Don't Fight Alone

 Deuteronomy 32:30

Every single individual has his or her own life's path and destiny that's unique to each person.

Your unique life's assignment might come with unique battles but it's not meant to be fought alone, it is not God's will for you to fight without support.

Galatians 6:2

Life has it's battles and warfare which can be overwhelming and overpowering.

Our victories in these battles manifest faster and the battle is easier when we have people fighting with us and for us.

Our results are multiplied when we have others praying and agreeing with us for one will chase a thousand and two will put then thousand to flight.

The prayer of agreement is very powerful.

It is a great way to tackle life's battles.

Matthew 18:18,19

Some people believe they don't need a church service or need to fellowship with other saints but are content praying at home.

The question is, do they really pray at home, and do they pray enough if they do?

God in His wisdom put the structure of fellowship with one another together, He instructs the gathering together of the saints which we call church (the Ecclesia).

This helps protect His saints, we bear each others burdens, receive support,  we receive edification, we build up one another, and love on one another.

Hebrews 10:25

Prayer is part of the support we receive from one another.

James 5:16

Prayer is a major way we tackle life's battles and receive breakthrough.

Philippians 1:19

The Apostle Paul was called  directly by Jesus in a remarkable encounter on the Damascus road

Acts 9:1-8

Paul was called and chosen.

Paul was called for the work of ministry and set apart for the office of an Apostle.

Despite this, Paul understood his need for prayer and he was humble enough to ask for it from the churches. He knew the importance of prayer, he was humble enough to ask for it.

Romans 15:30-32

Paul the Apostle knew the pertinence  of not fighting alone.

2 Thessalonians 3:1-3

Paul understood the power the of cooperate prayer and he was intentional about benefitting from it.

Ephesians 6:19

Paul knew he didn't have to fight alone and he didn't, he fought with the prayers of the churches and he coveted it.

2 Corinthians 1:10,11

Paul had ministry companions and partners.

Pride can be a reason some people choose to fight alone.

Many have fought alone and died alone.

You don't have to fight alone.

James 5:14

People have different gifts and graces.

There is someone or some people who have what you need with them or within them.

You don't have it all, you can't do it all.

You need the help of others, people who can benefit you.

No one is created to be an island unto himself.

Human beings are created for relationships, and relationships become our network.

A king would not be a king without his subjects.

Proverbs 14:28

A football star won't be who he is without his coach and team.

Even wolves are clever enough to hunt in packs.

Together we are more effective.

Ecclesiastes 4:9-12

Gideon had the 300 warriors, David had the mighty men of David (37 of them), Abraham had the 318 servants who were trained in his house, and the Apostle Paul had the prayers of churches.

You shouldn't fight alone either.

Navigating A New Year

Isaiah  42:16 Our text passage above shows us God is the one who shows us the path to take and leads us in new directions. Your path matters to God. The way you you choose to take is important to God. Your steps are seen by God and ordered by God. Psalm 37:23 The year ahead of you matters to God too. Luke 13:8-9 Each year God has given you the grace to witness, experience, and journey through is another opportunity to be fruitful for God. God wants you to make the most of the year ahead of you to His glory. Human beings do not always know the way and path to go, we can be limited in wisdom. History shows we do not always make the best choices. The year ahead of us will require knowing the way to go, having the wisdom to make the best decisions and choices. Deuteronomy 30:19 To successfully navigate the year we need to stay in God.. To navigate is to find your way through, it is following the right path to a specific destination. Your Father Hears

Matthew 6:5,6 Prayer should be directed to the Father. Jesus showed this when He taught His disciples the Lord's prayer. It should be a great comfort to you to know that the creator and God of all hears you when you pray. This should encourage you to pray and keep praying. In our day to day relationships with people our communication will reduce towards those who don't pay attention when we're talking to them. The good thing about God is that He is never distracted. Know you have His attention when you pray . He can be communicated with. He hears, He created the ears. Psalm 94:9 Jesus encouraged prayer. Matthew 26:40 Jesus taught prayer. Luke 11:1,2 If Jesus prayed, you will need to pray. Why Should You Pray? *Pray because prayer brings God's intervention. Isaiah 38:5,6 *Pray because that's how you are authorized to communicate with God. 1 Thessalonians 15:16-18 *Pray because it is a major way of birthing God's will on earth. 1 Kings 18

The Importance Of The Anointing

Acts 10:38 The anointing is the presence of the Holy Spirit with a person. The anointing speaks, the anointing directs, and the anointing teaches people what they need to know and do. 1 John 2:27 You need the anointing. You can grow in the anointing. It is also possible to depart from the anointing. The anointing won't depart from you but you can depart from the anointing. You should remain in Him. It is worth it investing time to understand the your anointing, growing in your anointing and obeying the anointing. As you get to know a person better by spending time with them, so it is with the anointing in your life. With the anointing, you can't go wrong. The anointing strategically positions you in God's kingdom and in life. Jesus was full of the Holy Spirit. Colossians 2:9 Jesus had the anointing when He was here on earth. Jesus is our example of what our life can be when we have the anointing. Hebrews 12:2 Jesus knew His purpose. Luke 2:49 Jesus
