Don't Worry

 Matthew 6:25-34

Our text passage shows us how God wants us to live, He wants us living worry free lives.

Human beings have a tendency to worry about life and the issues that come with everyday life.

We worry about the future of the earth, our environment, outer space, our jobs, our careers, our finances, our marriages, our children, friends, spiritual issues and a whole lot.

Living a worry free life almost seems impossible.

If it wasn't possible to live worry free, why would the Lord recommend we live that way?

The Lord taught us to live worry free, it's possible.

God supplies the grace for us to live free of worry, so it is possible by God's help, you can also adopt the right perspective and live worry free.

The right perspective is the perspective God wants you to have regarding life's issues.

Instead of focusing on the issues that make us worry, God  will have us focus on His love and abilities.

Colossians 3:2

Instead of focusing on our challenges and difficulties, focus on the heart of our God who cares and provides.

Isaiah 55:6

Instead of focusing so much on ourselves, God would have us focus on those less privileged than we are so that we can be a blessing to them.

Proverbs 19:17

Instead of focusing on things that should make you worry, focus on God's kingdom.

Matthew 6:33

In the kingdom of God we are whole, blessed, successful, and free.

Insights and revelations of God's kingdom will refocus your mind and take your worries away.

Worry is the result of focusing on the wrong things and the wrong person.

Worry is evidence fear is lurking in our lives.

God doesn't want us living a life of fear.

Mark 5:36

Worry causes stress, worry causes impatience and mistakes.

Worry doesn't fix or solve anything.

Worry doesn't change anything for the better.

It is an emotion that can cost us a lot, even our health.

In these perilous and dark times, in this day and age that all sorts of spirits have gone into the world, in these times that men's hearts are turning cold, in these times that are like the days of Noah because of demonic activities and interference, God would have you not to worry.

This is what God is saying to you through this message.

Navigating A New Year

Isaiah  42:16 Our text passage above shows us God is the one who shows us the path to take and leads us in new directions. Your path matters to God. The way you you choose to take is important to God. Your steps are seen by God and ordered by God. Psalm 37:23 The year ahead of you matters to God too. Luke 13:8-9 Each year God has given you the grace to witness, experience, and journey through is another opportunity to be fruitful for God. God wants you to make the most of the year ahead of you to His glory. Human beings do not always know the way and path to go, we can be limited in wisdom. History shows we do not always make the best choices. The year ahead of us will require knowing the way to go, having the wisdom to make the best decisions and choices. Deuteronomy 30:19 To successfully navigate the year we need to stay in God.. To navigate is to find your way through, it is following the right path to a specific destination. Your Father Hears

Matthew 6:5,6 Prayer should be directed to the Father. Jesus showed this when He taught His disciples the Lord's prayer. It should be a great comfort to you to know that the creator and God of all hears you when you pray. This should encourage you to pray and keep praying. In our day to day relationships with people our communication will reduce towards those who don't pay attention when we're talking to them. The good thing about God is that He is never distracted. Know you have His attention when you pray . He can be communicated with. He hears, He created the ears. Psalm 94:9 Jesus encouraged prayer. Matthew 26:40 Jesus taught prayer. Luke 11:1,2 If Jesus prayed, you will need to pray. Why Should You Pray? *Pray because prayer brings God's intervention. Isaiah 38:5,6 *Pray because that's how you are authorized to communicate with God. 1 Thessalonians 15:16-18 *Pray because it is a major way of birthing God's will on earth. 1 Kings 18

The Importance Of The Anointing

Acts 10:38 The anointing is the presence of the Holy Spirit with a person. The anointing speaks, the anointing directs, and the anointing teaches people what they need to know and do. 1 John 2:27 You need the anointing. You can grow in the anointing. It is also possible to depart from the anointing. The anointing won't depart from you but you can depart from the anointing. You should remain in Him. It is worth it investing time to understand the your anointing, growing in your anointing and obeying the anointing. As you get to know a person better by spending time with them, so it is with the anointing in your life. With the anointing, you can't go wrong. The anointing strategically positions you in God's kingdom and in life. Jesus was full of the Holy Spirit. Colossians 2:9 Jesus had the anointing when He was here on earth. Jesus is our example of what our life can be when we have the anointing. Hebrews 12:2 Jesus knew His purpose. Luke 2:49 Jesus
