Jesus & His Kingdom

Colossians 1:13

Jesus is the King of God's Kingdom.
God's kingdom is called the kingdom of God's dear Son.
We can't talk about Jesus without talking about the kingdom of God.
We can't talk about the kingdom without talking about Jesus Christ.

The kingdom is very important to God.
The kingdom is very important to Jesus Christ.
Matthew 9:35
Many of the teachings of Jesus was about the kingdom of God.
Most of the parables Jesus Christ taught was about the kingdom of God.

If the kingdom was the priority of Jesus, the Father and the Holy Spirit, then the kingdom of God should be our priority.
The Holy Spirit was the Spirit at work in Jesus, so the teaching ministry of Jesus was the Holy Spirit teaching through Jesus.
The kingdom of God is the pride of the Father, Jesus and the Holy Spirit.

God is proud of His kingdom.
Revelation 21: 1-3
The kingdom of God is the glory, the pride, and reflection of the king's status.
The kingdom of God is the jurisdiction, the territory, and environment of God.
It is a spiritual kingdom with Earthly impact.
It is a spiritual kingdom that has invaded the Earth and has gradually been spreading since the time Jesus walked this Earth.
It is this kingdom  Jesus was proclaiming and helping people to understand when He was on Earth.
Matthew 13:44-46

An understanding of the kingdom is life changing.
Within the kingdom is God's bounty, God's best, God's power, God's glory, God's presence, God's taste, God's resources.
Within the kingdom of God is all you will ever need and all you will ever want.
John 10:9
The good news is that this kingdom is yours to.
Luke 12:32
It is also the kingdom of all those who commit to the Lord Jesus.

It is the will of the Father that we be given the kingdom.
Jesus is the door to the kingdom.
Repentance is the key to the door.
It's time to repent and come into the kingdom through Jesus.
Our benefits are in the kingdom.

Your Father Hears

Matthew 6:5,6 Prayer should be directed to the Father. Jesus showed this when He taught His disciples the Lord's prayer. It should be a great comfort to you to know that the creator and God of all hears you when you pray. This should encourage you to pray and keep praying. In our day to day relationships with people our communication will reduce towards those who don't pay attention when we're talking to them. The good thing about God is that He is never distracted. Know you have His attention when you pray . He can be communicated with. He hears, He created the ears. Psalm 94:9 Jesus encouraged prayer. Matthew 26:40 Jesus taught prayer. Luke 11:1,2 If Jesus prayed, you will need to pray. Why Should You Pray? *Pray because prayer brings God's intervention. Isaiah 38:5,6 *Pray because that's how you are authorized to communicate with God. 1 Thessalonians 15:16-18 *Pray because it is a major way of birthing God's will on earth. 1 Kings 18

The Importance Of The Anointing

Acts 10:38 The anointing is the presence of the Holy Spirit with a person. The anointing speaks, the anointing directs, and the anointing teaches people what they need to know and do. 1 John 2:27 You need the anointing. You can grow in the anointing. It is also possible to depart from the anointing. The anointing won't depart from you but you can depart from the anointing. You should remain in Him. It is worth it investing time to understand the your anointing, growing in your anointing and obeying the anointing. As you get to know a person better by spending time with them, so it is with the anointing in your life. With the anointing, you can't go wrong. The anointing strategically positions you in God's kingdom and in life. Jesus was full of the Holy Spirit. Colossians 2:9 Jesus had the anointing when He was here on earth. Jesus is our example of what our life can be when we have the anointing. Hebrews 12:2 Jesus knew His purpose. Luke 2:49 Jesus

Navigating A New Year

Isaiah  42:16 Our text passage above shows us God is the one who shows us the path to take and leads us in new directions. Your path matters to God. The way you you choose to take is important to God. Your steps are seen by God and ordered by God. Psalm 37:23 The year ahead of you matters to God too. Luke 13:8-9 Each year God has given you the grace to witness, experience, and journey through is another opportunity to be fruitful for God. God wants you to make the most of the year ahead of you to His glory. Human beings do not always know the way and path to go, we can be limited in wisdom. History shows we do not always make the best choices. The year ahead of us will require knowing the way to go, having the wisdom to make the best decisions and choices. Deuteronomy 30:19 To successfully navigate the year we need to stay in God.. To navigate is to find your way through, it is following the right path to a specific destination. Car drivers either buy a GPS/Navigation device system or
