Understanding Divine Timing

1 Chronicles 12:32

God sees things differently from how men see things.
1 Samuel 16:7
Since God sees what we do not see, hears what we do not hear, and thinks differently than we do, He does things differently than we do.
Isaiah 55:9
Since God does things differently than man does, He has a different timing to what people operate with. God is not limited to our 'chronos' chronolgical time.
Acts 1:7

It is worth understanding divine timing.
It is also possible to know God's time for a matter or have an idea of God's timing on an issue.
The wise men knew the time the Savior was born. They understood divine timing.
They were skilled in the ancient science of astronomy and they knew what the heaven was saying and could tell that an unusual star signified the birth of the Savior.
This star guided them for two years to where Jesus was with his Earthly parents.
Matthew 2:2
Matthew 2:9
Jesus knew God's time to do what needed to be done when He was here on Earth.

The sons of Issachar were men of Israel who were graced by God in their time to know what the nation of Israel was to do in each season.
They were 200 men, heads of their families who led their homes according to God's timing and used their insight or skill to guide the nation.
They could read God's communication in the heavens.

Divine guidance has a lot to do with divine timing.
Divine timing is determined by the heavens.
John 3:27
The Spirit of God reveals the mind, the heart, the timing of God to us which corresponds with the heavens and divine arrangement above.
John 16:15

You may have favor but there is a time for the full manifestation of your favor.
Psalm 102:13
You may have the gift or talent to run a business, start a ministry, begin a venture or enterprise but there is still a time to do it.
Ecclesiastes 3:1
Having what it takes is different from getting the timing right.

How do we know the time to do a thing?
1) Be saved - It qualifies you to have access to God and to receive God's insight/secrets.
Psalm 25:14
2) Develop a relationship with God's Spirit - the Spirit is the revelator. He leads, guides, and prompts.
John 16:13
3) Be sensitive to God's Spirit - we can have the Spirit but miss God's timing if we are not sensitive to what the Spirit of God is teachingand telling us.
John 14:26
4) Know how the Spirit speaks to you - the Spirit of God speaks in a whole host of ways to people. Dreams, people, inspiration, ideas, the scriptures, God's Word and visions are some ways God Spirit speaks.
5) God gives confirmation - God can confirm a second time what He has  told you to do.
 Psalm 62:11

Your Father Hears

Matthew 6:5,6 Prayer should be directed to the Father. Jesus showed this when He taught His disciples the Lord's prayer. It should be a great comfort to you to know that the creator and God of all hears you when you pray. This should encourage you to pray and keep praying. In our day to day relationships with people our communication will reduce towards those who don't pay attention when we're talking to them. The good thing about God is that He is never distracted. Know you have His attention when you pray . He can be communicated with. He hears, He created the ears. Psalm 94:9 Jesus encouraged prayer. Matthew 26:40 Jesus taught prayer. Luke 11:1,2 If Jesus prayed, you will need to pray. Why Should You Pray? *Pray because prayer brings God's intervention. Isaiah 38:5,6 *Pray because that's how you are authorized to communicate with God. 1 Thessalonians 15:16-18 *Pray because it is a major way of birthing God's will on earth. 1 Kings 18

The Importance Of The Anointing

Acts 10:38 The anointing is the presence of the Holy Spirit with a person. The anointing speaks, the anointing directs, and the anointing teaches people what they need to know and do. 1 John 2:27 You need the anointing. You can grow in the anointing. It is also possible to depart from the anointing. The anointing won't depart from you but you can depart from the anointing. You should remain in Him. It is worth it investing time to understand the your anointing, growing in your anointing and obeying the anointing. As you get to know a person better by spending time with them, so it is with the anointing in your life. With the anointing, you can't go wrong. The anointing strategically positions you in God's kingdom and in life. Jesus was full of the Holy Spirit. Colossians 2:9 Jesus had the anointing when He was here on earth. Jesus is our example of what our life can be when we have the anointing. Hebrews 12:2 Jesus knew His purpose. Luke 2:49 Jesus

Navigating A New Year

Isaiah  42:16 Our text passage above shows us God is the one who shows us the path to take and leads us in new directions. Your path matters to God. The way you you choose to take is important to God. Your steps are seen by God and ordered by God. Psalm 37:23 The year ahead of you matters to God too. Luke 13:8-9 Each year God has given you the grace to witness, experience, and journey through is another opportunity to be fruitful for God. God wants you to make the most of the year ahead of you to His glory. Human beings do not always know the way and path to go, we can be limited in wisdom. History shows we do not always make the best choices. The year ahead of us will require knowing the way to go, having the wisdom to make the best decisions and choices. Deuteronomy 30:19 To successfully navigate the year we need to stay in God.. To navigate is to find your way through, it is following the right path to a specific destination. Car drivers either buy a GPS/Navigation device system or
