Supernatural Messengers

 Mark 16:17,18

God has messengers in both human and celestial form.

The Bible informs about messengers of God who brought the signs, wonders, and miracles of God to those they were sent to.

Each child of God has been called to a supernatural life, a life of signs following. We are called to be supernatural messengers of God.

Jesus Christ (God in flesh) is the chief of all supernatural messengers.

Jesus is a part of God who came to the earth to bring the supernatural and good news of the kingdom of God to humanity.

Angels (celestial beings) are supernatural messengers who are on assignment from our heavenly Father to bring good tidings to us, help us, protect us, minister to us, and minister for us.

They are servants of God in the sense that they serve God, they are also sons of God in the fact that God created them, they are Bonafide members of the kingdom of God.

They can also bring judgement or death at God's instruction against those who have run out of favor with God or are against God and His purposes.

Jesus enjoyed the ministry of supernatural messengers (angels) after His fast of forty days and forty nights and His defeat of Satan.

Angels came to strengthen Him.

Matthew 4:10,11

Jesus benefited from a supernatural messenger when He struggled in the garden of Gethsemane.

Luke 22:43

Angels of God in very supernatural ways played roles in the life of Bible characters and heroes.

Angels minister to and for the heirs of salvation, according to God's word.

Hebrews 1:14

We also have human angels or human messengers of God.

Anyone called to a 5 fold ministry office is an 'angel' of God.

Ephesians 4:10,11

Such men and women are called to serve and equip the body of Christ with their time, gifts, talents, and grace so that God's people will be equipped and come into maturity in Christ Jesus.

Ephesians 4:12

Their assignment may be to specific groups, churches, or individuals within the body of Christ, or the body of Christ globally.

An Apostle is a servant and messenger of God.

Paul called himself an Apostle and bondservant of God.

Romans 1:1

The word Apostle is from Greek.

It's the Greek word Apostolos.

Apostolos means a "person sent".

An individual sent by God.

Anyone sent by God has something to offer those they have been sent to.

A Pastor is sent to build up and edify his congregation, and perhaps other church congregations too for the Lord.

A Pastor is a head of a church body/congregation.

The head of a church is referred to as an angel.

Revelation 1:20

A teacher is sent to make the word of God simple, and understandable through his/her teachings.

An evangelist is meant to take the word of God, the message of God to the world, or their community.

A prophet communicates divine truth, edifies, and gives prophesies according to God's command.

These are human angels. Agents of God, human vessels carrying the supernatural message and instruction of God to people.

Anyone sent by God has something to offer those they have been sent to.

If you are in Christ Jesus, you are a sent one, sent to those who don't know God.

Matthew 28:19,20

Navigating A New Year

Isaiah  42:16 Our text passage above shows us God is the one who shows us the path to take and leads us in new directions. Your path matters to God. The way you you choose to take is important to God. Your steps are seen by God and ordered by God. Psalm 37:23 The year ahead of you matters to God too. Luke 13:8-9 Each year God has given you the grace to witness, experience, and journey through is another opportunity to be fruitful for God. God wants you to make the most of the year ahead of you to His glory. Human beings do not always know the way and path to go, we can be limited in wisdom. History shows we do not always make the best choices. The year ahead of us will require knowing the way to go, having the wisdom to make the best decisions and choices. Deuteronomy 30:19 To successfully navigate the year we need to stay in God.. To navigate is to find your way through, it is following the right path to a specific destination. Car drivers either buy a GPS/Navigation device system or

Your Father Hears

Matthew 6:5,6 Prayer should be directed to the Father. Jesus showed this when He taught His disciples the Lord's prayer. It should be a great comfort to you to know that the creator and God of all hears you when you pray. This should encourage you to pray and keep praying. In our day to day relationships with people our communication will reduce towards those who don't pay attention when we're talking to them. The good thing about God is that He is never distracted. Know you have His attention when you pray . He can be communicated with. He hears, He created the ears. Psalm 94:9 Jesus encouraged prayer. Matthew 26:40 Jesus taught prayer. Luke 11:1,2 If Jesus prayed, you will need to pray. Why Should You Pray? *Pray because prayer brings God's intervention. Isaiah 38:5,6 *Pray because that's how you are authorized to communicate with God. 1 Thessalonians 15:16-18 *Pray because it is a major way of birthing God's will on earth. 1 Kings 18

The Importance Of The Anointing

Acts 10:38 The anointing is the presence of the Holy Spirit with a person. The anointing speaks, the anointing directs, and the anointing teaches people what they need to know and do. 1 John 2:27 You need the anointing. You can grow in the anointing. It is also possible to depart from the anointing. The anointing won't depart from you but you can depart from the anointing. You should remain in Him. It is worth it investing time to understand the your anointing, growing in your anointing and obeying the anointing. As you get to know a person better by spending time with them, so it is with the anointing in your life. With the anointing, you can't go wrong. The anointing strategically positions you in God's kingdom and in life. Jesus was full of the Holy Spirit. Colossians 2:9 Jesus had the anointing when He was here on earth. Jesus is our example of what our life can be when we have the anointing. Hebrews 12:2 Jesus knew His purpose. Luke 2:49 Jesus
