The Mercy Camp

Exodus 12

There is a camp of mercy.
There is a camp you can be part of where mercy resides.
There is a camp, a fellowship, a family, a group of God's people where mercy is ever present.
It is the mercy camp.
Romans 9:23

From the story of the children of Israel and the nation of Egypt during the time of Moses we see a picture of two camps.
In one camp we see judgement/wrath taking place.
In the second camp we see mercy being shown.

Everyone falls into one of either camps.
Those in God's kingdom are in the mercy camp.
Those who have given their lives to Jesus Christ are of the mercy camp.

The greatest benefit of being in the mercy camp is where you end up for eternity.
Hell is real. Hell is the place where the wrath of God has been deposited for the devil and his fallen angels.
Unfortunately, human souls can also end up there when they reject Jesus Christ, which means they have sold out to the devil.
The beauty of being in the camp of mercy is that you avoid spending an eternity in hell.
Matthew 25:31-46

The greatest joy of being in the camp of mercy is the privilege of spending an eternity with God.
Matthew 25:21

Mercy is a beautiful thing.
Mercy reverses the evil that should have come to us.
James 2:13
Mercy overrules the judgement that could have come upon us.

The nation of Egypt held the nation of Israel in slavery for so long and attracted the wrath of God.
Egypt fell into the camp of judgement/wrath as a result of how they treated God's people.
We can fall into the camp of wrath/judgement through our choices or decisions.
How we treat an anointed person or people can determine which camp we end up in.
Our decision for Jesus Christ will determine which camp we end up in.
Romans 9:16
Our obedience to God's Word will determine which camp we end up in.
John 14:21

Your Father Hears

Matthew 6:5,6 Prayer should be directed to the Father. Jesus showed this when He taught His disciples the Lord's prayer. It should be a great comfort to you to know that the creator and God of all hears you when you pray. This should encourage you to pray and keep praying. In our day to day relationships with people our communication will reduce towards those who don't pay attention when we're talking to them. The good thing about God is that He is never distracted. Know you have His attention when you pray . He can be communicated with. He hears, He created the ears. Psalm 94:9 Jesus encouraged prayer. Matthew 26:40 Jesus taught prayer. Luke 11:1,2 If Jesus prayed, you will need to pray. Why Should You Pray? *Pray because prayer brings God's intervention. Isaiah 38:5,6 *Pray because that's how you are authorized to communicate with God. 1 Thessalonians 15:16-18 *Pray because it is a major way of birthing God's will on earth. 1 Kings 18

The Importance Of The Anointing

Acts 10:38 The anointing is the presence of the Holy Spirit with a person. The anointing speaks, the anointing directs, and the anointing teaches people what they need to know and do. 1 John 2:27 You need the anointing. You can grow in the anointing. It is also possible to depart from the anointing. The anointing won't depart from you but you can depart from the anointing. You should remain in Him. It is worth it investing time to understand the your anointing, growing in your anointing and obeying the anointing. As you get to know a person better by spending time with them, so it is with the anointing in your life. With the anointing, you can't go wrong. The anointing strategically positions you in God's kingdom and in life. Jesus was full of the Holy Spirit. Colossians 2:9 Jesus had the anointing when He was here on earth. Jesus is our example of what our life can be when we have the anointing. Hebrews 12:2 Jesus knew His purpose. Luke 2:49 Jesus

Navigating A New Year

Isaiah  42:16 Our text passage above shows us God is the one who shows us the path to take and leads us in new directions. Your path matters to God. The way you you choose to take is important to God. Your steps are seen by God and ordered by God. Psalm 37:23 The year ahead of you matters to God too. Luke 13:8-9 Each year God has given you the grace to witness, experience, and journey through is another opportunity to be fruitful for God. God wants you to make the most of the year ahead of you to His glory. Human beings do not always know the way and path to go, we can be limited in wisdom. History shows we do not always make the best choices. The year ahead of us will require knowing the way to go, having the wisdom to make the best decisions and choices. Deuteronomy 30:19 To successfully navigate the year we need to stay in God.. To navigate is to find your way through, it is following the right path to a specific destination. Car drivers either buy a GPS/Navigation device system or
