Favor: A Kingdom Benefit

Psalm 8 shows us 'man' is God's favored creation.
Favor is a benefit for those in God's Kingdom.
Favor is a kingdom benefit of God's sons and daughters.
Favor is one of the ways God brings about His purpose and plan in the life of His people here on Earth.
We see from the scriptures that everyone who was a significant character for God's cause enjoyed favor.
Eg. Daniel, Moses, Joseph, Esther, Gideon, and Jesus were favored to fulfill God's plan

There is nothing ordinary about favor.
Favor takes an individual from darkness to light.
Favor has taken an individual from the prison to the palace before.
Genesis 41:1-57
Favor made an individual who was a captive in a foreign and godless land rise to the top and serve under 4 kings who ruled that land.
Daniel 2: 46-49
Favor was a part of the ministry and life of Jesus Christ.
Jesus had favor with God and man.
Luke 2:52

Favor releases God given opportunities and brings promotion to those God gives it to.
Favor takes us to heights we can't get to in our own power or might.
Favor can deliver to us very easily what others scheme for, struggle for, fight for, and even kill for.
Daniel 6:1-28
The favor of God is applicable to every area of life.
Be a problem solver, and the favor of men will come to you.
Favor is enjoyed in different levels and favor can grow.

Every living human being is enjoying God's grace and favor to a general degree but we are not all equally favored.
If favor can grow, it means there are grades of favor.
We should ask God to increase our favor regularly.
We should seek to do God's will so that our favor will grow.

There is favor for friendships. Daniel 1:6,7
There is favor for marriage. Proverbs 18:22
There is spiritual favor (with God). Luke 9:35
There is a favor that attracts resources. 1 Kings 10:2
There is favor for our life assignment. Nehemiah 2:6-9
There is a favor that makes men follow you (leadership). Matthew 13:2

Favor may be what you need not necessarily human connections.
God's favor can come upon a family, an individual, a career or even a business.
When favor comes it makes all the difference.
We get favor with people we solve problems for.
Genesis 41:1-13
The scriptures makes it clear God favors the righteous.
Psalm 5:12
The righteous are those in Christ Jesus.
The righteous are those in God's kingdom.
2 Corinthians 5:21
Favor is a blessing you have a right to.
Psalm 35:27

Your Father Hears

Matthew 6:5,6 Prayer should be directed to the Father. Jesus showed this when He taught His disciples the Lord's prayer. It should be a great comfort to you to know that the creator and God of all hears you when you pray. This should encourage you to pray and keep praying. In our day to day relationships with people our communication will reduce towards those who don't pay attention when we're talking to them. The good thing about God is that He is never distracted. Know you have His attention when you pray . He can be communicated with. He hears, He created the ears. Psalm 94:9 Jesus encouraged prayer. Matthew 26:40 Jesus taught prayer. Luke 11:1,2 If Jesus prayed, you will need to pray. Why Should You Pray? *Pray because prayer brings God's intervention. Isaiah 38:5,6 *Pray because that's how you are authorized to communicate with God. 1 Thessalonians 15:16-18 *Pray because it is a major way of birthing God's will on earth. 1 Kings 18

Navigating A New Year

Isaiah  42:16 Our text passage above shows us God is the one who shows us the path to take and leads us in new directions. Your path matters to God. The way you you choose to take is important to God. Your steps are seen by God and ordered by God. Psalm 37:23 The year ahead of you matters to God too. Luke 13:8-9 Each year God has given you the grace to witness, experience, and journey through is another opportunity to be fruitful for God. God wants you to make the most of the year ahead of you to His glory. Human beings do not always know the way and path to go, we can be limited in wisdom. History shows we do not always make the best choices. The year ahead of us will require knowing the way to go, having the wisdom to make the best decisions and choices. Deuteronomy 30:19 To successfully navigate the year we need to stay in God.. To navigate is to find your way through, it is following the right path to a specific destination. The Importance Of The Anointing

Acts 10:38 The anointing is the presence of the Holy Spirit with a person. The anointing speaks, the anointing directs, and the anointing teaches people what they need to know and do. 1 John 2:27 You need the anointing. You can grow in the anointing. It is also possible to depart from the anointing. The anointing won't depart from you but you can depart from the anointing. You should remain in Him. It is worth it investing time to understand the your anointing, growing in your anointing and obeying the anointing. As you get to know a person better by spending time with them, so it is with the anointing in your life. With the anointing, you can't go wrong. The anointing strategically positions you in God's kingdom and in life. Jesus was full of the Holy Spirit. Colossians 2:9 Jesus had the anointing when He was here on earth. Jesus is our example of what our life can be when we have the anointing. Hebrews 12:2 Jesus knew His purpose. Luke 2:49 Jesus
