Where Is Your Faith?

Mark 4:35-41

Every Christian claims to have faith and every believer believes they have faith, and rightly so.
 Romans 12:3
Faith is the most commonly taught topic in the body of Christ but it's also the most misunderstood.
When you observe many Christians especially during a time of difficulty, you will wonder where their faith is.
Faith is inspiring, contagious and encouraging when you see a person or people using their faith.
Faith is best seen when a man or woman is confronted with a challenge. Mark 4:35-41

Challenges are meant to be overcome by faith. 1 John 5:4
Our Jesus Christ is the best example of faith.
We see His faith shinning through each time He was confronted with difficult situations.
His faith in His heavenly Father was always steadfast.
Abraham's faith also shore and passed the test of life. Romans 4:19,20
Just like the disciples of Jesus were asked by Jesus about their faith, the Lord is asking you today, where is your faith?

Your praise reveals your faith.
Your sacrifice reveals your faith.
Your persistence reveals your faith
Your prayer reveals your faith.
Your confessions/declarations reveal your faith.
Your actions reveal your faith.
Your patience can also reveal your faith.

True faith is rare.
True Biblical faith is becoming more rare. Luke 18:8
True faith has to be contended for. Jude 3
To contend means to fight.
You have to 'fight' to have true faith.
You have to fight for it because the devil doesn't want you to have true faith.
This is why he raises false teachers, false doctrines, fake ministries and releases heresies.

What you hear determines your faith.
The enemy wants you to hear a gospel that's not God's gospel. There is a lot of it out there.
You have to fight for true faith because there are distractions and the pull of this world that will try and get you away from God's Word.
Fellowship often with God's Spirit and ask God to build true faith in you.

Your Father Hears

Matthew 6:5,6 Prayer should be directed to the Father. Jesus showed this when He taught His disciples the Lord's prayer. It should be a great comfort to you to know that the creator and God of all hears you when you pray. This should encourage you to pray and keep praying. In our day to day relationships with people our communication will reduce towards those who don't pay attention when we're talking to them. The good thing about God is that He is never distracted. Know you have His attention when you pray . He can be communicated with. He hears, He created the ears. Psalm 94:9 Jesus encouraged prayer. Matthew 26:40 Jesus taught prayer. Luke 11:1,2 If Jesus prayed, you will need to pray. Why Should You Pray? *Pray because prayer brings God's intervention. Isaiah 38:5,6 *Pray because that's how you are authorized to communicate with God. 1 Thessalonians 15:16-18 *Pray because it is a major way of birthing God's will on earth. 1 Kings 18

The Importance Of The Anointing

Acts 10:38 The anointing is the presence of the Holy Spirit with a person. The anointing speaks, the anointing directs, and the anointing teaches people what they need to know and do. 1 John 2:27 You need the anointing. You can grow in the anointing. It is also possible to depart from the anointing. The anointing won't depart from you but you can depart from the anointing. You should remain in Him. It is worth it investing time to understand the your anointing, growing in your anointing and obeying the anointing. As you get to know a person better by spending time with them, so it is with the anointing in your life. With the anointing, you can't go wrong. The anointing strategically positions you in God's kingdom and in life. Jesus was full of the Holy Spirit. Colossians 2:9 Jesus had the anointing when He was here on earth. Jesus is our example of what our life can be when we have the anointing. Hebrews 12:2 Jesus knew His purpose. Luke 2:49 Jesus

Navigating A New Year

Isaiah  42:16 Our text passage above shows us God is the one who shows us the path to take and leads us in new directions. Your path matters to God. The way you you choose to take is important to God. Your steps are seen by God and ordered by God. Psalm 37:23 The year ahead of you matters to God too. Luke 13:8-9 Each year God has given you the grace to witness, experience, and journey through is another opportunity to be fruitful for God. God wants you to make the most of the year ahead of you to His glory. Human beings do not always know the way and path to go, we can be limited in wisdom. History shows we do not always make the best choices. The year ahead of us will require knowing the way to go, having the wisdom to make the best decisions and choices. Deuteronomy 30:19 To successfully navigate the year we need to stay in God.. To navigate is to find your way through, it is following the right path to a specific destination. Car drivers either buy a GPS/Navigation device system or
