings 18

The Importance Of The Anointing

Acts 10:38 The anointing is the presence of the Holy Spirit with a person. The anointing speaks, the anointing directs, and the anointing teaches people what they need to know and do. 1 John 2:27 You need the anointing. You can grow in the anointing. It is also possible to depart from the anointing. The anointing won't depart from you but you can depart from the anointing. You should remain in Him. It is worth it investing time to understand the your anointing, growing in your anointing and obeying the anointing. As you get to know a person better by spending time with them, so it is with the anointing in your life. With the anointing, you can't go wrong. The anointing strategically positions you in God's kingdom and in life. Jesus was full of the Holy Spirit. Colossians 2:9 Jesus had the anointing when He was here on earth. Jesus is our example of what our life can be when we have the anointing. Hebrews 12:2 Jesus knew His purpose. Luke 2:49 Jesus

Navigating A New Year

Isaiah  42:16 Our text passage above shows us God is the one who shows us the path to take and leads us in new directions. Your path matters to God. The way you you choose to take is important to God. Your steps are seen by God and ordered by God. Psalm 37:23 The year ahead of you matters to God too. Luke 13:8-9 Each year God has given you the grace to witness, experience, and journey through is another opportunity to be fruitful for God. God wants you to make the most of the year ahead of you to His glory. Human beings do not always know the way and path to go, we can be limited in wisdom. History shows we do not always make the best choices. The year ahead of us will require knowing the way to go, having the wisdom to make the best decisions and choices. Deuteronomy 30:19 To successfully navigate the year we need to stay in God.. To navigate is to find your way through, it is following the right path to a specific destination. Car drivers either buy a GPS/Navigation device system or
