The Touch Of Faith

Hebrews 11:1,2

Faith is one of the virtues and powers people in God's kingdom enjoy.
Faith is a power and a virtue kingdom citizens are meant to use here on earth.
True faith is found in God's kingdom and should be used here on earth.

Faith is so vital to our spiritual walk for without it God is not pleased.
Hebrews 11:6
Faith is also necessary for the manifestatons we wish to receive from God.
Faith is needed to touch God.
Mark 5:25-34

Your faith can touch God!
Faith has to be processed in the heart.
Hebrews 4:2
True faith comes about from meditation on the things of the kingdom - the word of God.
Romans 10:17

The woman with the issue of blood demonstrated faith.
She became whole through faith in Jesus Christ.
She received from Jesus.
She touched Jesus.
She made a withdrawal from the power/virtue of Jesus by faith.
Many people were touching Jesus Christ but her touch was different.
It was the touch of faith.

Faith is necessary to make a difference.
Using her faith made a difference in her life.
It made her whole!
Faith can make you well in all areas of your life.
There are things we can learn from the woman with the issue of blood with regards to faith.

You have to wonder :-
What made her touch different to the touch of the many people around Jesus?
Why did her touch get the attention of Jesus?
Why did her own touch attract a miracle and many others touching Jesus didn't?

1. She processed faith in her heart.
Matthew 9:21
2. She gave her faith a specific goal.
Matthew 9:21
3. She acted on her faith.
Matthew 9:20

Faith will make you take steps.
1.Take time to develop faith in your heart through meditation on the things of the kingdom.
2. Process the spiritual knowledge you have in your heart.
3. Be clear about what you want to use your faith for.
What is your aim? Know what you want to achieve by faith.
Take a step or steps of faith.

Your Father Hears

Matthew 6:5,6 Prayer should be directed to the Father. Jesus showed this when He taught His disciples the Lord's prayer. It should be a great comfort to you to know that the creator and God of all hears you when you pray. This should encourage you to pray and keep praying. In our day to day relationships with people our communication will reduce towards those who don't pay attention when we're talking to them. The good thing about God is that He is never distracted. Know you have His attention when you pray . He can be communicated with. He hears, He created the ears. Psalm 94:9 Jesus encouraged prayer. Matthew 26:40 Jesus taught prayer. Luke 11:1,2 If Jesus prayed, you will need to pray. Why Should You Pray? *Pray because prayer brings God's intervention. Isaiah 38:5,6 *Pray because that's how you are authorized to communicate with God. 1 Thessalonians 15:16-18 *Pray because it is a major way of birthing God's will on earth. 1 Kings 18

The Importance Of The Anointing

Acts 10:38 The anointing is the presence of the Holy Spirit with a person. The anointing speaks, the anointing directs, and the anointing teaches people what they need to know and do. 1 John 2:27 You need the anointing. You can grow in the anointing. It is also possible to depart from the anointing. The anointing won't depart from you but you can depart from the anointing. You should remain in Him. It is worth it investing time to understand the your anointing, growing in your anointing and obeying the anointing. As you get to know a person better by spending time with them, so it is with the anointing in your life. With the anointing, you can't go wrong. The anointing strategically positions you in God's kingdom and in life. Jesus was full of the Holy Spirit. Colossians 2:9 Jesus had the anointing when He was here on earth. Jesus is our example of what our life can be when we have the anointing. Hebrews 12:2 Jesus knew His purpose. Luke 2:49 Jesus

Navigating A New Year

Isaiah  42:16 Our text passage above shows us God is the one who shows us the path to take and leads us in new directions. Your path matters to God. The way you you choose to take is important to God. Your steps are seen by God and ordered by God. Psalm 37:23 The year ahead of you matters to God too. Luke 13:8-9 Each year God has given you the grace to witness, experience, and journey through is another opportunity to be fruitful for God. God wants you to make the most of the year ahead of you to His glory. Human beings do not always know the way and path to go, we can be limited in wisdom. History shows we do not always make the best choices. The year ahead of us will require knowing the way to go, having the wisdom to make the best decisions and choices. Deuteronomy 30:19 To successfully navigate the year we need to stay in God.. To navigate is to find your way through, it is following the right path to a specific destination. Car drivers either buy a GPS/Navigation device system or
